Focus and Scope Jurnal Kajian Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan (JKPTB) promotes research in the broad field of Education Research and Technology (including such disciplines as Building Engineering Education, Vocational Education, etc.) with particular respect to Indonesia, but not limited to authorship or topical coverage within the region. Contributions are expected from senior researchers, project managers, research administrators and undergraduate/postgraduate students at advanced stages of their research, representing both public organizations and private industry. Equally, the journal if intended for scholars and students, reseachers working at research organizations and government agencies, and also for enterprises undertaking applied R&D to lead innovations. The editorial contents and elements that comprise the journal include: Theoretical articles Empirical studies Practice-oriented papers Case studies Review of papers, books, and resources. As far as the criteria for evaluating and accepting submissions is concerned, a rigorous review process will be used. Submitted papers will, prior to the formal review, be screened so as to ensure their suitability and adequacy to the journal. Abstract

Uji kompetensi keahlian (UKK) adalah tolak ukur pencapaian kompetensi siswa SMK yang telah melaksanakan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan kompetensi keahlian yang mereka sudah tempuh di SMK. Sedangkan mata pelajaran produktif adalah segala mata pelajaran yang dapat membekali pengetahuan teknik dasar keahlian kejuruan. Jadi penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif terhadap hasil uji kompetensi keahlian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 3 Surabaya, jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB) dan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada semester genap 2016/2017. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa program keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB). Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas XII TGB 1 dengan jumlah 33 siswa dan kelas XII TGB 2 yang terdiri dari 31 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif, dan hasil uji kompetensi keahlian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan arah regresi yang positif dan signifikan antara mata pelajaran produktif dengan hasil uji kompetensi keahlian. Namun mata pelajaran produktif bukan satu-satunya faktor yang menunjang hasil uji kompetensi keahlian, masih banyak faktor yang bisa menunjang hasil dari UKK seperti motivasi belajar, praktik kerja lapangan dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci : Uji Kompetensi Keahlian, Mata Pelajaran Produktif, Hasil Belajar, Motivasi Belajar. Abstract Skill competency test (UKK) is a benchmark for the achievement of the competence of vocational students who have implemented the learning process in accordance with the competence of skills they have traveled in SMK. While productive subjects are all subjects that can equip basic technical knowledge of vocational skills. So this research is done to find out how far effect of learning result of productive subject to skill competency test result. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlational descriptive approach. This research was conducted at SMKN 3 Surabaya, majoring in Building Drawing Technique (TGB) and the research time was done on the even semester of 2016/2017. The population used in this research is the students of Building Material Engineering (TGB). The sample used is the students of class XII TGB 1 with the number of 33 students and class XII TGB 2 consisting of 31 students. The research instrument used is the test of learning result of productive subject, and skill competency test result. Data analysis technique used is simple regression. The results showed a positive and significant regression direction between productive subjects with skill competency test results. However, productive subjects are not the only factors that support the competency test results, there are many factors that can support the outcomes of the UKK such as learning motivation, field work practice and so on. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran pada pelajaran menggambar instalasi plambing, (2) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada pelajaran menggambar instalasi plambing, dan (3) Hasil belajar setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan media maket pada pelajaran menggambar instalasi plambing. Metode penelitian ini adalah Posttest-Only Control Design. Penelitian ini diterapkan dalam dua kelas di SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto yakni kelas Xl TGB 2 dan TGB 3. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, angket, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran, analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan analisis hasil tes siswa. