Abstract

AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari rasa penasaran penulis yang merasakan Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan yang kurang kondusif sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini dan guna mengetahui pengaruh gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan di MAN Ciledug. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan, (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan dan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi iklim kerja organisasi, diantaranya adalah faktor kepemimpinan. Beberapa Dimensi kepemimpinan diantaranya adalah gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan, dimensi ini merupakan hal yang pertama mempengaruhi iklim kerja. Dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dan situasi kepemimpinan yang efektif diharapkan akan mewujudkan Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan yang kondusif.  Metode  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui  angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  korelasi pearson product moment, determinasi, dan korelasi ganda. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah kemudian ditafsirkan, dianalisis dan dideskripsikan sesuai dengan masalah dan  tujuan  penelitian. Berdasarkan pembahasan dalam penelitian  ini,  maka  dapat  ditarik  kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 37% termasuk pada kategori kurang, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 32% termasuk pada kategorikurang, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya dan situasi kepemimpinan educater secara bersama-sama terhadap Iklim Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 39%, sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor yang lainnya.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, situasi kepemimpinan dan iklim kerja AbstractThe background of this research arises from author’s curiosity who feel the working climate of educater is less of  conducive so author interested in conducting this research and to determine the influence of leadership style and leadership situation on the working climate of educater in MAN Ciledug. The aim of this research are to explain (1) How much the influence of the leadership style on the working climate of educater, (2) How much the influence of the leadership situation on the working climate of educater and (3) How much the influence of leadership style and leadership situation working together on working climate of educater. There are several factors that can influence the working climate of the organization, including the factor of leadership. Some dimensions of leadership such as leadership style and leadership situations, these dimensions are the first thing that influence the working climate. With the good leadership style and effective leadership situation is expected to realize a conducive working climate ofeducater. The method is used in this research is quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires / questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation, determination, and double correlation. Furthermore, the data that had been collected was processed and then interpreted, analyzed and described in accordance with the issues and research purposes. Based on the discussion in this research, it can be concluded that: (1) There are positive influence and significant leadership style on working climate of educater is 37% included in the category of less, (2) There are positive influence and significant leadership situation on the working climate of educateris 32% include in the category of less, (3) There are positive influence and significant both  of leadership styles and situations educater together onworking climate of educater is 39%, the rest is influenced by other factors.Keywords: leadership style, leadership situation and working climate

Abstract

AbstrakProfesionalitas guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang nyaman, aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan merupakan salah satu ketrampilan guru yang harus dikuasai. Guru profesional indikatornya adalah mengajar sesuai dengan latar belakang keilmuannya, memiliki sertifikat sertifikasi, disiplin dalam kerja, dan mampu mengelola kelas sebagai tempat belajar yang nyaman bagi siswa. Sikap profesionalitas guru dan manajemen kelas dapat mempengaruhi semangat belajar siswa di kelas. Karena kelas yang dikelola dengan baik akan menjadikan siswa nyaman dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas. Situasi nyaman dalam pembelajaran akan menumbuhkan kreatifitas siswa untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Didukung dengan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa aktif (pembelajaran kooperatif), maka tujuan pembelajaran yang telah direncanakan dapat tercapai dan prestasi belajar siswa akan menjadi lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas Guru, manajemen kelas, Pembelajaran Kooperatif dan Prestasi belajar.AbstractProfessionalism teachers in creating learning comfortable, active, creative, and pleasing is one of skills also teachers who had to controlled. Professional indicators teachers is the teaching in accordance with knowledge background, have a certificate, discipline in work, and able to manage class as a learning comfortable for students. Attitude professionalism teachers and management class can affect eager to study from the classroom. Because a class managed will make students comfortable in following their experiences in the class .The situation at ease in learning will nurturing creativity students to actively in their experiences in the class .Supported by learning model involving students active (learning cooperative), so the purpose of learning that have been planned can be achieved and student learning achievements will be better.Keyword: Professionalism of teacher, management class, learning cooperative and learning achievement

