Abstract

Service health in Puskesmas need the  existence of support from various related/ relevant factor, one of them is well-held of medical record matching with standard going into effect. Medical record represent legal document which contain stuffing which enough about patient identity, diagnosa, therapy and all that happened at patient. And bind medical record also represent documentation network activity of medical service given by health institution to patient. Because medical record represent the part of the health system improved and either through medical and also judicially. In this research of writer chosen Puskesmas Jayengan Surakarta as reseaarch place. Medical record information system take care of road street in this Puskesmas Jayengan good for process medical record data of patient covering registration of patient, doctor data, officer data, medical record data. This research aim to make efficient medical record information system and make its implementation in visual pemrograman language of basic 6.0. this formula writing internal issue  is how to make medical record information system in Puskesmas Jayengan ? Used by Methodologies writing is data method and method approach. Data writer method use like : bibliography, observation. Method approach of writer use like : analysis, scheme, test drive, implementation. From submitted/ sent writing can be taken by conclusion that existing implementation have earned to be used for the information system of medical record, but admit of to be developed for the data processing of other related to medical record information system.

Abstract

Inventory data information and selling system is a system that provides the information services includes goods inventory, selling and purchasing transactions. The axistence of information system is important, in this  point, Inventory data information and selling system in Jaya Abadi Motor of Nguter Repair Shop addressed as resarch location, beause system used here still simple and manually, where all the activities of incomin and outcoming goods administering are only recorded in ordinary books. This system had some impacts on time expanded used in data processing, searching, and daily goods selling. Another problem has been raised as mistaken on recording, and this not easy to make investigation to the lost and broken  goods. The aims of this research is to make easier in minimizing good’s also data goods reporting, increasing inventory monitoring therefore, data processing and goods inventory would be controlled better.  Research method used in this study is observation, interview, and literature. Information system used here is Windows 7  operating system, and uses Visual Basic. Net 2005, also Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Software. Research results from this study are an information system of data inventory and selling called: Inventory data information and selling system in Jaya Abadi Motor Repair Shop of Nguter, has made to provide the goods inventory monitoring in Jaya Abadi Motor Repair Shop of Nguter.

Abstract

The role of information is increasingly needed to support an activity. In line with the development of information technology both hardware and software is rapidly increasing, then it should be an institution  can take advantage of advances in information technology. One form of utilization is for the development of information systems that can support the activities of employees in making a decision. With this system, the activity of employees in an institution can be optimally and efficiently so as to increase productivity.  Integrated Activity  Information  Systems  Employee of  Sahid Surakarta University  is a software  for data processing  activities of  employees  and lecturer university  Sahid  Surakarta. Functions that  any  activities at  the University of Sahid Surakarta both outside and inside the campus can be controlled so as to minimize conflict of schedule.

Abstract

Biology Learning Media for Junior High School class VII are still using manual processing system in which teaching and learning are directly face to face. This method has several drawbacks, especially often take a long time in the biology of learning media. The purpose of this research is to develop systems biology study of existing media.  The system developed is a medium for learning biology junior high school class VII previously performed entirely face to face directly, converted into a computer-based system. This change is necessary in order to facilitate the processing of biological learning media properly to avoid the weaknesses that are often found in media learning system manually.  Software quality measurement in this study using McCall, with the five factors used to assess the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, usability, and maintenance.

Abstract

Parking system which is commonly done purposing to put the parking area in order only on giving ticket connected to the computer system in per hour charge. It means the cunsumers have to look for the parking space by them selves. The problem is come up vehicles heapping  and overloading coused the unorganized parking area to get a parking space is an unconvenient thing for customers. Building a parking area informative system is a way to overcome this problem.   Previously the parking system in Sahid University of Surakarta was done manually by area arranging and using a ticket as a user identity for the consequence the users face the difficulty  to get a parking space. Based on that fact a computerized informative system is needed to be developed to solve the problem. The  system which will be developed is a parking area informative system users a programming language Visual  Basic 6.0, My SQL Server as database and  seagate crystal report  to make a report. It is designed to overcome the unorganized parking area, so it can help the users getting parking area space, and also this computerized sytem will make an addition on security value.   By building this new parking area system Sahid University of Surakarta able to overcome the problems such as the vehichles heapping overloading unorganized parking area and also the difficulty to get a parking space.

