Abstract

This research aims to try and analyze the Net Profit of BPRS Haji Poor Smart Sikek. There are also several aspects analyzed that influence Net Profit, namely Murabahah and Mudharabah Financing. This research uses a quantitative approach using inferior information, namely information obtained from the Financial Services Authority's Sharia Banking Statistics (SPS OJK) based on monthly information for the period 2019-2022. The information collection instrument is based on BPRS Haji Miskin Information and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). ). The information analysis procedure used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results of partial multiple linear regression experiments prove that Murabahah Financing with a significant figure of 0.008, Mudharabah Financing with a significant figure of 0.111, has an important influence on Net Profit. Simultaneously, the totality of free elastics has an important impact on Net Profit, namely a significant number of 0.000≤ 0.05.

Abstract

This research discusses the promotion conducted by KSU HTR in Ranah Penantian. Currently, there are 86 cooperative members from the area from several farmer groups. Not all people have joined due to the lack of promotion and information about the MHP programme and its benefits. The main promotion is done through public relations by involving community leaders. KSU HTR can invite the community to gather at the mushola and provide an explanation about the cooperative. After that, people who already understand the benefits of the cooperative convey information directly to others. Unfortunately, this promotion is only done once so the impact is less than optimal. In addition, the community's low level of education and limited access to technology are obstacles to understanding the cooperative. Land conflicts with the Suak community have also decreased the community's trust in the co- operative. Re-promotion is urgently needed to restore community trust by using simple language that is easy to understand and explaining why it is important to join the cooperative. Promotion also needs to educate the community on the benefits of the cooperative for land management and economic improvement. Through targeted promotion, KSU HTR is expected to be able to improve relations with the community and expand its business. Restored community trust will support the sustainability of the cooperative, create better forest management, and improve the welfare of the Ranah Penantian community. Eflective promotion has proven to play a major role in encouraging people to join the cooperative.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that students on campus often spend time monitoring social media so they are easily influenced by the marketing of viral fashion products circulating on social media. The high purchasing power of students for fashion products immediately spreads it quickly to their friends to buy similar products. And in the end there will be excessive consumerism among students. The method used in this research is included in the type of quantitative research. In this research, researchers will reveal the influence of viral marketing on fashion product purchasing decisions among students of the Sharia Business Management Study Program at UIN Sjech M Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. The results of the research show that there is an influence of viral marketing on the decision to purchase fashion products among students of the Sharia Business Management Study Program at UIN Sjech M Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Based on the t test (hypothesis), the significance of the viral marketing variable is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 and the t_{calculated} value of 6.631 is greater than t_{table} 1.662, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It is known that viral marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for fashion products, meaning that every time viral marketing occurs, it will increase students or consumers' decision to purchase fashion products. This is reinforced and supported by the sig value. smaller than the alpha value, namely 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase fashion products. Next, it can be seen that the results of the calculated t are greater than the t table, namely 6,631 > 1,662, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So this shows that simultaneously viral marketing among students of the Sharia Business Management study program at UIN Sjech M Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase fashion products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on purchase decisions using Shopee PayLater on generation Z in DKI. Jakarta, as well as the role of perceived risk as mediation. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study is generation Z who uses Shopee PayLater. A sample of 100 respondents was taken using a non- probability sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling method with the criteria for respondents, namely generation Z, aged at least 18 years to 27 years old who live in DKI. Jakarta, and have used and transacted on the Shopee application with the Shopee PayLater payment method. The research data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques using Partial Least Squares (PLS) and SmartPLS4 software assistance. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived risk has no positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on perceived risk. The results also reveal that perceived risk mediates the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on purchase decisions using Shopee PayLater.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to theoretically examine how work culture, job satisfaction, and work discipline are related. The study uses a literature review method to collect data, which begins by identifying and synthesizing results from previous studies related to the subject. Furthermore, a theme approach was used to investigate the relationships between key variables. According to the results of the study, a productive work culture is strongly influenced by the level of happiness and discipline. One of the important findings of the research is that leaders have a very important role in creating a supportive work environment, and that employees should actively participate in the process of creating such a work environment. However, the shortcoming of this study is the lack of empirical data that supports its theoretical conclusions. As a result, the hypotheses suggested should be tested in various organizational contexts.

