Abstract

Kualitas sebuah website menjadi faktor terpenting yang harus diperhatikan dalam sebuah instansi terutama instansi pemerintah. Untuk Mengetahui tingkat kualitas website maka perlu adanya evaluasi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja website dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang hasil penelitian ini akan memberi masukan dalam proses peningkatan kualitas website Disnaker Kabupaten Sragen. Instrumen yang digunakan diambil dari metode webqual 4.0 usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada pegawai disnaker Kabupaten Sragen dan masyarakat umum. Pada metode webqual 4.0 teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji F dan uji T. Perhitungan GAP menunjukkan hasil negatif (< 0) yaitu sebesar -1,1, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas website belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. Hasil analisis kuadran IPA didapatkan 6 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran A dimana kuadran ini adalah prioritas utama dalam perbaikan layanan. Terdapat 7 atribut pada kuadran B dimana kuadran ini harus dipertahankan dikarenakan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerjanya samasama tinggi. Satu atribut berada di kuadran C yakni memiliki tingkat kinerja dan kepentingan yang sama-sama rendah. Yang terahkir pada kuadran D yaitu layanan yang berlebih sedangkan kepentingannya rendah.

Abstract

Sahid University Surakarta is equipped with adequate IT (information technology) facilities and infrastructure, and its development is very rapid. The development of IT facilities and infrastructure (information technology) requires the active role of PSIT in preparing and solving IT facilities and infrastructure problems on campus. In solving problems, many obstacles occur on the platform used by PSIT. The study aims to build a web application for the Complaint Handling System for IT Facilities and Infrastructure at Sahid University, Surakarta. SIMKIT is a computer system for managing complaints data for new IT infrastructure facilities to solve the PSIT problem. This study used the waterfall method as a system development method. Data collection techniques used literature study, interviews, document analysis. The analysis and design used the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the test used the webqual 4.0 method and SPSS statistical data processing. In the complaint handling system for IT facilities and infrastructure, there are 3 actors who have access, namely Complainants, PSIT Officers, and Administrators. Complainants (Students, Lecturers, and Employees of Sahid University Surakarta) have access to submit their complaints on the platform in the system. PSIT officers have access to handle incoming complaints from Complainants and provide feedback if the complaints have been handled. The administrator has full web access to process the web add or change content on the administrator page. SIMKIT has a mobilefriendly concept that can be accessed through various devices, and the method used UML. The results of this study indicate that the usability quality of the SIMKIT web application is easy to use and the SIMKIT web application design is in accordance with the type of desktop and mobile-friendly website that can be accessed on several devices. The quality of the information presented on the SIMKIT web application is easy to understand. On the quality of service interaction, this SIMKIT web application provides space for accessible communication. In the overall user satisfaction assessment, users are satisfied with the performance of the SIMKIT web application.

Abstract

Samsung Experience Store yang terletak di Jl. Brigjen Slamet Riyadi No. 273 Kecamatan Laweyan Kota Surakarta ini merupakan salah satu toko penjualan handphone samsung di daerah Kota Surakarta Jawa Tengah. Proses pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan penjualan tergolong menyulitkan karena masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu mengumpulkan nota transaksi penjualan yang dicatat di dalam buku penjualan sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama, terlebih jika petugas lalai dan menghilangkan salinan nota dari pembeli yang belum di rekap akan berakibat fatal kepada laporan penjualan yang akan di berikan kepada pimpinan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat rancang bangun aplikasi kasir toko aksesoris samsung cabang surakarta untuk mempermudah petugas dalam pengelolahan laporan penjualan. Sistem ini berbasis website sehingga dapat diakses pengguna dimanapun dan kapanpun.

Abstract

An employee attendance system is a system that performs the attendance, checks attendance data recapitulation, and recapitulation employee payroll. The employee attendance system is expected to assist employees in performing attendance and assist Ika Mukti Stores in recapitulating employee attendance and making it easier for shop owners to calculate employee salaries. This study used the waterfall method as a system development method, and data collection techniques used literature study, interviews, and document analysis. System analysis and design implemented Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system testing method used the webqual 4.0 method measures the website covering system usability and quality as well as the user satisfaction method. It is measured by a user satisfaction survey using a questionnaire instrument from respondents, namely 7 employees, 1 shop owner, and 22 general respondents. There are 2 actors in this attendance system program which include the admin or shop owner and employees. This system login uses a username and password to start the attendance system. The admin has web access to manage employee data, check employee attendance recapitulation, and manage employee payroll. The employees have web access to make attendance and check their attendance recap. This presence system also produces information about employee attendance with a one click system that makes it easier for employees to make attendance and for shop owners to calculate employee payroll data. The results of the test show that the usability quality of the presence system website is easy to use, and the display design of this attendance system is also quite attractive. Regarding the quality of information, this presence system provides information that is easily understood by users and is quite complete. In terms of service interaction quality, the presence system is sufficient to provide convenience for employees in attendance. On all assessments, users are quite satisfied with the performance of the attendance system. The results of multiple linear regression testing indicate that the quality of the usability of the website has a reasonably attractive appearance, but some features are felt to be lacking, the quality of website information is quite complete and easy to understand, and the quality of user interaction with the website is sufficient to provide employee convenience. The results of the determinant coefficient test show the number 0.84 or 84%. It means that the user is helped by the employee presence system.