Abstract

AbstrakDi dalam perjalanan SMK ini tidak lepas dari peran seorang pemimpin yang bertanggungjawab penuh dalam pengelolaan SMK didalam membesarkan dan mengembangkan lembaga tersebut, untuk menjadikan peserta didik,tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang mempunyai skill dan keperibadian yang dapat dihandalkan .Pemimpin memiliki tugas untuk mengarahkan dan mengorganisasi lembaga pendidikan agar tercapai tujuan yang dicita-citakan. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya, kepala sekolah memiliki strategi kepemimpinan masing-masing yang sangat mempengaruhi kinerja para tenaga kependidikan di lingkungan kerjanya masing-masing. Kegagalan dan keberhasilan banyak ditentukan oleh kepala sekolah, karena kepala sekolah merupakan pengendali dan penentu arah yang hendak ditempuh oleh sekolah menuju tujuannya. Perumusan masalahdalampenelitianiniadalah sebagai berikut (1) Bagaimana strategi kepemimpinan Kepala SMKNurul Islam dalam mengelola SMK Unggulan ? (2) Bagaimana karakteristik kepemimpinan Kepala SMKNurul Islam dalam mengelola SMK Unggulan ? (3) Bagaimana upaya Kepala SMK dalam mewujudkan SMKNurul IslamUnggulan? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan (1)Strategi kepemimpinan Kepala SMK dalam mengelola SMKNurul IslamUnggulan, (2) Karakteristik kepemimpinan kepala SMK dalam mengelola SMKNurul IslamUnggulan, (3) Upaya Kepala SMK dalam mewujudkan SMKNurul IslamUnggulan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset lapangan (field research) yaitu metode ,wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif interpretative, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis. Kesimpulan penelitian. Ada empat strategi kepala madrasah dalam mengelola, yaitu: (1) melakukan perencanaan, (2) melakukan pengorganisasian, (3) melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah ditetapkan,(4) melakukan tugas-tugas pengawasan dan pengendalian. Karakteristik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah(1) menggunakan prinsip Nabi Muhammad Saw: ”Uswatun Khasanah” (keteladanan dalam berkata, berbuat dan berperilaku), Upaya kepala SMK dalam mewujudkan SMKNurul IslamUnggulan, yaitu: (1) Peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik, (2) peningkatan kualitas peserta didik, (3)pembenahan administrasi sekolah (4)kegiatan belajar mengajar yang kondusif, (5) peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, (6) kurikulum yang berkualitas dengan mengacu pada kurikulum 2013 (7)penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah.  Kata Kunci: Strategi Kepemimpinan, Pengelolaan Sekolah, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan  AbstractIn this vocational journey can not be separated from the role of a leader who takes full responsibility in the management of SMK in raising and developing the institution, to make learners, educators and education personnel who have the skills and personality that can be responsibility. Leaders have a duty to direct and organize educational institutions in order to achieve the aspired goals. In carrying out its duties and functions, principals have a leadership strategy respectively, which greatly affects the performance of the educational staff in their respective working environments. Failure and success are determined by the principal, because the principal is to control and determine the direction to be taken by the school to its destination. The problems of this study are as follows (1) how is Head leadership strategy of SMK Nurul Islam in managing the seed? (2) What are Head leadership characteristics of SMK Nurul Islam in managing the seed? (3) What are Head efforts in realizing the of SMK Nurul Islam seed? This study aims to describe : (1) The strategy of leadership in managing the Head of SMK Nurul Islam seed, (2) The characteristics of leadership in managing SMK Nurul Islam seed, (3) Efforts in realizing the Head of SMK Nurul Islam seed. This study uses field research (field research) the method, interview and observation. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis interpretative method, using a phenomenological approach. The research finding of the study. There are four strategies of headmaster in managing, namely: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) carry out the work in accordance with a predetermined plan, (4) perform tasks of supervision and control. Leadership characteristics headmaster (1) using the principle of the Prophet Muhammad: "Uswatun Vault" (exemplary say, act and behave), Efforts head SMK in realizing SMK Nurul Islam seed, namely: (1) Improving the quality of teachers, (2) improving the quality of students, (3) improvement of school administration (4) a conducive teaching and learning activities, (5) improvement of facilities and infrastructure, (6) quality curriculum with reference to the curriculum in 2013 (7) the implementation of school-based management. Key Word: Leadership Strategies, Managing School, School of Skill.

