<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the work productivity of employees of CV Yahyo Bengkulu Province. Respondents of this study were employees who worked at CV Yahyo Bengkulu Province totalling 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The results of this study indicate that employee work productivity is influenced by job satisfaction and work motivation with the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.787 + 0.421X1 + 0.429X2 and the effect is seen from the coefficient of determination or Adjusted R Square (R2) = 0.447 which is 44.7% while the rest is seen from the coefficient of determination. 447 which is 44.7% while the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other variables outside the study.Furthermore, job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the work productivity of CV employees. Yahyo Bengkulu Province with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. Also, job satisfaction and work motivation partially or individually affect the work productivity of CV employees. Yahyo Bengkulu Province with a probability value (sig) each variable job satisfaction (X1) with a probability value (sig) 0.002 <0.050 has a significant effect on employee work productivity. And Work Motivation (X2) with a probability value (sig) 0.001 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee work productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and social intelligence on the performance of Vivo product consultants in Bengkulu. Respondents of this study were permanent employees who worked as product consultants for Vivo mobile phones totaling 44 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.Furthermore, emotional intelligence and social intelligence simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the performance of Vivo mobile product consultants employees in Bengkulu with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. As well as emotional intelligence and social intelligence partially or individually affect the performance of Vivo mobile phone product consultants employees in Bengkulu with a probability value (sig) of each variable emotional intelligence with a probability value (sig) of 0.004 <0.050 has a significant effect on employee performance. And social intelligence with a probability value (sig) of 0.007 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to determine the effect of service quality and price discounts on purchasing decisions at Panenka sports store in Bengkulu. And to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions.his research used quantitative methods on 75 respondents. The population used in this research is consumers of the Panenka Sport Sports Shop and sampling in this research is a non-probability sampling technique.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 1.312 + 0.690 (X_1) + 0.158 (X2) is obtained. The results of the research concluded that service quality and price discounts had a positive and significant effect, partially or simultaneously, on purchasing decisions at the Panenka Sport Sports Store in Bengkulu.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research type, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Jl. Lake, Kel. Big Hamlet, District. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses the Total Sampling technique, namely Total sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 40 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely the t test and f test.The results of this research can be concluded that the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Work Stress together has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 100 employees who worked at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study were data validity tests, data reliability tests, data normality tests, correlation tests, and regression tests. The results of the research that has been done is that there is a significant relationship between teamwork and employee performance at PT. Trisula Ulung Mega Surya, by having a relationship in the strong category, there is a significant relationship between work discipline and employee performance at PT. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to understand how the owners of laundry businesses in Ratu Agung District, Bengkulu City, comprehend the accounting cycle in accordance with the principles of the correct accounting cycle. The data analysis in this study employs a qualitative analysis approach. The population for this research consists of all laundry businesses registered with the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office of Bengkulu City in Ratu Agung District, with a sample of 19 respondents. The data collected in this study is primary data obtained directly from the respondents through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research findings indicate that the owners of laundry businesses in Ratu Agung District, Bengkulu City, have not implemented the accounting cycle according to the correct accounting principles. The calculation results from the distributed questionnaires show a weighted score of 25%, where the Guttman scale ranges from 0% to 25%, indicating no association or a low association (weak association). This means that the laundry business owners do not apply the accounting cycle, or the implementation of the accounting cycle is still very low/weak in their financial management. The application of the accounting cycle in laundry businesses is limited to the recording of transactions and transaction evidence. The lack of implementation of the accounting cycle among these owners is due to their belief that simply recording cash inflows and outflows is sufficient for their laundry business.]]>

<![CDATA[QRIS is a digital payment tool issued by Bank Indonesia, using a barcode that is scanned through a digital wallet application to make transactions easier, faster, and safer. The development of payments using QRIS is seen from the increasing data of qris users up to 48 million users from 2022 to March 2024. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of convenience, security, and speed on consumer interest in using qris as a payment method in Bengkulu city. This research method uses quantitative research type, the sample in this study is the people of Bengkulu city QRIS users who are shopping at ichiban sushi bencolen mall totaling 100 people.The results of multiple linear regression show the equation: Y = 7.067 + 0.168 X1 + 0.198 X2 + 0.625 X3, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the variables of convenience (X1), security (X2) and speed (X3) have a positive influence on consumer interest in using QRIS as a payment method in Bengkulu City. The coefficient of determination (R square) from SPSS 25.00 is 0.519. This means that convenience, security, and speed affect consumer interest in using QRIS as a payment method by 51.9% while the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other factors. The t test results at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially X1, X2, and X3 have a significant influence on consumer interest in using QRIS as a payment method in Bengkulu City with a value of X1 0.011, X2 0.006, X3 0.000]]>
