Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, entrepreneurship education focuses not only on developing technical skills, but also on strengthening critical, innovative, and collaborative thinking abilities. Social media has become an essential tool in the modern business world, playing a vital role in market research, product marketing, and professional network development. Therefore, the integration of social media in entrepreneurship learning is very important to equip students with relevant skills in an increasingly competitive business world. This research aims to examine the relationship between the influence of entrepreneurship education and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Bachelor of Management Department at Maranatha Christian University. This research uses an associative quantitative approach, which aims to determine the relationship between variables. Research findings show that social media and entrepreneurship education both significantly influence interest in entrepreneurship at the same time. This research confirms that entrepreneurship education and the use of social media play a significant role in building students' interest in entrepreneurship through increasing knowledge, skills, and exploiting opportunities, and is expected to become a better learning standard for academics and universities.

Abstract

The study of students’ financial behavior is an important area of research, as access to financial services does not necessarily reflect effective financial management. This study examines how financial literacy, lifestyle, and financial inclusion influence the way students behave financially at the Faculty of Digital Business and Law, Maranatha Christian University. A quantitative associative research design was employed, involving 157 respondents from a population of 242 FHBD students of the 2025 cohort. To interpret the result, the study applied multiple liner regression to the Likert-scale questionnaire data. The findings show that lifestyle has a negative and substantial impact on financial behavior, financial inclusion has no significant impact, and financial literacy has a positive and considerable impact. The model explains 40.90% of the variance in financial behavior, with an adjusted r-square value of 0.409 for the three variables. These findings suggest that financial literacy and lifestyle control help students develop healthy financial habits, whereas financial services need to be used appropriately. Overall, the study demonstrates that financial literacy and rational consumption habits can improve the financial behavior of young people.

Abstract

This research has a main objective, which is to analyze the causes and effects of burnout and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Vehicle Parts Store and Workshop of PT Sumber Langgeng Motor Padalarang. The basis for conducting this research is the urgency of the crucial contribution of employees as the spearhead of direct service to customers in the vehicle maintenance service industry. This research uses a quantitative approach with questionnaires as a survey method for operational employees at the company. The data is analyzed using linear regression to trace employee performance as a result of burnout and job satisfaction, including mediation tests to examine indirect effects. This research successfully proves that burnout does not have a direct effect on employee performance, but it does have a negative effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. It was found that job satisfaction is a mediator of causality between burnout as a stimulus and employee performance as a response. The company should manage the mental and physical fatigue of employees and also create a work atmosphere that can satisfy employees, so that employee performance can continue to be conducive.

Abstract

Financial distress in Islamic banks has become an important issue in maintaining financial stability and resilience. This study aims to identify the determinants of financial distress in Indonesian Islamic banks using panel regression analysis. The Hausman test was employed to select the appropriate model, and the random effect (RE) model was found to be the most suitable. The results reveal that nonperforming financing (NPF) has a significant positive effect on financial distress, while financing to deposit ratio (FDR) and operating expenses to operating income (BOPO) show no significant influence. These findings highlight that financing quality is the dominant factor in explaining distress, reinforcing the RGEC and CAMELS frameworks that emphasize asset quality as a key indicator of bank health. The study concludes that controlling problematic financing is crucial for sustaining Islamic banking stability. Policy implications suggest that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) should strengthen supervision of NPF ratios through an effective early warning system, while Islamic banks need to enhance risk management, credit analysis, and governance practices. Academically, this study enriches the literature on Islamic banking distress in Indonesia and provides new perspectives for global comparative studies. Limitations include the relatively small sample size and short observation period, and future research is recommended to expand data coverage and incorporate additional variables such as profitability, governance, and macroeconomic factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, corporate reputation proxied by firm age, and accounting information proxied by total assets, on stock prices. The study uses secondary data from financial statements and annual reports of companies listed in the LQ45 index during 2022-2024. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that institutional ownership and accounting information, proxied by total assets, do not affect stock prices, while corporate reputation, proxied by firm age, has a positive effect on stock prices. These findings indicate that, from agency relationship perspective, investors do not assess firms solely based on institutional ownership and the number of resources controlled by the company but also consider the firm’s track record of continuity as a reflection of management’s ability to maintain shareholders’ trust. This study implies that companies need to preserve their reputation consistently, as sustained business continuity can strengthen investor confidence and support stock price formation.