Abstract

AbstrakTerjadinya penyimpangan ajaran agama di kalangan remaja sekarang ini telah menjadi fenomena, yang dapat dilihat dari perilaku keagamaan mereka. Hal tersebut disinyalir karena pendidikan agama tidak terinternalisasikan dengan baik menjadi karakter kepribadiannya. Pendidikan agama yang diberikan oleh para guru kepada peserta didik kurang menarik dari sisi materi, apalagi metode yang digunakannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan, penting memilih metode yang digunakan. Di dalam Al-Qur’an banyak dijumpai ayat-ayat tentang pendidikan yang berhubungan dengan tujuan maupun metode pemelajaran, diantaranya dapat ditelaah dari al-Qur’an surat al-Rahman ayat 1- 4. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menemukan nilai-nilai metodologis Pendidikan Agama Islam yang terkandung dalam al-Qur’an surat al-Rahman ayat 1-4. (2) Menemukan metode-metode yang efektif untuk internalisasi Pendidikan Agama Islam berdasarkan konsep al-Qur’an surat al-Rahman ayat 1-4. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan berdasarkan tela’ah terhadap tafsir dan munasabah surat al-Rahman ayat 1-4 adalah: (1) Dalam al-Qur’an surat al-Rahman ayat 1 – 4, terkandung nilai-nilai metodologis bahwa seorang pendidik dituntut memiliki sifat-sifat kasih sayang, murah hati, sabar, lemah lembut, santun, menguasai materi, mampu membaca dan memahami al-Qur’an dengan baik, serta harus jelas dalam menyampaikan pelajaran. (2) Metode-metode pemelajaran Agama Islam yang dapat dipahami dari ayat tersebut maupun munasabahnya antara lain: metode kasih sayang, lemah lembut, membaca, tabyin, kisah, keteladanan, pembiasaan, perhatian, tanya jawab, dan ceramah.Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai, metodologi, Pendidikan Agama Islam. AbstractIn education there is a phenomenon of many of irregularities in religous teachings and decreasing of the noble values of religion among students, which can be seen from religious behavior of teenagers nowadays. Religious education seems not internalized as a Moslem personality as the objectives of Islamic education. Because in the practice of religious education are less attractive from the material side and the manner of teaching (method), so that religious teaching methodology are no longer have any effect in achieving the objectives of Islamic education. To achieve the objectives of education, there are many ways or method which can be used. In the Quran, there are verses that relate to education, wheater related to the purpose and methods of learning, which can be explored from Surah al-Rahman. This study aims to: (1) Find the values of methodological of Islamic Education which contained in Quran of Surah al-Rahman verses 1-4. (2) Find effective methods for internalization of Islamic education based concept of Quran of Surah al-Rahman verses 1-4. Results of the study found that based on the review of the verse interpretation by mufasir which supported by the relevant verses and surah al-Rahman verses 1-4: (1) It contained methodological values especially Islamic education and other relevant fields of learning with the content of Quran, among those methodological values that in a way of teaching, a teacher must have qualities as a loving, generous, affectionate and gentle, mastering in their material, can read and understand the Quran well, mannered and should clearly presenting the lesson; (2) Methods of teaching Islamic lesson can be understood from Quran include: affection method, reading, tabyin, story telling, model, habituation, attention, debriefing, and lectures.Keywords: Values, methodology, Islamic Education.

