Abstract

Instrumen permodalan melalui Equity Crowdfunding Syariah memungkinkan bagi UMKM untuk mendapatkan modal dari banyak investor melalui platform online, dengan menjaga agar seluruh proses sesuai dengan prinsip – prinsip syariah, termasuk larangan riba, gharar, dan maysir serta memastikan bahwa bisnis yang dibiayai adalah halal. Equity Crowdfunding Syariah memiliki potensi yang besar bagi UMKM, tetapi diperlukan pengawasan yang ketat dari pemerintah sehingga pelaksanaanya sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan untuk melihat apakah instrument permodalan Equity Crowdfunding Syariah sudah dijalankan sesuai dengan prinsip – prinsip syariah sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai layanan permodalan yang tepat bagi UMKM di Indonesia. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrument permodalan bagi UMKM di Indonesia melalui Equity Crowdfunding Syariah telah sesuai dengan aturan – aturan dalam Islam yang menjauhi risiko, ketidakpastian, larangan, bunga, dan kebatilan. Namun, untuk memastikan penerapannya tetap sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip tersebut, sistem permodalan Equity Crowdfunding Syariah bagi UMKM masih memerlukan pengawasan dari Dewan Pengawas Syariah.

Abstract

Before deciding to start a project or business, it is necessary to have a feasibility study analysis on the business. A feasibility study is needed to determine if the idea or ideas are feasible. So that the business or business can later run well according to plan and not deviate too much and obtain sufficient profits to achieve business goals and also minimize errors and obstacles in the business or business, especially in technical or operational aspects. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility study on the florist and gift Liia store business from the technical or operational aspect. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, research In this case, the data used are secondary and primary data. The primary data source of this research is the results of interviews while the secondary data sources are journals and books. The results of this study show that the Florist and Gift Store business is feasible to run from a technical or operational aspect.

Abstract

In every organization, whether an institution or a company, there must be at least someone who is a leader in the organization's activities. In leadership, he has the task of determining a strategic policy taken that can affect the sustainability of an organization. In leadership, he has the task of determining a strategic policy taken that can affect the sustainability of an organization. A company can move forward or vice versa depending on how a policy from the leader can impact the company. The right strategic leadership will be indispensable to sustainably develop a company. This strategic policy is related to various things that are further expected to make the company develop more sustainably. This study will discuss how a strategic leadership can develop a company sustainably by paying attention to three factors: human resource management, company management, and leadership itself. Human resources are people in an organization or company starting with all levels in it, then company management which means all forms of management and standardization of work in a company, and in leadership blessed with a leadership style and the application of a clear structure in a company.

Abstract

Nasi goreng merupakan makanan yang disukai oleh semua orang dan kalangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Warung Makan Nasi Goreng Bapak Yanto di Desa Kalangan Prao. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi keuntungan, peluang pasar, dan tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam menjalankan usaha nasi goreng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara langsung. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nasi goreng memiliki pasar yang luas dan permintaan yang tinggi terutama dikalangan pedesaan. Analisis keuangan menunjukkan bahwa dengan investasi awal yang terjangkau dan survei konsumen menunjukkan pendapat yang kuat mengenai berbagai pilihan rasa dan harga yang terjangkau untuk semua kalangan Masyarakat.     Kata kunci: Analisis keuangan, peluang pasar, harga terjangkau.

Abstract

Nowadays, the marketing process has undergone many changes, especially in using information technology to implement digital marketing. The benefits of digital marketing are considered more efficient in terms of cost and wider in terms of reach with a variety of settings that can adjust the target market of the type of business they have. Café is a type of business specializing in providing customers with food and beverages. The café business can be categorized as part of the food and beverage service industry. Typically, cafes operate with a business model that focuses on serving coffee, tea, snacks, and sometimes heavier dishes, in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Meanwhile, a restaurant is a place of business that provides food and beverages to customers to enjoy at the location. Restaurants often offer a wide variety of dishes, from simple menus to gourmet dishes, and can have a variety of themes or concepts. Cafes and restaurants have some similarities although there are differences in concept and service. The main similarity between the two is that they are places to provide food and drink. Both cafes and restaurants need to do marketing and branding to attract customers and build their reputation in the market. This can include marketing related to price, image or appearance, and the type of food served using conventional marketing as well as digital marketing. With the continuous development of information technology and the increasing use of social media, a digital marketing strategy is considered necessary to be implemented by a café or restaurant with three stages of the process, namely reviewing the situation, setting goals and objectives, and formulating strategies.
