Abstract: Comparative Analysis of Multicultural Education (Indonesia, USA, Canada, UK)Multicultural education in developed countries (Indonesia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada) asks for education that upholds human dignity and dignity by supporting and understanding the differences needed by each individual. Comparison of multicultural education (Indonesia, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada) The first of each developed country (Indonesia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada) has a contribution in multicultural education that is to want to impart decision on Multicultural actions in Indonesia giving a role to the Principal in supporting diversity owned by each student, in the United States teaches multicultural education by providing education to students about diversity, in the UK promoting multicultural education by means of a system using Language, English is not the only language. In Canada, multicultural education is implemented by applying an educational model that reconstructs cultural diversity.Abstrak : Analisis Perbandingan Pendidikan Multikultural (Indonesia, Amerika, Kanada, Inggris)Pendidikan multikultural di negara maju (Indonesia, Amerika Serikat, Inggris dan Kanada) menginginkan pendidikan yang menjunjung tinggi harkat dan martabat manusia dengan cara menghargai dan memahami perbedaan-perbedaan yang dimiliki masing-masing individu. Perbandingan pendidikan multikultural (Indonesia, Amerika Serikat, Inggris dan Kanada) Pertama dari masing-masing negara maju (Indonesia, Amerika Serikat, Inggris dan Kanada) ini memiliki persamaan dalam pendidikan multikultural yaitu ingin membratas adanya tindakan-tindakan diskriminasi dan ingin menegakkan hak-hak asasi manusia secara adil, Kedua Perbedaan pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia memberikan peran kepada Kepala Sekolah dalam memantau keberagaman yang dimiliki masing-masing siswa, di Amerika Serikat menerapkan pendidikan multikultural dengan cara memberikan edukasi kepada siswa mengenai keberagaman, di Inggris menerapkan pendidikan multikultural dengan cara sistem penerapan Bahasa, Bahasa inggris bukan menjadi Bahasa satu-satunya. Di Kanada menerapkan pendidikan multikultural dengan cara menerapkan model pendidikan yang merekonstruksi dari keanekaanragaraman budaya.

Abstract

Abstract: The Role of Leadership in Efforts to Improve Competency of Madrasah Aliyah Teachers in Bengkulu ProvinceTeacher competence has not increased even though there is a certification policy. Leadership is a solution as a mediator in providing justification, learning agent, facilitator, motivator, engineer and inspiration for teachers and students in the interests of teacher competence. The purpose of writing is to describe efforts to improve teacher competence using descriptive qualitative methods. The components that become benchmarks are teacher behavior and leadership in carrying out their main duties, functions and responsibilities as educators. The results of research on the Teacher Competency Improvement Training (PKG) show that teacher competence is not as expected, namely showing pre-test scores of 39, 48 and posttests 44, 49. Leadership has a strategic role in efforts to improve teacher competence, collaborating with institutions for understanding the quality of achievement teacher competence in an effort to achieve increased teacher competence.

Abstract

Abstract: Traditional Leaders’ Strategies In Improving Islmic Understanding Of SAD (Suku Anak Dalam) ChildrenThis study aimed to find out a depiction of traditional leaders’ strategies in improving children's understanding of Islam in the tribe called SAD (Suku Anak Dalam) in Sungai Jernih Village, Muratara District, South Sumatra. The key informants of this study were the traditional leaders in the village, and additional (secondary) informants were religious instructors and village officials. Data were collected through interview and observation techniques, and the data analysis comprised data selection, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. This study obtained the following conclusions: The strategies carried out by traditional leaders in improving religious understanding of the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) Children encompassed: 1) establishing houses of worship for Muslims: 2. Activating routinely religious programs in the aforesaid places of worship; and 3) Establishing a religion-based school, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam.

Abstract

Abstract: The Implementation of habituation method: The effort to instill Islamic values into the students of SDN 8 Rejang LebongEvery child’s positive behavior is not necessarily attributed to their inborn character, but it is passed down through a process of habituation. Habituation as a learning method is assumed to be a proper way to embed Islamic values into students so that it develops into a culture at school. Anchored in this assumption, this study sought to find out a depiction of the habituation method implementation in an effort to instill Islamic values of SDN 08 Rejang Lebong students. The method used to obtain this depiction was a qualitative method by conducting interviews and observations to the study objects until the accurate data were gained and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s stages of data analysis. This study revealed that the habituation learning method was seen to be effective in instilling Islamic values in SDN 08 Rejang Lebong, and to date those values can be well-maintained

Abstract

Abstract: The Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Forming Religious Attitudes in Students.Teachers have part of the responsibility of parents to provide education, when children are delegated to teachers at school. Teachers are parents of students at school. As parents in schools, teachers should be responsible for the development of students, both cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Especially for Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) who have a duty not only to transfer knowledge but also play a role in providing teaching and guidance related to students' religious attitudes. This study uses a qualitative approach, so that the main instrument in this study is the researcher. Data collection by observation and interviews. The results showed that the teacher has a role as corrector, inspiratory, informatory, organizer, motivator, initiator, facilitator, supervisor, class manager, and mediator. These many roles can make students have role models and can internalize religious values in them.