Abstract

 AbstrakLatar belakang masalah yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah realitas pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam di MTs, dimana keberhasilan sekolah dalam menginternalisasikan nilai keberagamaan dalam diri peserta didik masih banyak dipertanyakan, tujuan hakiki dari pendidikan agama pada lembaga pendidikan formal yang sejatinya adalah untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam diri peserta didik dirasa belum optimal. Realita yang ada mengindikasikan bahwa para siswa belum memiliki kesadaran beragama atau kesadaran mengamalkan ajaran agama. Yang kemudian menjadi persoalan utama disini adalah bagaimana kemudian madrasah berupaya untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa terhadap pengamalan ajaran agama. Maka MTs Al-Maemun  Kuningan sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki visi untuk mewujudkan anak didik yang berkualitas dalam imtaq dan  meningkatkan akhlaqul karimah serta mengamalkan ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tentunya memiliki upaya untuk mewujudkan makna serta tujuan hakiki pendidikan agama Islam, perwujudan kesadaran dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai keagamaan mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup signifikan, maka penulis tertarik dengan melihat upaya guru dalam membangun kesadaran keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil latar belakang MTs Al-Maemun Kuningan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa data hasil observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya guru dalam membangun kesadaran keagamaan  terwujud dalam program pembinaan keagamaan di MTs Al-Maemun Kuningan, yang mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu :pengembangan pengetahuan keagamaan, pengembangan pengamalan keagamaan, dan pengembangan pengalaman keagamaan yang mencakup beberapa kegiatan seperti; kegiatan ceramah pada hari besar Islam, pembagian zakat fitrah, pembagian hewan kurban, sholat dzuhur berjamaah, sholat duha, ibadah puasa, baca tulis al-Qur‟an, dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci: Guru PAI, Kesadaran Keagamaan  AbstractBackground issues that drive this research is the reality of the implementation of Islamic religious education in MTs, where the success of the school in internalising the value of diversity in self-learners are still widely questioned, ultimate purpose of religious education at formal education institutions, which in essence is to develop religious values in self-learners felt not optimal. The reality indicates that students have not had a religious awareness or consciousness of practicing religion. Which later became the main issue here is how then madrassa student seeks to raise awareness against the practice of religion. Then MTs Al-Maemun Brass as an Islamic educational institutions that have the vision to realize the students qualified in IMTAQ and  increase ahlaqul karimah and practice the teachings of Islam in daily life must have an effort to realize the meaning and ultimate purpose of Islamic religious education, the embodiment of consciousness in applying religious values have significant influence, the authors are interested in seeing the efforts of teachers in developing religious awareness in students of class VII MTs Al-Maemun Jalaksana Brass. This study is a qualitative research, with a background of MTs Al-Maemun Brass. Data collected by observation and interview techniques. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The data obtained in this study is data on observations and interviews.  The results showed that the efforts of teachers in building religious consciousness manifested in the religious formation program at MTs Al-Maemun Brass, which includes three aspects, namely: the development of religious knowledge, the development of religious practice, and the development of religious experience that includes several activities such as; activities lectures on Islamic holidays, the distribution of tithes, the distribution of sacrificial animals, midday prayer in congregation, Duha, prayer, fasting, reading and writing the   al-Qur, an, and others.Keyword: Teacher of Islamic study, religious awareness

Abstract

The holy concept that is developed by much education expert and psychology recently more forward to side of cleaning soul someone. When he was born by mean. Not yet touch by alculturation and cause of ideologies that develop in this life. Therefore that concept fast is not walked how which meaning by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan that holy actually the concept of goodness by universal in by self it is believed of the only one Allah SWT. When baby ini fragrant, everyone was promes of tha onlu one it. It is not known by moslem or not moslem. The holy concept based on the holy Qur’an. It is developed by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is that creation about the children education in moslem.The research method that is used is library research that has descriptif analysis forward meaning idol that has influence forward human life concept. The research result is : The holy concept according Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is goodness concept that is get in every children that is born in this earth by their mother. Where this concept influence to Tauhid of Allah SWT. The factors that cause happened the wrong holy is family environment (parents), school, social environtment, technology improved, and politic education and then the economical of country. As for the nature of a person developing a step taken is to optimize the potential of nature like education faith, moral, physical, ratio, psychological, social, and sexs.Keyword: The holy, The Holy in Islamic Education
