General Background: The prevalence of violent crimes necessitates a nuanced understanding of their classifications within legal frameworks. Specific Background: Scholars have expressed divergent views on the qualification of homicide and intimidation, prompting a closer examination of existing literature and legal definitions. Knowledge Gap: Despite significant discourse, there remains a lack of consensus regarding the parameters that distinguish these crimes from related violent acts, particularly in terms of preparation, execution, and attempted offenses. Aims: This study seeks to clarify the distinctions between murder, intimidation, and other violent crimes, offering a comprehensive scientific analysis of their characteristics and legal implications. Results: Through critical analysis of theoretical perspectives and legal interpretations, the findings reveal specific elements that delineate homicide and intimidation from other violent actions, particularly in terms of intent and methodology. <![CDATA[General Background: The rapid evolution of digital marketplaces has transformed the landscape of online sales, particularly in emerging markets like Indonesia. Specific Background: TikTok Shop, a relatively new platform developed by ByteDance, leverages the popularity of social media to facilitate online transactions. Despite its growing user base, limited research has been conducted on its legal and operational viability in the Indonesian market. Knowledge Gap: This gap highlights the need for a comprehensive analysis of TikTok Shop within the framework of Indonesian trade regulations, particularly Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade. Aims: This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of TikTok Shop as a marketplace for online sales transactions in Indonesia, exploring its advantages and legal implications. Results: Through a Normative Juridical methodology, the study identifies key benefits of TikTok Shop, including its user-friendly interface, integration with social media marketing, and the potential for enhanced consumer engagement. Novelty: This research contributes to the literature by providing a focused examination of a novel marketplace platform and its alignment with existing legal frameworks in Indonesia. <![CDATA[The problem of traditional drug abuse and addiction is one of the most dangerous problems and negative phenomena that contemporary and backward societies suffer from, because it is a source of concern and threat to their children at all social, economic, cultural and security levels. It is also a hidden weapon in wars and one of the methods of black psychological operations that hostile countries use and resort to influence the youth and penetrate their minds and thoughts and change their behavior and attitudes to control them and achieve their goals. In addition to a new and innovative type of drugs, namely digital drugs, which have recently spread in conjunction with scientific progress in the field of information and communications technology, and in which criminals rely on creating applications and programs that lead to a type of anesthesia when heard. The importance of our research comes from the great danger of drug abuse, which negatively affects all aspects of individuals' lives. Combating this negative phenomenon is a necessity to confront the challenges associated with it, which contributes to building a safer and healthier society. <![CDATA[General Background: As technological advancements continue to evolve, the proliferation of AI tools raises significant ethical and legal concerns, particularly regarding their misuse in creating deepfake pornography. Specific Background: This phenomenon poses serious risks to individuals, especially social media users and public figures who may fall victim to manipulated content that is shared maliciously. Knowledge Gap: Despite growing awareness, there is insufficient exploration of the legal frameworks and enforcement mechanisms addressing deepfake-related offenses, particularly in the context of Indonesia. Aims: This research seeks to analyze law enforcement strategies against Deepfake Porn AI cases and the implications for victims of AI misuse. Results: Employing a normative juridical methodology, this study reviews primary legislation—including the ITE Law, Pornography Law, Copyright Law, and the New Criminal Code—as well as relevant secondary sources. The findings indicate that while existing laws provide some recourse, there is a critical need for better enforcement and legal clarity. Novelty: This research highlights the unique challenges posed by deepfake technology and proposes reforms to existing legal frameworks to enhance protection for victims. Implications: The recommendations advocate for improved criminal complaint mechanisms and civil lawsuit avenues for victims, alongside a call for progressive legal reforms governing Artificial Intelligence to effectively address the evolving landscape of digital misuse and ensure justice for affected individuals.]]>

Specific Background: This research specifically examines the legal conditions necessary for the validity of thesis jockey service agreements, focusing on their compliance with the Civil Code. Knowledge Gap: Despite the growing prevalence of these services, there is limited scholarly analysis on the legal implications and protections surrounding them. Aims: The study aims to explore the validity of thesis jockey service agreements by assessing their halal causes in relation to thesis consultation services. Results: Utilizing a normative juridical methodology with a statutory approach, the findings reveal that the validity of these agreements hinges on specific criteria outlined in the Civil Code, particularly concerning lawful objectives and mutual consent. <![CDATA[General Background: The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has brought to light critical issues regarding privacy rights, particularly in the context of delivery services. Specific Background: This research specifically addresses the actions of Shopee Express couriers who take photos of package recipients without their consent, raising significant concerns regarding personal data protection and privacy violations. Knowledge Gap: Despite the existence of laws aimed at protecting personal data, there is insufficient analysis of how these laws apply to courier practices in e-commerce. Aims: The study aims to examine the legal implications of these privacy violations and the adequacy of existing regulations in safeguarding consumer rights. Results: Utilizing a normative juridical methodology with a statutory approach, the findings indicate that such actions contravene multiple Indonesian laws, including the 1945 Constitution, Law No. 8 of 1999, and various governmental regulations concerning data protection. Novelty: This research adds to the existing literature by highlighting the intersection of e-commerce practices and privacy law, emphasizing the need for more robust legal frameworks. It seeks to deepen the understanding of state accountability and its implications for international relations. Method: The study utilizes a comprehensive review of case law, scholarly interpretations, and legal frameworks to examine key concepts such as internationally wrongful acts, state liability, reparations, and compensation mechanisms. The research also considers the interplay between state sovereignty and international obligations. <![CDATA[The article is dedicated to studying the judicial and procedural features related to nuclear energy regulation and dispute resolution within this sector. Given the high risks associated with the operation of nuclear facilities, judicial systems must consider both national legal norms and international agreements, such as the 1963 Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage. This work analyzes the legal mechanisms of civil liability for nuclear damage and compensation procedures using examples from the United States, France, Russia, and China. Special attention is paid to the involvement of experts, procedural norms, insurance issues for nuclear operators, and appeal mechanisms. Additionally, challenges in ensuring the independence of judges in cases related to nuclear incidents and the role of international cooperation in creating unified standards for nuclear safety are explored.]]>

Organization of the flow of goods through the logistics system in the markets of agricultural products and the organization of a system of recycling of products after consumption, saving resources and reducing waste are one of the urgent issues. The main task of this study is to develop scientific foundations for solving the problems and opportunities of implementing a green supply chain in the organization of product flows.