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers' Efforts in Instilling Religious Values in the Park Students Al Qur'an Education Al-Hikmah SalatigaEducation, which is one of the important factors in the development of the nation and state, especially for realizing the development of the Indonesian human being completely focused on the mental development of the younger generation so that it is expected to become the next generation of the nation who is devout, virtuous, skilled, independent and responsible in accordance with the objectives of national education , and also the teacher's efforts in making the nation's children have personalities who are devout to God Almighty. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts to instill religious values in TPQ Al-Hikmah students through Aqidah education, worship education, and moral education. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used several stages of identification. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's efforts to instill religious values in the process are through education of aqidah, namely introducing God, worship carrying out God's commands and staying away from His prohibitions, and Morals, namely establishing good relationships between humans.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of 2013 Curriculum Authentic Assessment in Islamic Education Subjects and CharacterThe present study aimed at finding out a depiction of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum authentic assessment conducted by Islamic education and character teachers in class VII of SMP IT Khoiru Ummah, Rejang Lebonng, Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative approach, and the informants were PAI teacher, curriculum representatives. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. After collected, the data were further analyzed referring to the concept developed by Miles. et al. with stages comprising data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The conclusions of this study were as follows: The implementation of 2013 curriculum authentic assessment on Islamic education and character subjects, in terms of the application of attitude assessment, cognitive assessment, and assessment of skills or psychomotor, had been running in accordance with the rules of 2013 curriculum authentic assessment despite not yet running maximally. The supporting factors were such as a safe, comfortable and orderly learning environment, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure at school. The inhibiting factor was that teachers’ less understanding of authentic assessment made them experience difficulties in implementing authentic assessment, besides lack of time in evaluation.

Abstract

Abstract: Pattern of Religious Character Development Aspects of Worship in Students at SMP IT Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong.This study aims to explore patterns of religious character development in aspects of worship and morals in SMP IT Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong students. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Technique data obtained from interviews and observations. The data obtained were analyzed by four steps, namely data, data reduction, data presentation, leveraging, or pulling. The results showed that the development of religious character in the aspect of worship is carried out through obligatory prayers and sunnah (dhuha, rawatib) and tahfidz Qur'an. Development of religious character in the moral aspects including morals for teachers, morals towards others, and morals towards oneself. The development of religious character is carried out through a pattern of habituation, giving advice, guidance, control, and supervision, guidance, reward, and punishment, which includes knowledge, feelings, and actions.

Abstract

Abstract: Internalization of Islamic Education in Controlling Angry Emotions.This study aims to describe how angry emotions can be controlled through the theory of Internalizing Islamic Education. Internalization of Islamic Education introduces 5 strategies in changing one's mindset and behavior including the exemplary strategy, the habituation strategy, the strategy of giving advice, the strategy of giving promises and threats and self-awareness. Through qualitative methods this study describes how the internalization of Islamic education is realized in the control of angry emotions. Interview and observation techniques (observations) are used by the author in studying how the internalization process takes place so that Islamic education has a role in controlling emotions. The conclusion is that exemplary strategies have a great effect in giving an example to individuals in controlling emotions, habitualizing strategies and giving advice are also needed in dealing with someone who is overflowing with angry emotions, bearing in mind that anger causes many negative effects such as saying harsh, cursing, damaging things to commit murder, besides that the promise and threat strategy also has a role in controlling angry emotions because if a person instills religious values in his heart and implements it will certainly remember that someone who can restrain his anger will benefit and be promised a heaven like the surrender of the good example. exemplified by the prophets. And no less important is self-awareness that limits one's emotional overflow.

Abstract: The Portrayal Of Islamic Religious Education Patterns Of The Workers’ Family At The Tea Plantation In Tangsi Baru Village KabawetanThe family is a small part of society that consists of father, mother (parents), and children. Parents are the first and foremost educators for every child. When parents have other professions outside the home, they definitely still have to prioritize religious education for their children even since early years. In this regard, how are the patterns of familial education in Tangsi Baru Village, Kabawetan, Kepahiang Regency, in the midst of families as the tea laborers? To answer the foregoing question, this study used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were interviews and observations, and the data were then analyzed in a qualitative way. The conclusion is showed that the most widely applied pattern of Islamic education in the family was a democratic pattern, with the reason in order that their children are not circumscribed by the parents’ rules, in the meantime their control is very limited because of being the plantation workers
