Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the work productivity of employees of CV Yahyo Bengkulu Province. Respondents of this study were employees who worked at CV Yahyo Bengkulu Province totalling 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The results of this study indicate that employee work productivity is influenced by job satisfaction and work motivation with the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.787 + 0.421X1 + 0.429X2 and the effect is seen from the coefficient of determination or Adjusted R Square (R2) = 0.447 which is 44.7% while the rest is seen from the coefficient of determination. 447 which is 44.7% while the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other variables outside the study.Furthermore, job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the work productivity of CV employees. Yahyo Bengkulu Province with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. Also, job satisfaction and work motivation partially or individually affect the work productivity of CV employees. Yahyo Bengkulu Province with a probability value (sig) each variable job satisfaction (X1) with a probability value (sig) 0.002 <0.050 has a significant effect on employee work productivity. And Work Motivation (X2) with a probability value (sig) 0.001 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and social intelligence on the performance of Vivo product consultants in Bengkulu. Respondents of this study were permanent employees who worked as product consultants for Vivo mobile phones totaling 44 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.Furthermore, emotional intelligence and social intelligence simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the performance of Vivo mobile product consultants employees in Bengkulu with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. As well as emotional intelligence and social intelligence partially or individually affect the performance of Vivo mobile phone product consultants employees in Bengkulu with a probability value (sig) of each variable emotional intelligence with a probability value (sig) of 0.004 <0.050 has a significant effect on employee performance. And social intelligence with a probability value (sig) of 0.007 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of service quality and price discounts on purchasing decisions at Panenka sports store in Bengkulu. And to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions.his research used quantitative methods on 75 respondents. The population used in this research is consumers of the Panenka Sport Sports Shop and sampling in this research is a non-probability sampling technique.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 1.312 + 0.690 (X_1) + 0.158 (X2) is obtained. The results of the research concluded that service quality and price discounts had a positive and significant effect, partially or simultaneously, on purchasing decisions at the Panenka Sport Sports Store in Bengkulu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research type, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Jl. Lake, Kel. Big Hamlet, District. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses the Total Sampling technique, namely Total sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely the t test and f test.The results of this research can be concluded that the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Work Stress together has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 100 employees who worked at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study were data validity tests, data reliability tests, data normality tests, correlation tests, and regression tests. The results of the research that has been done is that there is a significant relationship between teamwork and employee performance at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya, by having a relationship in the strong category, there is a significant relationship between work discipline and employee performance at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya, with a relationship in the moderate category. And there is a significant relationship between teamwork and work discipline with the performance of employees at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya, by having a very strong relationship in the category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Islamic capital market in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. Based on the data analysis and discussion that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: the results of the analysis show that the level of role of the Islamic capital market in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. However, the percentage figures that have been calculated show that the role of the Islamic capital market in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia must continue to be increased. Investment knowledge has a significant influence on the role of the Islamic capital market in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia
