Abstract

Project activity is an activity that requires careful planning so that its implementation runs smoothly. One of them is a construction development project. Therefore, researchers are interested in discussing construction development. This study aims to examine and analyze related piling work, namely starting from the piles used, the piling tools used, to the stages in the piling work. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, literature, working drawings from the project and documentation. The piling method uses a compressive mode so that the piles reach the depth of the soil. The informants of this research are people who are in the Pringgodigdo Building Construction project, Airlangga University Surabaya right on Jl. Dharmawangsa No. 4-6, Kec. Gubeng, Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that in the construction of the Pringgodigdo Building, piling work was carried out using a diameter 60 spun pile using a ZYJ type HSPD (Hydraulic Static Pile Driver) piling tool.46 The results of the calculation of HSPD machine productivity are in line with the specifications

Abstract

Untuk mengatasi kemungkinan lonjakan pasien di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Kediri, maka dibangunnya fasilitas gedung parkir baru agar tidak menimbulkan parkir liar di badan jalan. Dalam merencanakan tempat parkir yang nyaman, penting untuk memahami kebutuhan ruang parkir yang ditentukan berdasarkan Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui apakah pembangunan gedung parkir pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Kediri telah mematuhi ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP). Metode yang digunakan untuk pencarian data menggunakan observasi langsung di lapangan untuk membandingkan parkir eksisting dengan ketentuan Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP) yang ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat tahun 1996. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dapat diketahui data eksisting diperoleh hasil yakni 89 SRP, sedangkan pada ketentuan Pedoman Dirjen Perhubungan Darat 1996, SRP yang dibutuhkan adalah 125 SRP. Maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi penambahan SRP pada mobil dan motor. Hasil evaluasi penambahan petak parkir untuk motor yaitu 21 SRP, lalu dijumlahkan dengan SRP mobil sebesar 104 SRP. Sehingga diperoleh hasil total 125 SRP. Hasil tersebut sudah sesuai dengan pedoman Dirjen Perhubungan Darat 1996. Kata Kunci: Gedung Parkir, Parkir, Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP)

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi yang berhasil adalah proyek yang dapat diselesaikan dengan biaya dan waktu yang seefisienmungkin. Untuk mencapai hal ini, diperlukan prediksi produktivitas yang tepat untuk merencanakan danmengendalikan operasi konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui produktivitas hydraulic static pile driversebagai kontrol dalam pengoperasiannya agar proyek dapat berjalan lancar sesuai dengan kebutuhan yangdiinginkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian produktivitastertinggi terjadi di titik nomor 58 dengan kedalaman tiang pancang 36 meter sebesar 34,47 m/jam dan titik nomor157 dengan kedalaman tiang pancang 24 meter sebesar 32,31 m/jam. Sedangkan, produktivitas terendah pada titiknomor 34 dengan kedalaman tiang pancang 36 meter sebesar 22,99 m/jam dan titik nomor 158 dengan kedalamantiang pancang 24 meter sebesar 19,24 m/jam.

Abstract

Internship practice is a program designed to provide practical work experience to students or individuals who are required to be students. The main objectives of internship practice are to develop professional skills, understand the dynamics of the workplace, apply theories that have been learned, and open up employment opportunities. The purpose of this research is to increase insight into the process of building renovation in construction projects. This research uses a literature study research method, with data collection in the form of literature reviews from journals and scientific articles. The results showed that in the construction of the renovation of the Neucentrix Kebalen data center office building, the control and monitoring process was very good and complete. All control and monitoring activities were held regularly every day, week, and month. The overall implementation of the work did not experience any obstacles thanks to the time acceleration that was implemented. However, the application of Occupational Safety & Health (OHS) at the project site is still relatively lacking, because there are still many workers who are less compliant with the application of OHS and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Abstract

The Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat program (MSIB) is an internship program held by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture so that students gain experience in the world of work in a professional manner. The Directorate General of Housing under the auspices of the Ministry of Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) has also opened an apprenticeship program with one of them as Assistant for Flats Development. The Directorate of Flats in the 2022 strategic plan plans an assistance program for the construction of flats of 51,340 units by 2024. Therefore, students are invited to directly participate in the apartment development assistance program. Student participation in this program is assisting the construction of flats as Construction Supervisor Assistants or Project Management Assistants spread across 7 provinces in Indonesia. This internship program will provide many benefits such as increasing knowledge regarding assistance in the construction of flats, procurement of construction services, project management and other knowledge, especially in the field of construction.

Abstract

This article presents the findings of an internship report carried out on the Unesa Sports Psychology Integrated Building construction project with the aim of analyzing and evaluating the project. The contents of the report include an in-depth analysis of the column structure. Columns act as the main vertical elements that distribute the building load to the ground base, a deep understanding of the behavior and structural characteristics of columns is essential in ensuring the success of the project. The approach applied includes data and information collection, structural modeling using special software and analysis of the load and strength of column structures. The results of the analysis show that the column structure in the Unesa Sports Psychology Integrated Building construction project meets the specified strength and stability requirements. It is hoped that this Work Practice Internship report and article can make a positive contribution to developing knowledge about column structures and improving safe and efficient construction practices in the future.

Abstract

During the construction period, there will be risks that do not rule out the possibility of occurring, such as occupational health and safety hazards, one of which is the occurrence of work accidents. Lack of discipline in the use of PPE can also trigger these risks, so that it can make it possible for construction construction to have a high risk of work accidents. The purpose of this study is to identify the variables of occupational accident risk that can occur in the construction of Waron Hospital. This study collects data with secondary data taken from literature books, journals, and the internet. The results of the study obtained 38 risk indicators that were reviewed based on work items, namely 6 work items, and 13 work activities. The description of the work activities is that there are 4 risks in soil excavation work, 1 risk in material lifting work, 2 risks in welding cutting work, 3 risks in the installation of reinforcing steel frames, 4 risks in casting, 4 risks in formwork installation, 3 risks in material lifting, 1 risk in the preparation and cutting process work, 3 risks in the installation of roof and ceiling coverings, 3 risks in wall and stucco installation work, 4 risks in ceramic installation work, 3 risks in water pipeline installation, and 3 risks in electrical installation.

Abstract

The foundation of a drill pile or bored pile is used to support a building structure by drilling a hole into the ground and filling it with steel reinforcement and concrete. Evaluation of the strength of the supporting capacity of a bored pile foundation is important in the design and construction process, to ensure that the foundation can bear the load of the structure to be placed on it. The study used the Plaxis 2D software to simulate the support strength of the bored pile foundation, the Luciano Decourt method, and the Reese and Wright method to determine the comparison of the maximum support strength values. The results of this study show that the support power value obtained with the Reese and Wright method is closer to the support force result using the 2D Plaxis. From the third method calculations, the Qult value difference between the Plaxis 2D method and the Luciano Decourt method is -469.73 kN or -32.8% for data 1, -666.56 kN, or -36.7% for data 2, and -407.24 kN and -12.1% for data 3. For the differential between the Plaxis 2D method and the Reese and Wright method, the result was 0.63 kN or 0.1% for data 1, 78,58 kN, or 7.3% for data 2, and -80,64 kN (or -2.7% for data 3).
