Abstract

This research aims to analyze why the murabahah al wakalah financing mechanism for joint responsibility products at PT. BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek is not in accordance with OJK provisions and the DSN-MUI fatwa, apart from analyzing the reasons why PT. BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek uses the murabahah al-wakalah agreement on joint responsibility products. Apart from the qualitative descriptive research approach, field research is the research methodology used in this research. Data was collected using three different techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research findings show that certain aspects have not been implemented, such as parallel or simultaneous implementation of murabahah and wakalah contracts, where in theory the bank does not own the goods at the time the contract is executed. The first provision point (i) is the guidebook for sharia banking murabahah financing products issued based on OJK and DSN-MUI fatwa no. 04 of 2000 concerning murabahah, refers to the murabahah financing scheme with a Purchase Promise (Wa'd) accompanied by Wakalah. It is stated that if the bank wants to represent the customer to buy goods from a third party, so that the murabahah sale and purchase contract officially becomes the property of the bank, then the product needs to be implemented. The use of a murabahah al wakalah contract makes sense because it can facilitate transactions for both the bank and the customer.

Abstract

The Sharia Cooperative of Employees of Dr. Achmad Mochtar Hospital, Bukittinggi, has seen a fluctuation in the number of clients of murabahah and jasat finance goods, which is what drove this research. Finding out how customers at the Sharia Cooperative of Employees of Dr. Achmad Mochtar Hospital in Bukittinggi makes decisions about financing products as the main goal of this study. We also want to know what problems customers face and how we can solve them. The data for this study came straight from the source, as it is a field study. A qualitative descriptive research approach is used in this study. Consumers of financial services oflered by the Sharia Cooperative of Stafl at Bukittinggi's Dr. Achmad Mochtar Hospital is the primary data set for this research. Observation, interviews, and documentation are the methods used to gather data in this study. Customer decision-making in choosing financing products at the sharia cooperative incorporates diflerent elements, both financial and connected to sharia principles, according to the author's research. These factors include aligned principles, suggestions, and experiences; kinds of contracts and financing arrangements; the presence of narrow margins; and terms and conditions that must be in conformity with the fatwa and requirements of the DSN-MUI. Sharia Cooperative of Employees of Dr. Achmad Mochtar Hospital Bukittinggi continues to face customer-side barriers in the finance analysis. Due to a lack of knowledge of sharia principles, the client has difficulties. An educational program outlining the concepts and functioning of sharia could be provided by the Sharia Cooperative of Employees of Dr. Achmad Mochtar Hospital Bukittinggi as a solution. Abstract

The main point in this research is regarding the Implementation of Certification for Halal Products in Panongan Village (Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees) regarding the obligation to certify halal food and beverage products for MSMEs in Panongan Village. This research uses a qualitative research method with an empirical juridical approach. Empirical approach research is legal research that is used to see how law is practiced, thus law is not only about the enactment or implementation of normative legal provisions on each particular event, but is also a social process and social institution. In this research, the author determined that the subjects in this research were MSME actors and PPH assistants in Panongan Village, while determining the object of this research was to determine the obligation to implement halal certification for MSMEs in Panongan Village. The results of this research show that the implementation of halal certification for MSME products in Panongan Village (Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees) has been implemented although it is not yet effective because there are still MSME actors in the food sector who do not yet have a halal certificate. The existence of mandatory halal certification for food and beverage products has not made business actors aware of being able to process halal certification for the business products they make. Even though the majority of the people of Panongan Village are Muslim, there are still food and beverage products that do not have halal certification which is caused by a lack of knowledge and understanding of MSME actors regarding halal certification, low awareness and compliance of MSME actors to register halal certification on their products, MSME actors' confidence in halalness. its products, as well as the prevalence of ancient societal ideas that oppose the existence of regulations of an institution.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine and evaluate the extent to which the attractiveness, accessibility and facilities of the Sarasah Tanggo tourist location in Nagari Sarilamak, Limapuluh Kota Regency influence the possibility of visiting the public. A correlational strategy centered on quantitative analysis was used in this research. A total of ninety-six tourists were surveyed using Probability Sampling techniques. Methods such as surveys, participant observation, and documentation are used to collect data. Data analysis methods often use a series of tests, such as testing the reliability and validity of research instruments, as well as testing the classic assumptions of normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Apart from that, the R^2 Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing procedures in the form of Simultaneous Test/F Test and Partial Test/T Test were used. Software from IBM, SPSS Statistics 24, was used to carry out the experiment. The findings of this research indicate that the beauty variable has a significant effect on the tendency of tourists to visit Sarasah Tanggo. The tendency of tourists to visit the Sarasah Tanggo tourist destination is not significantly influenced and predicted by accessibility and facility criteria. Attraction, accessibility and facilities all work together to make the Sarasah Tanggo tourist area increasingly attractive to potential visitors.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a lack of human resources (HR) so that companies do not focus on marketing tour packages either in terms of social media promotion or directly, as evidenced by the decline in the number of tour package sales every year. The research method that the author used in writing this thesis is a qualitative method, the aim of this research is to find out and analyze the marketing strategies for tour packages that must be carried out to attract consumer interest in the Bonita Umrah Tour and Travel Bureau and to find out what are the inhibiting factors in marketing tour packages, where data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used in this research are SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS matrices, SWOT matrices and score weight table analysis. The results of this research show that the analysis of tourism package marketing strategies in increasing consumer interest in Bonita Umroh Tour And Travel using SWOT analysis is a strategy of strengths and threats, namely with a score of 2.96. The strategy that companies can use is to utilize their strengths to face existing threats. The inhibiting factor faced by the company is the lack of human resources (employees) who understand and comprehend the creation and marketing of tour packages, and the company is more focused on marketing Umrah packages so that the marketing of tour packages is not optimal.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Marketing Strategy for Wedding Organizer Cahaya Kasih Pelaminan in Increasing Income in Kec. Lubuk Basung District. Agam” The aim of this research is to find out how the marketing strategy for the Wedding Organizer Cahaya Kasih Pelaminan increases income in the district. Lubuk Basung District. Agam. to analyze the extent of the application of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) faced by the company. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. In describing the research results, a SWOT matrix is used by analyzing internal and external factors which is carried out by providing a general description of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the marketing strategy position of Cahaya Kasih Pelaminan Wedding Organizer is in increasing revenue in the district. Lubuk Basung District. Agam. is in Quadrant I, where the appropriate strategy to be implemented by the Cahaya Kasih Pelaminan Wedding Organizer in increasing income in the district. Lubuk Basung District. Agam. is an aggressive strategy by supporting aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

