Abstract

Teaching the thought of Islam requires good management so that in the implementation process it can run well. Management itself is a very important process in running an organization. So, in the orphanage management functions, we should apply some planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating so that everything that is done can go according to objectives and the goals. With the management functions, the activities of teaching Islam can be arranged systematically and without the management of Islamic teachings, especially in managing the religious abilities of children in the orphanage, it will not run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Da'wah Management Functions in religious activities at the Nahdiyat Orphanage in Makassar City. To find out about the Opportunities and Challenges of Applying Da'wah Management Functions in religious activities at the Nahdiyat Orphanage in Makassar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the da’wah strategi in the community of adherents of the Andingingi Balla’ tradition in the village of Bilanrengi Parigi District Gowa Regency. This type of research is a qualitative study using the Da’wah management approach and the communication approach. Data sources of this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The informants were religious leaders, traditional leaders, community leaders, adherents of the Andingingi Balla’ tradition and village official. Data collection method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Management techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the da’wah strategy used is a sentimental and a rational da’wah strategy using lecture methods in various forms of activities including Friday worship, recitation of majelis taklim, a celebration of Islamic holidays, Ramadan lectures and Friday sermons’ at. Factors that become obstacles in socializing Islamic teachings to the people of the Andingingi Balla’ tradition in Bilanrengi village, Parigi District, Gowa Regency are the lack of community time to participate in religious activities and study religious knowledge and the strong tradition of community that makes dakwah no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study How the Management Strategy of Pondok Leaders in the Development of An-Nuriyah Bontocini Islamic Boarding School Students in Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by preaching management. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. An-Nuriyah Bontocini is a family management system and open management. While the strategy of the leaders of the pondok in guidance to students is to make programs or activities. Like 1) Tahfidzul Quran, done in a way that is one day one verse and students are accustomed to reading the Koran one page after the midday prayer. 2) Book readers, every santri interviewed has 24 books. 3) Strengthening Foreign Languages (English, Arabic, French, Mandarin and Japanese). 4) Da'wah training is carried out in ways such as duha prayer, midday prayer, seven-minute lecture, Tamrinul Khitaba, and Ramadan Safari. 5) Carry out extracurricular activities such as Boy Scouts, Karate, KKS and Art Studio, and also Intra School Santri Organization. 6) Annual activities such as opening together, maulid, qurban and milad.

Abstract

This study used a type of qualitative descriptive research located in the village Parangloe District Biringbulu District Gowa. The research approach used is an approach to guidance and psychological approaches. Data collection methods are observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done with three phases: data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this research show that the technique of implementing guidance and counselling Islam in raising public awareness about the importance of education for children, there are 4 namely: a persuasive approach (inviting), giving advice, door to door techniques and techniques in using the method of lecture, namely: gentle technique, rational techniques and humour techniques. Supporting factors include the cooperation of Islamic counselling and village government, the availability of facilities and infrastructures in conducting Islamic counselling by the government, and the high enthusiasm of the community to follow the counselling Islam in raising public awareness about the importance of education while the inhibitory factor is, access road far and less conducive and busy community in farming.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see how the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) for Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Bontoduri Village, Tamalate District. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in the Bontoduri Sub-District of Tamalate has been running quite well and is right on target for the poor who are less able to meet their needs but to fulfil their monthly needs has not been felt sufficiently. The constraints experienced by beneficiary families include: 1) inaccurate targeting of food aid to beneficiary family accounts, 2) distance between beneficiary families and distant e-warong, 3) inconsistency in the distribution schedule for non-cash food aid, 4) the existence of problems with broken, broken, lost and blocked cards.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the form of empowerment of tambak workers in improving family welfare in Baru-Baru Tanga Village, Pangkajene Subdistrict, Pangkep Regency and to find out how the constraints of farmworkers in improving family welfare from economic aspects in the Baru-Baru Tanga Village, Pangkajene Subdistrict, Pangkep Regency. The results showed that the efforts to empower pond workers in promoting family welfare were beneficial in covering their family's daily needs as well as maintaining and maintaining the family's survival. There are several obstacles faced by farmworkers in improving family welfare, namely lack of business capital, low education, sometimes unsupportive weather and minimal equipment/tools.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Value of Humanity in Journalistic Photo Essays" They Still Need Help "in the ESFOS Rubric of the FAJAR Daily Newspaper". The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth in images and to find out the representation of human values in a photo essay published after the five-month disaster in Palu City and its surroundings. The theory used is Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis which learns about codes as signs or something that has meaning. The meaning of denotation is obtained the eight photos that the photographer wants to show to the reader about the condition of the location and victims of disasters in Palu City and its surroundings. To connotation, meaning explains the meaning behind pictures, and all photos do not exist through manipulation that makes the situation different from reality, and for the definition of myth is defined by the trust that develops in society. Lastly, the representation of human values in this study contained several points that researchers found, such as high solidarity, togetherness, sympathy and empathy, the sincerity of the feeling of being aroused by trials and motivation to continue living.

Abstract

This research about the management of the village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) in community empowerment in floating village Mawasangka District, central Buton Regency. The type of research used qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the management of BUMDes in community empowerment, in general, has been maximal such as financial services (save loan), Moleng rental business, musical instrument rental business, party equipment rental business (tent and chairs). Supporting factor management of BUMDes in the floating village community Empowerment is the availability of BUMDes facilities, the support from the village government is the provision of the budget for the initial capital BUMDes as well as the relationship between the management of BUMDes with the village community. The management of BUMDes in the empowerment of floating village community is limited capital of BUMDes floating village is still less, lack of human resources (HR), and the number of members of BUMDes is still lacking.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the challenges of Da'wah in the Akkattere Tradition in the Kajang Dalam Ammatowa  Community in Bulukumba Regency. This is Qualitative research using the Da'wah Management approach. The data sources of this research are: first, primary data, namely data obtained from the results of research and observations made in the field where the data was obtained from various communities including customary stakeholder, community leaders, and the local government. Second, secondary data is obtained through a literature review. Them the data collection method used is observation and interview. Then the data analysis technique is carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of Akkattere tradition is a traditional party in the form of haircutting rituals carried out by the able Ammatowa community, indigenous descendants, and still obedient pairs. Akkattere is considered to be the same as the pilgrimage because it is both done by capable people and both expect the reward from Tu Rie ‘A’ra’na (God) the next day (afterlife).

Abstract

The results of this research indicate that the mosque management strategy in increasing prosperity of the Great Mosque of Bangkala, namely; 1) the management carries out planning while planning activities carried out by the caretaker are development activities, religious activities, religious activities, educational activities, while the implementation is development activities that include maintenance and maintenance of mosque facilities and infrastructure, mosque cleanliness and beauty, worship activities that include, yasinan , tahajjud prayer together, religious activities that include routine recitation, istimaiyah or meetings of preaching institutions in jeneponto district, studies, UMM activities (efforts to prosper the mosque), organizing educational activities, which include Qur'an education park (TPA), and to review again an activity carried out that is by way of deliberations with administrators conducted every day after evening prayers. The supporting and inhibiting factors of the management Bangkala Great Mosque are; 2) availability of adequate funds, communication and cooperation, the structured program of activities. While the inhibiting factor of the administrators of Bangkala Great Mosque in increasing prosperity of the mosque inactivity of the mosque's youth.