Abstract

Implementation of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) in Nagari Silayang, Mapat nggul Selatan District. Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) is a government facility in the form of stimulant assistance for building/improving the quality of houses given to low-income people. Low-Income Communities (MBR) are people who have limited purchasing power and therefore need government support to obtain livable housing. Self-help housing is houses built on the initiative and efforts of the community, either individually or in groups. The type of research used in this research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants in this research were the Nagari Silayang officials and recipients of self-help housing stimulant assistance (BSPS) in Nagari Silayang. The data obtained in this research came from observations and interviews which were then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program in Nagari Silayang, Mapat nggul Selatan District is almost running optimally. The distribution of BSPS is almost completely on target, but in its implementation there is still a lack of public participation and awareness as well as a lack of knowledge about the BSPS program. Based on research that has been carried out, the process of distributing Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics, including the principles of justice, nubuwwah (prophetic qualities), and khilafah (government). The principle of justice is proven by statements from residents, including Mr.alih Nasrul. The nubuwwah principle here is proven by the Nagari officials who have carried out their duties in a trustworthy manner so that aid can be distributed to the right target. Meanwhile, the principle of the caliphate is proven by the role of nagari in ensuring that no irregularities occur in the process of distributing BSPS aid. For example, distributing aid in the form of materials, so as to prevent misuse of funds by aid recipients. Apart from that, the disbursement of funds in the form of materials means that workers can immediately use them for building houses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of transfer withdrawal rates at BRI Link Agents in Panai Tengah District based on sharia accounting principles. The researcher chose this location because it is his home area and has sufficient understanding of the development of BRI Link there. There are five BRI Link agents in Panai Tengah Subdistrict, with rapid growth compared to other villages, as seen from the number of transactions that occur every month. However, there are significant rate differences between these agents in setting transaction fees, including transfer rates, which range from Rp3,000 to Rp5,000 depending on the amount of money transferred. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, to understand and explain social phenomena related to BRI Link agent tariff setting. Through surveys and interviews with agents and customers, it was revealed that there is an independent tariff setting mechanism, which is not determined by Bank Rakyat Indonesia. BRI Link agents set tariffs based on costs incurred and distance from the bank, resulting in tariff variations between agents. Despite efforts to follow sharia accounting principles, there are still indications of fraud among agents in tariff setting that threaten the principles of fairness and transparency. The results show that BRILink agents play an important role in facilitating banking services in the community, but challenges related to fairness and integrity in tariff setting still need to be addressed. This research is expected to provide insights for the development of more equitable and sharia-compliant policies in banking services in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. The method used in this research is the associative method. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation techniques and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in the research is quantitative analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of this study confirm that the influence of product, price, and service quality does not have a significant role in influencing purchasing decisions either directly or through purchase intention at Pua-pua Cafe.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of local culture on recruitment and selection processes in multinational companies, as well as the challenges faced in integrating cultural values with global recruitment policies. Local culture plays an important role in shaping the mindset and behaviour of candidates and influencing their expectations of the organisation. Therefore, companies operating in diflerent countries need to adjust their recruitment and selection strategies to accommodate cultural diflerences. This research examines how culture influences the selection process, especially in the context of Indonesia as a country with high cultural diversity. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this research found that understanding local culture can improve the eflectiveness of recruitment and selection. The main challenge faced is creating a balance between the company's global standards and sensitivity to local social and cultural norms. The results of this study provide insights into how companies can design more inclusive and eflective recruitment strategies, as well as how technologies such as e-recruitment can play a role in creating greater diversity in the work environment.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Customer Loyalty among GoPay users at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, with Trust as an intervening variable. The study employs a quantitative method, utilizing online questionnaires distributed through Google Forms to 116 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach through SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that Perceived Usefulness positively and significantly affects both Customer Loyalty and Trust . While Perceived Ease of Use shows no direct significant effect on Customer Loyalty , it significantly influences Trust . Trust demonstrates a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty and successfully mediates the relationship between both Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness toward Customer Loyalty.