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji t digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar. Hasil rata-rata validasi perangkat Pembelajaran meliputi media, silabus, rpp, materi, soal mendapat persentase sebesar 83.14 %, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap kegiatan mengajar guru dan belajar siswa didapatkan hasil termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis hasil belajar siswa mendapat nilai t hitung > nilai t Tabel = 4.76 > 2.01; maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, hal ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen. Kata kunci: Model Problem Based Learning, Media, Maket,Instalasi Plambing. Abstract This study aims to determine (1) The feasibility of learning tools on drawing lesson plumbing installation, (2) Implementation of learning by using Problem Based Learning learning on drawing lesson plambing installation, and (3) Result of learning after using problem based learning with miniature media on drawing lesson plumbing installation. This research method is Posttest-Only Control Design. This research is applied in two classes in SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto namely class Xl TGB 2 and TGB 3. Data collection technique is done by documentation, questionnaire, observation, and test. Data analysis technique that is done is feasibility analysis of learning device, analysis of learning implementation, and analysis of student test result. Test data analysis using normality test, hypothesis test, and t test is used to know the difference of learning result. Average results of device validation Learning includes media, syllabus, rpp, material, about gets percentage of 83.14%, entered in very good category for use in learning process. Based on the results of observations on teacher teaching activities and student learning results obtained in the category is very good. Results analysis of student learning outcomes get t count> value t Table = 4.76> 2.01; Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it shows there is difference of learning result between control class and experiment class. Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan proses kerjasama antara guru sebagai fasilitator dan keaktifan siswa dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada untuk mempelajari sesuatu. Setiap pembelajaran selamanya akan berbeda sesuai dengan tujuan, materi pelajaran, serta karakteristik siswa sebagai subjek belajar. Oleh karena itu, guru harus merencanakan pembelajaran dengan matang sebagai bagian dari tugas profesionalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran tipe Numbered Heads Together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X KBB SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya pada kompetensi dasar Konstruksi Bangunan. Berdasarkan data laporan nilai guru disemester gasal 2016/2017, terdapat 35% siswa telah mencapai nilai d iatas (KKM) dan 65% siswa belum mencapai nilai diatas KKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe Numbered Heads Together memperoleh rata-rata di atas nilai KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum), hal ini ditunjukkan dati tabel ketuntasan belajar siswa dan hasil perhitungan uji deskriptif (uji satu pihak kanan). Faktor yang mendukung meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa yaitu dari kevaliditasan perangkat dan instrumen penelitian yang telah dinilai oleh para ahli (validator) dan hasil dari validator telah dihitung dengan uji validitas product moment.. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Model Pembelajaran, Numbered Heads Together. ABSTRACT APPLICATION OF LEARNING MODEL NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER ON BASE COMPETENC CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING IN SMK NEGERI 7 SURABAYA Learning is a process of cooperation between teacher as a facilitator and liveliness of students by utilizing existing resources to learn something. Each learning will forever be different according to the objectives, subject matter, as well as the characteristics of the students as the subject of learning. Therefore, the teacher should plan the learning carefully as part of his professional duties. This study aims to determine wheter of learning model Numbered Heads Together can improve student learning outcomes class X KBB SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya on basic competencies Building Construction. Based on the report of teacher value of semester odd2016/2017, There are 35% of students have reached the above value (KKM) And 65% of students have not reached above (KKM). The result of this research showed that the learning by using the model of learning Numbered Heads Together type above average KKM value (Minimum Exhaustiveness Criteria), This is shown in the student's learning completeness table and the result of descriptive test (one right-hand test). Factors that support the increase of student learning outcomes are from device validity and research instruments that have been assessed by the experts (validator) and the result of the validator has been calculated by product moment validity test. