Abstract

In the development process there is often a discrepancy between planning and actual conditions in the field. This will later be carried out by a change order contract as a material for submitting design changes, changes in structural calculations, to the addition and reduction of work items that cause changes in construction costs. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between change order contracts and construction costs. This study uses data processing methods using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The processed data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to all project managers in the Menur Mental Hospital Surabaya Integrity Building construction project. The results of the impact of the change order contract on construction costs led to additional overtime costs for workers with a correlation value of 0.826. Contract change orders have an effect on changes in construction costs in the Menur Mental Hospital Surabaya Integrity Building construction project, and for a variable that is very influential on changes in costs is the addition of workers' overtime costs.

Abstract

Surabaya is the capital city of East Java, which has various types of public and private hospitals. One of the private hospitals in East Surabaya is the Royal Surabaya Hospital. Royal Surabaya Hospital is a Class C private hospital that provides facilities and infrastructure in the health sector to advance public welfare and health. However, in the Royal Surabaya Hospital building, there are discrepancies in PERMENKES No. 24 of 2016, among others: some room areas that are not suitable and room zoning that is less uniform. Therefore, this research was conducted to redesign the Royal Surabaya Hospital building based on PERMENKES Number 24 of 2016. The method carried out in this study uses data collection methods in the form of observation, work drawings, and literature methods. The results of this study are in the form of space redesign at the Royal Hospital in the form of zoning groupings which are divided into 3 zones (public, semi-private, and private zoning), changes occurred in building A including the Obstetrics room which was previously on the 1st floor moving to the 2nd floor, the Operating Room and ICU which was previously on the 3rd floor changing to the 2nd floor, Hemodialysis and endoscopy rooms which were originally on the 3rd floor moved to the 1st floor, several class 1, 2, 3 inpatient rooms moved to the 3rd floor which were previously on the 2nd floor, the addition of disability toilets and the mortuary, as well as changes in room area that have referred to PERMENKES Number 24 of 2016 concerning technical requirements for hospital buildings and infrastructure.

Abstract

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a technological innovation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 that is used to plan, design, implement, and maintain buildings that can increase profits in planning smart buildings as well as increase effectiveness and efficiency in the construction process. One of the software products based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) is Autodesk Revit. The purpose of this study is to implement the BIM method in structural modeling using Autodesk Revit 2023 software in high-rise buildings that have the concept of mix-use high-rise buildings, namely Gunawangsa Gresik Apartment. The results of this study are in the form of 3D modeling, detailing, volume calculation, and visualization of structural work. In addition, the study analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of several aspects including software specifications, building structure modeling, modeling stages, detailed drawings, volume or quantity calculations, and time & human resources.

Abstract

Construction projects are inseparable from the element of risk. Risks which are uncertain events can cause disruption in project performance, one of which is project time performance. Project time performance is one of the benchmarks in project success. At this time there is one fairly complex project that is being implemented, namely the Dhoho Kediri International Airport Passenger Terminal Building construction project. This study aims to identify risk factors related to project time performance in order to avoid delays in project completion. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in the form of a literature study. The data collection technique used is a literature study of several journals or previous research articles that have discussed construction project risk management, especially on project time performance. From the results obtained, there are 38 risk identifications which are divided into 5 categories including 10 risk identification material categories, 8 risk identification environmental categories, 11 risk identification management categories, 4 risk identification design categories and 5 risk identification equipment categories.

Abstract

The Passenger Terminal Building for the Dhoho Kediri International Airport Project is a fairly complex building, so it is necessary to study the types of work accident risks that may occur during the construction process at the building structure work stage. This research was using the literature review methode and discussion or direct interviews with the K3/SHE Unit which aims to identifying risks that might occur during the construction process of the Dhoho Kediri International Airport Passenger Terminal Building, identifying risks in. Based on the output results from the risk identification stage, 46 work accident risk variables were obtained, with 39 risks obtained through literature study and 7 risks obtained through discussions or direct interviews with the K3/SHE Unit. In the risk validation stage of the 46 identified risk variables, there are 2 (two) risk variables that are considered irrelevant, namely the risk of tool failure when using heavy equipment during land clearing for preparatory work and excavation-backfill work, and there is an addition of 1 (one) the new risk variable from the respondents is the risk of electric shock in the use of concrete vibrators in foundry work, so that the number of risk variables becomes 45 variables.

Abstract

According to BPS Statistics for the Manufacturing Industry from 2013 to 2015 there was an increase in the number of manufacturing industries in Indonesia. One of them is the Overhead Crane which is a crane that is often used in workshops, whereas in accidents due to structural failure, according to OSHA, 80% of the main causes of failure are due to overloading. In this UTS assignment, the author wants to analyze the strength of crane beams and crane rails. And on the results of the analysis of the calculation of the strength of the crane beam and crane rail with a stretch of 4.75 meters, the distribution of Va to the crane wheels (Live Load) reaches M max = 0.4126829687600 tons. (Dead Load) M = 0.2972609375 tons/m. (Live load + Dead load) Mux = 7099439.0626 N/mm. has compactness between the Flanges and also the Web, while those that meet the requirements between short, medium and long spans are medium because they meet the requirements ? < ?p < ?r, and the last Mn ? Abstract

In a development, the foundation is an important structure because it functions as a support for the building. The foundation withstands loads from above, so that the lower structure if something happens (earthquake, etc.) cannot fail first. Therefore, the foundation must be planned properly in order to achieve stability and security, because the foundation holds the load from the superstructure that passes through the column. with the allowable stress value according to the soil bearing capacity. With different soil conditions, in this case different depths and with a shallow groundwater table affecting the planning of the foundation, therefore it is necessary to analyze the bearing capacity of the soil. The purpose of this paper is to find out the Qijin value of the bearing capacity of the soil and its reinforcement using the Mayerhof method. The value of soil bearing capacity using the Mayerhof method is 78,293 kN/m2

Abstract

Foundation planning needs to be considered in building planning in order to achieve a stability and safety. In planning the foundation is influenced by many factors, including the condition of the soil. With different soil conditions, in this case different depths and with the existence of a shallow groundwater table affecting the foundation planning, therefore it is necessary to analyze the soil bearing capacity. In addition, it is also necessary to calculate the required reinforcement according to the foundation to be used.

Abstract

Continuous foundation is one type of foundation that is often used in building construction. This foundation is usually used for buildings that are not too heavy, such as residential houses or other small buildings. As the name implies, the foundation is continuous and elongated or commonly called the path foundation. Continuous foundations consist of several types, including river stone foundations and brick / roll foundations. Kali stone foundations use large stones as the base and foundation walls. While the brick / rollag foundation is made of piles of bricks assembled with concrete mortar. The purpose of the study is to analyze the continuous foundation planning in accordance with technical standards and regulations applicable in the construction of the continuous foundation in Indonesia and understand the concept of the continuous foundation itself, as well as to understand the continuous foundation planning in Indonesia. In this study, the subject of research is literature related to continuous foundation planning. The results of this study found that continuous foundation planning has the aim of knowing the carrying capacity of the soil and ensuring the safety and stability of the building in order to reduce the risk of damage and failure of buildings in the future. The methods used in this research are qualitative descriptive methods and literature studies through reviewing journals and books on the internet and print media regarding continuous foundation planning and soil carrying capacity investigation
