Abstract

Zakat fitrah is a number of treasures that must be fulfilled by any person, sentient, and baligh, every person who is paid by it in order with certain conditions. The purpose of this research is to know the behavior of newly married couples in district Five Clans in some elements, namely command in addressing behavior Zakah, fitrah zakat fitrah in calculating the behavior that will be fulfilled, behavior in choosing the form of zakat which ended behavior in choosing media distribution of zakat, and behavior in choosing the time of zakat. This type of research is a field research with quantitative analysis approach to qualitative and descriptive. The data collected through questionnaires. The results of this research in the form of percentage of respondents answer appropriate behavior indicators chosen by the respondent. From research conducted there is variation in the answers of the respondents on each indicator behavior with varying percentages.

Abstract

Thisiresearch sight to examined the influenced of zakat, Islamicicorporateisociali responsibility, and the Sharia supervisory board on financial performance, as appraised by return on assets (ROA), in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia during the period 2018-2023. This study employs a causality research design with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The samples consist of 42 banks listed with the financial services authority. Secondary data sourced from the annual reports of each Islamic commercial bank in Indonesia are utilized in this study. Panel data regression analysis is applied as the data analysis technique. The study's discovery reveals that zakat has a positive impact on financial performance, whereas Islamic corporate social responsibility and the Sharia supervisory board do not influence financial performance. Keywords:

Abstract

Waqf is one of rapidly developing Islamic economic instruments, but more waqf land registered still have no a legal certificate of waqf. It is as occurred in Sewon Sub-district, Bantul Regency in which of 350 locations of waqf land, 115 have no certificate. In fact, the administration for the waqf land is the main thing that must be accomplished. This then makes the waqf land has no legal force that later on can emerge the conflict of waqf land. This is a qualitative-descriptive research with field research. The data were collected by means of observation, documentation and interview that later on were analyzed using fishbone diagram analysis to figure out the root of the problem and to offer a proper solution. The results of the research showed that (1) the process of certification was hampered by finance, (2) the function of controlling was not implemented, (3) being officer of waqf is a side-job, (4) the waqf land had no certificate, and (5) the agreement process of heir. Then, the solution that can be offered is that there is a needs for proposing the fund from government to facilitate the process in making certificate for the waqf land, monitoring the process in making certificate of waqf land, the recruitment of officers only focusing on managing the waqf matter and a system that can facilitate the agreement of heir and a registration for the waqf land that has no certificate.

Abstract

BAZNAS Microfinance Desa is a microfinance service that has an important role in facilitating access to capital, providing business assistance, and facilitation to micro-business actors. This study aims to find out the strategy implemented by BAZNAS Microfinance Desa in transforming Mustahik Partners to Muzakki in Sawojajar Malang. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was obtained from the results of interviews. While secondary data is in the form of observation, and documentation. This documentation is in the form of evidence of records or historical reports that have been compiled in archives, journals, and literature relating to the data of mustahik partners who become muzakki after receiving capital assistance at the BAZNAS Microfinance Desa. This study uses data validity techniques using a triangulation model. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the strategy of BAZNAS Microfinance Desa at Sawojajar Malang is to increase the status of mustahik to become muzakki. In an effort to be able to improve and change the status of partners who initially had to change to muzakki, they had to implement several strategies including planning a partner feasibility study, conducting outreach, forming groups, looking at the feasibility study of partners who had just joined BAZNAS Microfinance Desa, and finally completing a capital financing assessment. business and distribution of funds. This research contributes to finding out the alternative strategy to transform mustahik become muzakki by enhancing their income of business.

Abstract

One of the dilemmas in the management of waqf that has not been completely answered by Waqf Law is the institutional side of waqf. Institutionalization of waqf is still perceived only from an institutional structure that is formalistic so as to make the productivity of waqf implementation still running in place. The aspect of institutionalization of waqf is not only seen on the side of the institutional structure formed by the government. The existence of a wakaf institution that is productive is of course based on the subjectivity in building community involvement in the legal space which has an indicator is the existence of society in designing productivity through institutional non-structural but still prioritize accountability.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the model of waqf asset management by religious leaders figure (kyai) in Madura, which serves to supports and optimization asset waqf utility nationally that has not been well empowered. This study focus on, (1) knowing the management and development of waqf capital assets by Kyai as Nazhir in Bangkalan, (2) to find out the analysis off waqf asset development model in order to increase benefit of waqf assets in Bangkalan. This research uses qualitative approach. Data retieval techniques with documentation, in-depth interviews on the management of waqf asset in Bangkalan, which using component analysis on waqf core principles standards.The results of the research showed that waqf assets managed by kyai were transfered to posterity without going through the changing nazhir process, which impacted on the unfulfilled aspects on waqf development, which based on aspects of knowledge, training recruitment, rewards, and aspects of coaching and supervision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence of trust and zakat literacy on the public's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS Rembang, with professionalism and transparency as moderating variables. This research employs a quantitative approach with explanatory research design. The techniques used include observation, interviews, and direct questionnaires at the research location. The sample for this study consists of 152 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using SEM-PLS analysis. The results show that trust and zakat literacy positively and significantly impact the interest in paying zakat. Professionalism can moderate (strengthen) the influence of trust and zakat literacy on the public's interest in paying zakat, with professionalism as a moderating variable at BAZNAS Rembang. It means the more professional Amil, the level of trust and zakat literacy among Muslims in paying zakat will be stronger. Transparency can also moderate (strengthen) the influence of trust and zakat literacy on the public's interest in paying zakat, with professionalism as a moderating variable at BAZNAS Rembang. This implies that better transparency in zakat institutions will strengthen the level of trust and zakat literacy, encouraging individuals to pay zakat to BAZNAS Rembang

Abstract

This Waqf in Kuwait is an endowment which is as old as the existence of Kuwaiti culture, the main purpose of this writing is to explore the implementation of waqf in Kuwait from the perspective of Endowments Jurisprudence by seeing the progress of waqf in Kuwait and with all its developments. The study method used in discussing this problem is literature research. The data in this study were obtained using the documentary method, to look for data on the implementation of waqf in Kuwait sourced from books, journals, the internet, and Papers. Kuwait has a strategy in developing waqf that is used effectively by developing waqf assets productively through various investment channels and distributing the results according to the conditions set by the waqif and making suitable waqf programs to improve the quality of existing Waqf Institutions so that Kuwait can progress and developed with effective waqf management and played an important role in the development of the Kuwaiti State.