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum sempurnanya penerapan Kurikulum 2013 (K13) di SMKN 3 Surabaya. Terutama pada pelajaran Ilmu Ukur Tanah kompetensi dasar Menerapkan Jenis-jenis Peralatan Survei dan Pemetaan. Kegiatan pembelajaran masih bersifat teacher center dan jarang menggunakan media kecuali pesawat waterpass yang diletakkan di depan kelas. Hal ini menyebabkan siswa yang duduk di belakang tidak memahami secara penuh tentang materi yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan perangkat dan media pembelajaran, penerapan media Graphics Interchange Format(GIF) pada pembelajaran, hasil belajar dan respon siswa. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pre-experimental one-shot case study, dilaksanakan di SMKN 3 Surabaya semester genap tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Subyek penelitian adalah kelas X TGB-B. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis kelayakan perangkat dan media pembelajaran, analisis pengamatan penerapan media di kelas, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa. Penelitian penerapan media Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) didapatkan empat hasil. (1).Kelayakan perangkat prosentase rata-rata yang didapatkan pada tiap perangkat adalah > 80% dengan kategori Layak(L), dan media mendapat prosentase sebesar 87,78% dengan kategori Sangat Layak(SL), (2).Penerapan media animasi GIF dalam pembelajaran mendapatkan prosentase sebesar 90.1% dengan kategori Sangat Baik(SB), (3).Hasil belajar siswa yang berjumlah 34 siswa telah mencapai target ketuntasan belajar sebesar 97.05%, serta didapatkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 3.19 diatas nilai KKM dari Permendikbud Nomor 104(2014:6) sebesar 2.67, (4).Respon siswa terhadap penerapan media animasi GIF mendapat presentase rata-rata sebesar 84% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Kata Kunci: One-shot case Study, Media Animasi, Peralatan Survey dan Pemetaan. Abstract The background of this research is not yet perfect implementation of Curriculum 2013 (K13) in SMKN 3 Surabaya. Especially on the subjects of Soil Measures on basic competencies Applying Types of Surveying and Mapping Equipment. Learning activities are still teacher centered and rarely use media except the automatic level that is placed in front of the class. This causes the students who sit in the back do not fully understand the material being taught. This research aims to determine the feasibility of learning media and tools, the application of Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) media on learning activities, learning outcomes and student responses. The research used is pre-experimental one-shot case study, conducted at SMKN 3 Surabaya in the even semester of academic year 2016/2017. Research subjects use class X TGB B. Data analysis techniques are feasibility analysis of device and instructional media, observation analysis of media application in class, learning result, and student response. Research on the application of Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) media got four results. (1) Average percentage device eligibility obtained on each device is > 80% in the Eligible category (E), and Media got a percentage of 87.78% with the category of Very Eligible (VE), (2) Application of GIF animation media in learning get percentage of 90.1% with Very Good category (VG), (3) The result of student learning which amounted to 34 students has reached the target learn mastery of 97.05%, and got the average score of learning result of 3.19 above the KKM value of Permendikbud Number 104 (2014: 6) of 2.67, (4) Student responses to the application of animated GIF media got an average percentage of 84% with very good criteria(VG). Abstract

Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran papan putar yang dikombinasikan dengan pembelajaran aktif Index Card Match. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1)Mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode pembelajaran aktif tipe Index Card Match, (2)Mengetahui kelayakan media papan putar, (3)Mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran aktif tipe Index Card Match berbantu media papan putar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development). Tahapan dalam penelitian R&D di antaranya yaitu (1) Potensi masalah, (2) Mengumpulkan data, (3) Mendesain produk, (4) Validasi desain (5) Revisi desain, dan (6) Uji coba produk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa, (1)Hasil rating rata-rata keterlaksanaan pembelajaran guru sebesar 83,3% pada pertemuan pertama dan 83,94% pada pertemuan kedua. Sedangkan hasil rating keterlaksanaan peserta didik sebesar 82% pada pertemuan pertama dan 86% pada pertemuan kedua. Hasil tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat layak, (2)Hasil rata-rata rating kelayakan media yang mencapai nilai sebesar 85,83% dengan kategori sangat layak, (3)Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa adalah 80. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sudah mencapai nilai yang dihoptesiskan. