Abstract

Employee performance effectiveness is a strategic element in the operational success of an organization, particularly in socially oriented microfinance institutions such as PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekaar. This study was prompted by issues of internal miscommunication and weak teamwork that were observed to hinder performance effectiveness at the PNM Mekaar Kedungwaringin Unit. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of communication and teamwork on employee performance effectiveness. A quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory design was employed. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to all employees (29 respondents) and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that both communication and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on performance effectiveness, both partially and simultaneously. Open communication and well-coordinated teamwork were found to significantly enhance work efficiency, productivity, and individual contributions to organizational goals. These findings contribute theoretically to the body of knowledge in human resource management and offer practical implications for strengthening managerial strategies in the microfinance sector. The study recommends the implementation of training programs focused on communication and team collaboration, and encourages future research across other units to broaden generalizability.

Data was collected through interviews with managers and employees, as well as analysis related to the evaluation of employee and team performance. The results showed that the implementation of MBO at PT. Riseloka gave positive results in improving HR performance, especially in setting clear, measurable, achievable, relevant, and strategy-based goals. However, there are some challenges such as goals that are sometimes too ambitious or less relevant to external conditions, less in-depth evaluation at some operational levels, and unequal access to development opportunities. This article concludesthat MBO is effective in managing and improving HR performance at PT. Abstract

Promotional strategies are an important element in attracting consumer interest, especially in the education service sector such as tutoring institutions. This study aims to see and compare the promotion methods used by Ruangguru and Primagama. The main focus is on the type of promotional content, the communication style, the target market, and how effective the promotion is in attracting the attention of potential consumers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through social media observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that Ruangguru excels in using interactive digital promotions, such as the Clash of Champions program that is viral on social media and a delivery style that is suitable for the younger generation (Gen Z). Meanwhile, Primagama still relies on conventional promotional methods, such as distributing brochures, collaborating with schools, and direct promotion at branches. The AIDA method was used to analyze the effectiveness of promotions, and the results showed that Ruangguru excelled at all stages, while Primagama was stronger at the Passion and Action stages. This difference in approach shows that each institution has its own way of understanding the market and the needs of its consumers.

Abstract

The phenomenon of work-life imbalance and burnout is a real problem in the modern work environment, especially in the manufacturing sector with a dense work system and high production targets. This study aims to deeply understand the experiences of PT NT Indonesia employees in dealing with the imbalance between work and personal life and its impact on their psychological condition. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological method, through in-depth interviews with employees who have worked for at least two years. The results of the study show that work-life imbalance is experienced due to long working hours, frequent overtime, and high production demands. Employees feel like they're losing time for family and personal lives, and experience repetitive physical and emotional burnout. Burnout appears in the form of extreme fatigue, loss of work morale, and the desire to resign. However, employees still try to survive with simple strategies such as taking a break on the weekends, enjoying entertainment, or enjoying time with family. These findings show that burnout is not only an individual problem, but also related to the company's work structure and policies. Therefore, attention and managerial policies that are more in favor of employee welfare are needed to create a healthy balance between work and personal life.
