Abstract

Organizational culture has long been recognized as one of the factors that greatly influences employee performance and job satisfaction in companies, especially on a global scale such as multinational companies (Garnida, 2011; Santoso, 2020). In the era of globalization, multinational companies are often faced with unique challenges related to cultural diversity, cross-border human resource management, and adaptation to different values (Nurfatmala et al., 2023; Sesariza, 2020). This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction in multinational companies. Research Design This study uses a quantitative design with a correlational survey approach. In the organizational culture profile, the teamwork aspect scored the highest, with an average score of 4.5, indicating that teamwork and collaboration are very important in the organization. The level of employee performance shows that Job Quality received the highest average score (4.3), indicating that employees produce high-quality work. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the leadership aspect has the strongest influence with a regression coefficient of 0.40 and a significant value of p = 0.0000. Based on data analysis, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction in the context of this multinational company is very relevant to various theories of motivation, leadership, and management

Abstract

In recent decades, changes in information and communication technology have revolutionised various sectors, including the business sector. One of the most obvious impacts is the emergence of digital marketing as an alternative to traditional marketing (Rafli, 2022). Traditional marketing, such as print advertising, television, radio, and direct marketing, has been the main choice in promoting products. However, with the development of the internet and social media, digital marketing offers new opportunities that are more scalable and efficient for companies to reach consumers (Chaffey & Ellis-Chadwick, 2019). This research aims to compare the effectiveness of digital and traditional marketing strategies in increasing product sales. The research instruments include a structured questionnaire designed to measure the perceived effectiveness, cost, and conversion rate of each marketing strategy. The sales data collected will be used for statistical analysis, which helps to understand the differences in their effectiveness. The results of this research show that digital marketing strategies have advantages over traditional marketing in increasing sales and customer conversions at a lower cost. Digital marketing strategies increase sales more quickly, efficiently, and consistently compared to traditional marketing methods. These results support contemporary marketing theories that propose the use of technology to assist marketing strategies and decisions. Based on quantitative data showing significant differences in sales achievement, the researcher's assumption that companies in the internet age would better utilise digital marketing strategies was proven correct.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has become one of the prominent topics in management and organizational research due to its significant impact on organizational effectiveness and team performance (Shafiyah et al., 2023). In an increasingly dynamic and complex work environment, the need for leaders who are able to inspire, motivate, and empower their teams is essential to increase productivity and innovation. This study aims at the relationship between transformational leadership style and various team performance indicators, including productivity, innovation, job satisfaction, and team commitment to the organization. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and team performance in the workplace. The sample size is 66 employees from several departments with sample criteria, namely those who have work experience under the leadership of a transformational leader for at least one year.Based on the results in table 2, the results of the regression test (p-value 0.000) of transformational leadership on team performance show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on team performance. Meanwhile, team motivation also has a positive influence on team performance (p-value 0.000) indicating that team motivation also improves performance. Transformational leadership has a significant and positive influence on team performance in the work environment. Transformational leadership encourages intrinsic team motivation through inspiration, idealized influence, and intellectual empowerment, which in turn increases team productivity and performance quality. It can be concluded that organizations must focus on developing transformational leadership and creating a work environment that supports the intrinsic motivation of team members.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy with significant contributions to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment absorption. In today's digital era, the application of information technology (IT) is a potential solution to overcome these challenges. However, the implementation of IT in the MSME sector still faces various obstacles, especially in terms of finance and limited technical capabilities. This study uses a descriptive-correlational survey design to show how information technology is used in MSMEs and measures the correlation or relationship between IT variables and operational efficiency variables. The data are collected and analysed qualitatively and statistically. The results of the study show that the use of IT has a positive and significant impact on the operational efficiency of MSMEs, particularly in saving time, reducing operational costs, and increasing productivity. In addition, the positive correlation between IT implementation and operating efficiency shows that the higher the use, the greater the impact on improving MSME performance. Comparative studies between sectors or regions can enrich insights into the effectiveness of IT and provide more specific recommendations to support sustainable digitalisation in this sector.

Abstract

The global export manufacturing landscape is currently navigating a state of "polycrisis," where systemic supply chain disruptions pose an existential threat to organizational endurance. This research addresses the critical need for "Managerial Resilience Calibration" a process of precision-tuning organizational strategies based on real-time data to safeguard export continuity. Utilizing a longitudinal quantitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data from 78 export-oriented manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), integrated with macro-logistical reports from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Ministry of Industry (2021–2024). The results indicate that firms implementing "Active Calibration" characterized by a Resilience Investment Ratio (RIR) exceeding 20% and a Supplier Concentration Index (HHI) below 0.40 maintained 30% higher export stability compared to those following static, cost-centric paradigms. Statistical testing further validates that technological investment and geographical supplier diversification are significant predictors of export resilience (). This study concludes that a shift from pure cost-efficiency toward resilience-based effectiveness is mandatory for international competitiveness. These findings advance the dynamic capabilities framework by quantifying the calibration mechanism through empirical corporate performance.