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Aktif , Media, Hasil Belajar Abstract The product developed in this research is Spin The Wheel learning media combined with active learning Index Card Match. The purpose of this research among others; (1) To know the implementation of active learning Index Card Match, (2) To know feasibility of Spin The Wheel learning media, (3) To know learning outcomes after the application of active learning Index Card Match with Spin The Wheel learning media. The method used in this research is R&D. Stages in R&D research are; (1) Potential problems, (2) Collecting data, (3) Designing product, (4) Design validation, (5) Design Revisions, and (6) Trial product. This research found result that; (1) Average rating results of learning implementation by teacher was 83,3% at the first meeting and 83,94% at the second meeting. While the average rating results of learning implementation by students was 82% at the first meeting and 86% at the second meeting. The value is included in the very feasible category, (2) The average value of the media feasibility result is 85,83% and included in the very feasible category, (3) The average learning outcomes of students is 80. These result indicate that the average of student learning outcomes has reached a hypothesized value. Keywords: Active learning , Media, Learning outcomes

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (a) rerata hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning menggunakan media power point dan audio pada kelas X. TGB di SMKN 3 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pre experimental design dengan bentuk one case study. Pengambilan sampel satu kelas, yaitu kelas X sejumlah 34 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar keterlaksanaan, dan tes tulis. Instrumen divalidasi oleh validator, analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan analisis uji-t untuk mengetahui signifikansi hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (a) rerata hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan pembelajaran problem based learning menggunakan media power point dan audio pada kelas X TGB 2 sebesar 77,74 dengan t hitung sebesar 2,202 > ttabel 1,700 pada taraf kesalahan α = 5%, maka pelaksanaan model pembelajaran problem based learning menggunakan media power point dan audio dapat memberikan rerata hasil belajar mencapai > 75. Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Keterlaksanaan Pembelajaran, Hasil Belajar. Abstract Purpose about this research was to determine know (a) student learning outcomes after using learning problem based learning model using powerpoint and audio media in TGB X class at SMKN 3 Surabaya. The kind of research is pre experimental design with shapes One Shot Case Study. The sampling is one class, X TGB 2 totaled 34 students. The instruments collection data used sheets validation, observation sheets, and testing of learning outcomes. The instruments were validated by validators , analysis implementation of learning, analysis responses of student, and T-test analysis to know the significance of learning outcomes. The results showed that (a) Student’s study results after applied by problem based learning using the media power point and audio to the grade X TGB 2 is 77,74 with result of t test equal is 2,202 bigger than ttable 1,700. The means, the implementation of problem-based learning model using power point and audio media can provide good results on result of student’s study. Abstract

Model pembelajaran buzz group dapat membawa kemandirian, kerjasama, dan tanggung jawab siswa terhadap apa yang dikerjakan secara kelompok. Selain itu, guru juga harus menyiapkan media pembelajaran yang mudah di pahami oleh siswa yaitu dengan menggunakan media flash. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan, keterlaksanaan dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian One Shot Case Study dengan bentuk Pre-Experimental Design. Subyek penelitian adalah kelas X TGB 1 SMK Negeri Kudu Jombang dengan jumlah 36 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, silabus mendapatkan 82.30%, RPP mendapatkan 84.50%, media mendapatkan 89.30%, lembar soal belajar siswa mendapatkan 82.90%. Artinya, perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Hasil pengamatan kegiatan belajar siswa pada pertemuan I mendapatkan 80.00%, pada pertemuan II mendapatkan 81.11%, sedangkan pada pertemuan III mendapatkan 80.37%. Artinya nilai prosentase kegiatan belajar siswa setiap pertemuan termasuk dalam kriteria baik. Hasil perhitungan Uji-t pada nilai post-test pada taraf signifikan ? = 0.05. Pada pertemuan pertama, thitung =1.978 > ttabel =1.68957. Pada pertemuan kedua, thitung =2.763 > ttabel =1.68957. Pada pertemuan ketiga, thitung =5.725 > ttabel =1.68957. Dapat diartikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik di kelas X TGB 1 SMKN Kudu Jombang penerapan model pembelajaran Buzz Group dengan menggunakan media Flash pada setiap pertemuan lebih besar dari KKM (76). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Buzz Group dengan menggunakan media Flash dapat mengembangkan pemahaman siswa. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Buzz Group, media Flash. Abstract Buzz group learning model can bring independence, cooperation, and student responsibility to what is done in groups. Besides, the teacher also must prepare learning media which is easy to understand by student that is by using flash media. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of Buzz Group learning model by using Flash media can develop students' understanding.
