Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed the modern communication landscape by offering various conveniences and efficiencies. However, the use of this technology also raises complex ethical challenges. This study aims to analyze the ethical benefits and risks of using AI in communication and identify necessary mitigation strategies. The method used was a systematic literature review of 20 scientific publications from 2021-2025 that discuss the ethical aspects of AI in various communication contexts. The results show that AI provides significant benefits in personalizing services, increasing the efficiency of business communications, expanding access to education and mental health services, and optimizing the user experience. However, the implementation of AI also presents serious risks related to data privacy and security, algorithmic bias that can lead to discrimination, a lack of transparency in decision-making, and the potential for copyright infringement and the spread of misinformation. To minimize these risks, ethical practices are needed that include transparency and accountability in AI implementation, the development of comprehensive regulations and ethical standards, and increasing public digital literacy. This study concludes that the use of AI in communication must be based on a strong ethical framework involving collaboration between technology developers, policymakers, and the public to ensure this technology provides optimal benefits while protecting the fundamental rights of users.

Abstract

Hybrid work arrangements have transformed communication and collaboration systems in organizations, particularly in Indonesia where digital transformation accelerated rapidly during the pandemic. Virtual communication has emerged as the main mechanism for coordinating tasks, sharing knowledge, and maintaining interdependence among geographically distributed team members. This study employed a systematic literature review approach to examine the role of virtual communication, digital leadership, and organizational culture in shaping team effectiveness within hybrid workplaces in Indonesia. Findings indicate that balanced synchronous–asynchronous communication, clarity of expectations, and psychological safety enhance collaborative performance, whereas communication overload and unequal digital readiness hinder productivity. Furthermore, leaders who adopt empathetic, coaching-based, and outcome-oriented approaches foster stronger engagement and trust in hybrid teams. Organizations that develop adaptive communication norms, invest in digital capability building, and implement equitable hybrid work policies tend to achieve higher team cohesion and performance. This study highlights the importance of integrating technological, human, and cultural dimensions to optimize hybrid work effectiveness in emerging economy contexts

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of learning leadership in the digital era through a qualitative literature review to identify the characteristics of adaptive educational management models. Technological dynamics require educational leaders to possess digital literacy capacity, strategic sensitivity to change, and the ability to integrate digital tools into managerial and pedagogical processes. The literature review indicates that transformational and distributive leadership models offer a strong conceptual foundation for creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making. The analysis also found that the success of digital transformation is influenced by organizational readiness, policy structures, and the quality of professional relationships between stakeholders. Institutions that are able to adapt effectively demonstrate a pattern of continuous capacity development, are responsive to technological risks, and consistently balance technical and ethical aspects. The synthesis of various findings shows that adaptive learning leadership focuses not only on technological mastery but also on the ability to create a flexible, collaborative, and quality-oriented educational ecosystem. The results of this study emphasize the importance of educational leaders who are visionary, innovative, and able to guide institutions through digital change in a directed and sustainable manner, so that educational management remains relevant and competitive in the modern era

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is a crucial factor influencing work effectiveness in an organizational setting. This study uses a literature review method to analyze the contribution of interpersonal communication to coordination, employee psychological dynamics, and the achievement of organizational goals. The literature sources used include scientific journals, academic books, proceedings, and relevant publications from the past ten years. The analysis results show that effective interpersonal communication facilitates work coordination, improves task clarity, and minimizes misinterpretation of instructions. Harmonious interpersonal relationships increase motivation, trust, and job satisfaction, thus motivating employees to contribute optimally. In addition, interpersonal communication supports cross-divisional collaboration, accelerates decision-making, and strengthens the implementation of organizational strategies. Literature findings confirm that good interpersonal communication management plays a strategic role in improving individual and team performance, reducing internal conflict, and facilitating adaptation to changes in the work environment. This study concludes that interpersonal communication is not only a technical aspect, but also psychological and strategic factors that contribute significantly to the achievement of organizational goals. The implications of this research emphasize the need to improve interpersonal communication competencies for employees and management as part of an organizational development strategy
