Abstract

The rapid growth of online businesses demands solutions for effective customer communication management. PT. X developed a ticket-based chat platform to facilitate communication management between sellers and customers. The purpose of this internship project is to develop the frontend of the website with a focus on implementing a responsive and functional UI/UX design and API integration. The method used is Agile Scrum with a daily sprint approach in software development. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and interviews with the development team. During the internship, the intern was responsible for implementing the UI/UX design through page slicing and integrating the backend API using Next.js and TypeScript. Responsiveness testing was performed to ensure proper functionality across various devices. The results showed that the platform was successfully implemented with a responsive interface and features that function optimally, including API integration and performance optimization. The conclusion of this study is that the frontend development successfully improved the platform's performance and enhanced the user experience.

Abstract

The management of cooperation data, student activities, and student achievements at the Faculty of Technology and Intelligent Engineering (FTRC) still faces several issues in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and data availability. To address these problems, a web- based integrated information system was developed to facilitate the recording, management, and reporting of data within the faculty. This system includes core modules such as user account management, student organization activities (HIMA/SEMA), DPBA activities, student achievements, institutional cooperation (MoU/PKS/IA), and system activity logs. The system was developed using the waterfall method and tested through blackbox testing to ensure each function operates according to the requirements. Test results showed that all modules functioned correctly as designed. The implementation of this system improves the efficiency of data processing and supports more accurate and faster administrative processes and decision-making at the faculty level.

Abstract

Overall survival (OS) assessment in glioma patients is a crucial component of MRI-based medical image analysis, as OS estimation directly influences clinical decision-making and treatment planning. One of the central challenges in developing image-based predictive models lies in the dependency on accurate tumor segmentation. This study aims to construct an MRI-based OS prediction model using the Brain Tumor Segmentation 2020 (BraTS 2020) dataset by incorporating two types of masked images: ground truth masks and automatically generated predicted masks derived from a 3D U-Net segmentation model. OS classification was grouped into three categories (< 10 months, 10–15 months, and > 15 months). The predictive model achieved an accuracy of 0.9792 when using ground truth masks and 0.9583 when using predicted masks. These findings suggest that a fully automated deep-learning–based segmentation pipeline can approximate the performance of manual segmentation and holds strong potential for large-scale clinical applications where manual annotation is impractical.

Abstract

This report discusses the implementation of an internship as a system analyst at PT X which is motivated by the company’s need for structured system analysis and documentation in the development of information systems across various projects. The purpose of this report is to explain the implementation of tasks, involvement in projects, and contributions made during the internship. The internship activities involved three system development projects, namely in a reinsurance company, a garment company, and a school. The methods used include observation and analysis of business processes, while data collection techniques consist of primary data obtained through direct involvement in projects and discussions with the team, as well as secondary data derived from internal company documents. The results of the internship activities include adding detailed information to specific sections of the Functional Specification Documents (FSD), preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM) based on System Integration Testing (SIT) meetings, developing mapping documents and formula mappings, designing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), preparing FSD documents, and designing wireframes. The conclusion of this report indicates that the role of a system analyst plays an important contribution in bridging business needs with system development, while also providing practical experience in analysis, documentation, and project coordination processes in information system development across various client companies.

Abstract

The rapid growth of online hotel booking platforms generates a large volume of transactional data that can be utilized to support business performance analysis. However, such data are often not presented in a structured and easily interpretable form. This study aims to design and implement an admin dashboard based on data visualization to support hotel booking performance analysis. The dashboard presents key performance indicators, including Occupancy Rate, Average Length of Stay (ALOS), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), through graphical and statistical summaries. The research method consists of requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), web-based dashboard implementation, and functional testing using the black box testing method. The results indicate that all dashboard features function properly and are able to consistently display hotel booking performance data based on selected time periods. The developed dashboard is expected to assist administrators in monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions more effectively.
