Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of green product and green advertising on purchasing decisions for Attack Brand Detergent in Banda Aceh City. The study population was all Attack Brand Detergent consumers in Banda Aceh City, and the sampling technique used the Rao Purba formula, resulting in 96 consumers. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that green product and green advertising simultaneously and partially had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Attack Brand Detergent in Banda Aceh City. Green product partially had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Attack Brand Detergent in Banda Aceh City, while green advertising partially had a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Attack Brand Detergent in Banda Aceh City. The implications of this study indicate that green product and green advertising play a significant role in increasing purchasing decisions. Therefore, it can be recommended that the company continue to maintain and improve product quality and varied advertising to attract consumers to buy Attack detergent products, thereby creating a high level of purchasing decision among consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Incentives, Job Promotion and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bintang Perkasa Indah Motor in Lueng Bata. The sample size of this study was 40 employees. Research data were collected through a list of questions/questionnaires and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) is intended to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The objects in this study are Incentives, Job Promotion, Motivation and Employee Performance at PT. Bintang Perkasa Indah Motor in Lueng Bata. The results of the study show that in a simultaneous test between the variables Incentives, Job Promotion and Motivation affect employee performance at PT. Bintang Perkasa Indah Motor in Lueng Bata. Then partially, namely Job Promotion and Motivation affect employee performance at PT. Bintang Perkasa Indah Motor in Lueng Bata. While Incentives do not affect employee performance at PT. Bintang Perkasa Indah Motor in Lueng Bata

Abstract

The problem in this research is the dropping of promotion strategy, product quality and customer satisfaction to purchase decision of hijab accessories at Bericcy's Shop online. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of promotion strategy, product quality and customer satisfaction to purchase decision of hijab Accessories at online sale of Bericcy's Shop. The number of samples of this study were 72 customers. The data were collected through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) is intended to know in a way san partially influence independent variables dependent on dependent variable at 95% confidence level (α = 0,05). The results of research based on simultaneous test show that between variable Promotion Strategy, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect to Decision of Purchasing Hijab Accessories on Bericcy's Shop Online Sales. While only partially variable Promotion Strategy and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Hijab Accessories at Bericcy's Shop Online Sales. While the product quality variable does not affect the Decision of Purchasing Hijab Accessories on Bericcy's Shop Online Sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of price and customer satisfaction on repurchase decisions for goods delivery services at PT. Wahana in Banda Aceh. The author employed a quantitative research method, with a sample size of 100 consumers using purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 software. The results showed that price and customer satisfaction significantly influenced repurchase decisions for goods delivery services at PT. Wahana in Banda Aceh. The implication of this study is that price and customer satisfaction significantly influence repurchase decisions for goods delivery services at PT. Wahana in Banda Aceh. This is because affordable prices will easily attract customers to use competitive services, and customer satisfaction will be met with timely delivery.

Abstract

This study examines how micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) navigate modern retail competition through adaptation strategies and digital transformation. Drawing on a qualitative design complemented with survey-based validation, the research explores the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs in adopting technological solutions to enhance competitiveness. Semi-structured interviews with MSME owners, alongside survey data, were analyzed using thematic analysis and descriptive statistics. The findings reveal three critical dimensions: first, the adoption of innovative strategies such as omnichannel integration, product diversification, and customer engagement through digital platforms; second, the role of digital transformation, where e-commerce adoption, digital payment systems, and data-driven decision-making significantly improve operational efficiency and market reach; and third, persistent barriers including financial constraints, limited digital literacy, and cultural resistance that undermine successful adoption. Case studies, such as Warung Pintar in Indonesia and artisan cooperatives in Kenya, illustrate how digital tools can improve resilience, expand customer bases, and foster collaboration among MSMEs. The study highlights that enterprises capable of aligning digital tools with consumer preferences and building collaborative ecosystems are more likely to achieve sustainable competitiveness. The research contributes to the literature by integrating adaptation and digital transformation into a unified framework, while offering managerial and policy implications for promoting inclusive digitalization and strengthening MSME resilience in an increasingly competitive retail landscape.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) and the Regional Public Order Agency (WH) Office in Aceh Besar Regency. The aim was to examine the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice on the managerial performance of employees at the office. This research employed quantitative methods, focusing on employee managerial performance. The data source was primary data obtained through questionnaires, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for analysis. The results showed that distributive justice and procedural justice simultaneously influenced 79.4% of the managerial performance of employees at the Satpol PP and WH Office in Aceh Besar. Procedural justice tended to have a greater influence on managerial performance, accounting for 58.1%, while distributive justice had a 33.4% influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, price, and promotion on iPhone purchasing decisions in Banda Aceh. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach. The results showed a significant influence between brand image, product quality, price, and promotion on iPhone purchasing decisions in Banda Aceh. The implications of this study indicate that brand image, product quality, price, and promotion influence iPhone purchasing decisions in Banda Aceh. This is because brand image can make it easier for consumers to recognize the product they want. Product quality can also influence consumer decisions because the higher the quality of a product, the higher the consumer's purchasing interest. Affordable prices can make it easier for consumers to gauge purchasing power, and promotions can provide the latest information to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of TQM on employee performance at PT. Tuah Sejati, to test and analyze the influence of leadership commitment on employee performance at PT. Tuah Sejati and To test and analyze the influence of TQM and leadership commitment on employee performance at PT. Tuah Sejati. Data analysis used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The sample in this study was 22 employees of PT. Tuah Sejati. The results of the study indicate that Total Quality Management has no effect on employee performance at PT. Tuah Sejati. This can be seen in the results of data processing where the t count value is -0.022 ≥ t table 2.093. Leadership commitment has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tuah Sejati. This can be seen in the results of data processing where the t count value is 2.880 ≥ t table 2.093. Total Quality Management and Leadership Commitment have an effect on employee performance at PT. Tuah Sejati. This can be seen in the data processing results, where the calculated t value is 6.855 ≥ t table 3.522.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, human capital, and employee engagement on the performance of employees in the Aceh Provincial Livestock Service, both individually (partially) and together (simultaneously). This study uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study is all employees of the Aceh Province Livestock Service. Data collection techniques using questionnaires obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work in the Aceh Provincial Livestock Service. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that organizational culture, human capital, and employee engagement influence employee performance, both individually (partially) and together (simultaneously).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, social competence, and the environment on the growth of cafe businesses in Banda Aceh. This study involved 48 cafe entrepreneurs in Banda Aceh. The research object related to entrepreneurial knowledge, social competence, and the environment's influence on cafe business growth in Banda Aceh. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge, social competence, and the cafe business environment in Banda Aceh influenced cafe business growth in Banda Aceh. Business owners must be willing to take risks, be able to analyze every opportunity, and be able to provide solutions to every problem. Attitudes and skills, both social and communication, are added values ​​for business owners to achieve the desired cafe growth.