Abstract

According to (Edra, 2019) in a post in Ruang Guru, Surakarta is the first choice of city for studying and is quite ogled by many prospective students because it has several campuses with good standards and also the cost of living is not high. According to data from the Central Java Statistics Agency, Surakarta has 43 universities. Further studies at the university level are very important in education. However, many prospective students are confused about choosing a university that fits the criteria of prospective students. Therefore, a system is needed that can provide decisions to support decisions in selecting universities at Surakarta according to the criteria for prospective students. The Decision Support System for Selection of Higher Education in Surakarta uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to carry out the decision-making process and improve the quality of decisions to reduce errors in college selection. There are 30 AHP training data from respondents of high school students equivalent with the results of the ranking of the Islam Batik University appearing 17 times, Slamet Riyadi University 4 times, and Setia Budi University appearing 3 times. Testing of this decision support system website is carried out using the webqual method. The results of testing the DSS system with 36 respondents show that the X1 (Usability Quality) variable has a value of t count < t table that is 1.139 < 2.037, so it can be concluded that the H1 hypothesis is not accepted. It means that there is no effect of X1 (Usability Quality) on Y (Overall View of The Website). Testing the variable X2 (Information Quality) has a value of t count > t table that is 3.151 > 2.037, so it can be concluded that the H2 hypothesis is accepted. It means the effect of X2 (Information Quality) on Y (Overall View of The Website). Testing the X3 (Service Interaction) variable has a t count < t table with 0.1517 < 2.037, so it can be concluded that the H3 hypothesis is not accepted, and it means that there is no effect of X3 (Service Interaction) on Y (Overall View of The Website).

Abstract

Air pollution is a problem that causes a decrease in air quality and has a negative impact on human health. A monitoring system is needed to determine pollutant levels below the threshold. LPG gas can help cooking activities in the community because it is easy to use. However, LPG gas can also be harmful to people in cooking since CO gas comes from combustion fumes can cause air pollution. The MQ-6 sensor can detect LPG gas that exceeds the limit, and the MQ-7 sensor can detect CO gas that causes air pollution from incomplete combustion fumes. The research method used the waterfall and black-box testing methods. The IoT-based CO and LPG gas detection system using nodemcu and is described in a flowchart diagram. The research aims to create a gas detection monitoring system by utilizing the internet and notification of data obtained in real-time. The device testing results run smoothly, and there were no errors as well as the tool was successfully designed and implemented. LPG gas that exceeds the limit will have an alarm notification from the buzzer, and CO gas that exceeds the limit will turn on the fan. Commands from the device after receiving the data will be sent online using the telegram application.

Abstract

Forum online atau komunitas online merupakan konsep pengembangan yang bisa dimanfaatkan di dalam dunia pendidikan. Selain itu forum online juga berguna untuk menunjang dalam meningkatkan efektivitas belajar dengan cara membentuk komunitas dan diskusi sesuai dengan bidang dan minat bagi orang-orang yang terlibat di dalamnya. Melalui forum online alumni juga dapat saling berbagi pengalaman dan memberikan pendapat mengenai topik yang sedang dibahas tanpa harus saling bertemu secara langsung. Tujuan penelitian Tugas Akhir ini adalah membuat Website Alumni Informatika berbasis Forum pada Universitas Sahid Surakarta yang diharapkan dapat membantu proses penyampaian informasi secara online sehingga memudahkan alumni dalam mendapatkan informasi lowongan pekerjaan serta untuk berdiskusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data di antaranya studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall dengan tahapan-tahapan diantaranya Analisa, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pemodelan yang digunakan yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language) dengan diagram antara lain use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, component diagram dan deployment diagram dan pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox dan Webqual. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan metode Webqual dari 25 responden disusun berdasarkan 4 dimensi, yaitu: kualitas informasi dengan perolehan nilai 6.25, kualitas interaksi dengan perolehan nilai 6.2, kegunaan dengan perolehan nilai 6.05, dan kepuasan pengguna didapat nilai pengujian rata-rata 6.1. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa website alumni informatika pada Universitas Sahid Surakarta cukup valid.