Abstract

Information Systems of Final Project in Sahid University of Surakarta  still using manual systems, where the filing of the title is still using a paper form, the student must immediately meet the Study Program Chairman and academic advisor for raising titles  and  information about  any  title  that  has been received  is still not  transparent. Information  about anyone who  has  graduated  and  who  will  graduate  and  the graduation schedule is not yet maximal. Information Systems of Final Project which can be accessed quickly  students are needed  so that  students can obtain  information more quickly and accurately about the End Task. The method  used  in the manufacture of  this  Information Systems of Final Project  using  structured programming.  Testing  the system  in this study  using the method of Mc Call, using  five  factors: portability, reliability, maintainability, usability and compability. Mc Call method was chosen because it is easy to use and powerful tool to measure software quality. Information Systems of Final Project  based web  is the right step  to  provide information about the final project that can be accessed efficiently by the students who took the  Final.  This system  can also be  used  as a means  to  consult a  counselor  for students enrolled following the End Task. Information Systems of Final Project which is expected to be web-based facilities that support the process of final project at the Sahid University of Surakarta. Having measured using the method of Mc Call, the total value of  the quality of  this  system  is  (77,8  %)).  The value  of measuring  the quality of  the systems have been able to determine that the system can be used in Sahid University of Surakarta.

Abstract

Today, Banyubening Hospital still use the manual information system which the data of patients are done by written the file. This method has some weaknesses, such as human error or takes a long time. The purpose of the research is to develop information system inpatient at RSI Banyubening Boyolali. The development system is the processing data of inpatient that is done by human before is changed to be computer based system. The changing is needed in order to make easier processing data and present information well to avoid some weaknesses hat are often found in the system manual processing.

Abstract

The Library of Sahid University at Surakarta still used a manual data processing system by a human. This procedures has some weakness,  specially mistake error and used a long time during searching or recording the data.The purpose of this research is to develop the information and data processing system at Sahid University Library. The system that been developed is information and data processing that previously done by human converted to computer based system. These changes are necessary to facilitate data processing and presentation of information properly in order to avoid the weakness a manual system. This research use an object methode, that built depend on library necessary both visitors and library staff. A system can be called qualified if it meets several criteria of quality. Software quality measurement in this study using McCall methodes   with  five factors include of  correctness, reliability, eficiency, usability and maintenance. This methode had chosen because of this methode is familiar and good to measure the quality of software. The resulting product of this research is library information system based from the object that built depend on library necessary. The advantages of this system is more easy to finding a book or catalog like borrowing or repayment transactions, input of book data and member and also more easy to make the reports. Finally, the result is the system with McCall methodes have 77,151% total quality, that means this system can be applied at Sahid University Library to simplify the data processing and presentation all about Library information.

Abstract

Products resulting from this study is an assessment  sistem  based index of faculty performance objects, which built the  sistem adjusts needs assessment of faculty performance. Features presented in information sistems, among others, provide ease of student  teacher performance appraisal, assessment feedback from faculty, students input data, and the ease of report generation. After testing by the method of McCall, this sistem  scored 74.14% of total quality. Thus the results of such testing, the  sistem  is expected to facilitate the processing of data and presenting information so that it can be applied to the University of Sahid Surakarta.

Abstract

Technology in the business world increasingly plays an important role. One of them is  the application of a computerized of sales  information system on the company for  the work  efficiency. This ways is more and more often used because it useful for storage of data and make  the search for data or information easier, in order avoid the usual dereliction that usually find in the manual storage systems. Various problems that often arise as a result of manually managing on Semesta Art Galery are: (a) the stock of goods in warehouse is difficult to be controlled, (b) high risk loss data of purchase and sales transaction, and (c) recording system of non-cash sales / credit is not optimal. The objectivity of the research is to build sales information system on Semesta Art Galery in case for: 1) change the manual sales system into computerized systems. 2) Increasing  sales by adding non-cash  sales menu  /  credits on  software that  is built  so hoped  non-cash  sales system  can  increase the number  of costumers, and 3)helps the staff  in processing of goods  sale data,  supplier data  reports,  reports  sales, and bill of sales transaction.  This  system  is build  using the  waterfall method (the life  cycle of software) and uses the programming language Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 7. based on  results of  testing  system using Mc Call method, show a total value of the quality is 75.4% with the conclusion that: 1) the sales information system is easy to learn and operate by the user, 2) can run on hardware and operating systems that exist in the Semesta Art Gallery, 3) has good level in efficiency, very effective to minimize the errors  that occur, and  is hoped can be used as a  tool to optimize  sales  system  in  the Semesta Art Gallery.