Performance refers to the results achieved by an organization, whether profit-oriented or non-profit-oriented, within a certain period of time. Performance also reflects work results that are closely related to the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction, and contribution to economic aspects. This study uses a literature review method with data sources from journals obtained through Google Scholar and OpenKnowledge. Factors that trigger stress include excessive workload, pressure and unfair treatment from leaders, limited time and work facilities, conflicts between individuals, leaders, and work groups. The results of a review of several journals show that the implementation of health workers' duties still faces obstacles, because they often have dual responsibilities that are not in accordance with standard procedures. This causes the monthly reports they make to be often incomplete, so that the reports sent to the health office are less accurate, and the results are often uniform every month. This study aims to analyze the impact of work stress on the performance of health workers. The population and sample of the study included all health workers in health centers and hospitals. To overcome the influence of work stress on performance, it is recommended that work programs be adjusted to the duties and professions of each health worker. This is expected to reduce work stress levels and improve the quality of their performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several obstacles experienced by micro business actors, including a lack of education and promotion, a lack of understanding of the concept and its benefits, and the public's tendency to choose conventional banks. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze micro business actors in Batang Gadih, Batipuh Baruh sub-district in using sharia micro financing. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method carried out by direct observation of micro business actors in Batang Gadih to obtain data that suits the problem. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and document study. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is the theory of business actor preferences, using 3 factors, namely environmental factors, personal factors and psychological factors. The research results show that the decisions of micro business actors in Batang Gadih, Batipuh Baruh District, in choosing sharia micro financing are influenced by three main factors, namely environmental, personal and psychological factors. Environmental factors emphasize the alignment of sharia financing with local ethical values and social norms. Personal factors demonstrate the importance of lifestyle and business practices that are in line with sharia principles, such as honesty and transparency. Meanwhile, psychological factors reflect the comfort and identity of business actors in using halal financing.

Abstract

This study was motivated to find out how the effect of prooofitability as measured by Retun On Asset, liquidity as measured by Cuurent Ratio ang cash flow on stock prices in telecomunications companies listed on the IDX 2018-2022. This study uses a decriptive quantitative approach. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method so that a sample of 11 companies was obtained from a total of 21 telecommunications company populations. Data collection using the documentation method with secondary data in the form of company financial reports for 2018-2022. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical tests, classical assumpion tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, detetmination coefficient test and hypothesis tests. Partial research reults show that profitability and liquidity have no significant effect on stock prices, cash folw has a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously profitability, liquidity and cash folw have no effect on stock prices, based on the coefficient of determination test shows that profitability, liquidity and cash flow affect stock prices by 12,8%, while 87,2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The research conducted by the author aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Baznas program in enhancing community welfare from an Islamic economic perspective. This qualitative study utilizes a descriptive approach with data collection through interviews and documentation. The main issue identified in this research is that many residents of Sijunjung Regency are still unaware of these programs, which are designed to assist economically disadvantaged communities and improve overall community welfare.
