Abstract

In the research, done ozonation of red chili (Capsium annum L.) to getting preservation methods for saving red chili (Capsicium annum L.). To observe the effect treatment of ozone gas, cleaned chili then soaking on water while ozone was dissolving on the water. Then chili that dissolving on water ozonation to be saving on open space, glass cupboard and cooling spacie.On saving to one month have getting that red chili has ozonation and saving on cooling space still in fresh condition.Keywords: Red pepper, ozone, ozone generator

Abstract

Analysis on Pre - Stack Depth Migration ( PSDM ) has been applied in the data field " X " on line 11 and 48.  Pre - Stack Time Migration ( PSTM ) often get  discontinuity of reflector caused by lateral velocity variations and complex geological structure . It can be overcome by processing the data using an accurate velocity model . Pre- Stack Depth Migration has done by using the velocity model obtained from a tomography velocity models that reflect the actual state of the earth . PSDM able to show better results compared with the results of PSTM , which is able to confirm the continuity of reflectors and more coherent resolution. Keyword:  PSDM, PSTM, lateral velocity variation

Abstract

Air is the source of life required of all living beings. The level of air pollution is increasing as the development of the industrial sector. Monitoring of air pollution levels are needed to determine the air quality at a given location. One indicator of air quality is the concentration of dust, so we need a system of monitoring the concentration of dust in the air that can be monitored in realtime. The method used for system monitoring dust concentrations in this study using telemetry system utilizing a WiFi network. The use of telemetry systems have been more efficient that measurement can be done remotely and measurements can be realtime. Dust concentration measurement using DSM501A dust sensor that produces an output PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). These sensors are connected with the minimum system microcontroller. The microcontroller used is ATmega8535 where the microcontroller has features USART (Universal Synchronous and Asynchronous serial Receiver and Transmitter) as a serial communication mode. RS-232 protocol is used to connect a serial communication data to the computer Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) that located in the location of data collection. The data obtained is sent to a personal computer (PC) Control Terminal Unit (CTU) in monitoring stations with telemetry systems using WiFi networks and saved in database. The conversion result DSM501A dust sensor readings between the low ratio (%) and the value of dust concentration (mg / m3) has a correlation coefficient R = 0.999. Results of the comparison between the data transmitted and received data has error = 0 so it can be concluded no data is lost or gained.Keywords: air quality, dust sensors, telemetry, serial communication.

Abstract

Palm cooking oil quality testing has been done using natural polarization and electro-optics. Tests conducted to determine the quality of oil based active optical properties of the oil. The addition of external electric field aims to get the value of the polarization angle changes each brand oil. Oil samples were tested in the form of palm oil with a variety of brand new and has ditreatmen oil for frying foodstuffs. Test parameters after the addition of external electric field gradient that is of value elektrooptis. The test results, samples of oil to the value of large polarization angle gradient changes indicated have relatively low quality. Instead gradient small polarization angle, indicating high quality oil. Elektrooptis smallest gradient value of 0,51o/ kV, while the largest gradient value is 0,68o / kV. Keywords: polarization, elektrooptis, oil quality

Abstract

Development of science and technology is growing rapidly, especially in the field of electronics. Many human activities and industrial activities that produce pollutant gases such as CO disturb the environment. It needs a CO gas concentration monitoring tool for controlling the gas in the environment. The tool is made to measure the concentration of CO gas from long distance so that the monitoring can be done safely by using telemetry. The telemetry system is built by using minimum system microcontroller ATmega8535 to convert analog to digital data from the sensor. For the measurement of the CO gas concentration using MQ-7 sensor which utilizes USART as a serial data communication and WiFi as a wireless data transmission. The result of reading ADC value from MQ-7 sensor is converted into concentration value. The data that has been acquired by a computer then stored in a database and transmitted through WiFi network. Testing of the data transmission system is done by sending a number of data from transmitter to receiver. The comparison of data that is sent and received has an error rate of 0%. Data viewer interface is made using HTML and PHP by displaying several variables such as: temperature, humidity and CO gas concentration. Web browser is used to access the database of the transmitter by entering the IP address of the PC on the transmitter. This CO gas measurement tool helps the efficiency of time in the measurement and be safe in monitoring because it is done from long distance.Keywords: Telemetry, MQ-7 sensor, WiFi, CO, database.

Abstract

This research is abaout the telemetry system for monitoring LPG gas concentration using a Wi-Fi network. This research is driven by a need to carry out monitoring of a distant object whose data can be received in real-time and continuously transmitted by the transmitter of the sensor used. The telemetry system is built with ATMega 8535 microcontroller to read analog data from the sensor and converted to digital data. For LPG gas concentration measurement using LPG gas sensor MQ-5, utilizing the RS-232 protocol as serial data communication and Wi-Fi networks as an intermediary for the transmission of information. Use Wi-Fi network for data transmission is an option that is appropriate, given the use of Wi-Fi increasingly popular among the people. LPG gas sensor has an analog output and therefore takes the ADC to convert analog data into digital data that can be read in mikrokontroler The data that has been read by the microcontroller sent using RS232 protocol, then the serial data is stored into the database in a microprocessor. The interface created with php and html language to display data LPG gas concentration from the microprocessor at the point of monitoring. Web browser used on the PC server by entering the IP address adrress of microprocessor that stores the database. Wi-Fi networks are used as transfer media databases of the microprocessor in the PC server to the monitoring point at the observation point. Results of the comparison between the data transmitted and received data has error = 0 so certainly no data is lost or gained. Keywords: LPG gas, telemetry, sensor, serial communications, database.

Abstract

Ammonia gas (NH3) is one of gas that causes air pollution. Ammonia gas (NH3) a colorless and has a very pungent is very dangerous if too much for by humans perhaps even cause of death. Wireless sensors system with the telemetry system can be solution measurements made from a distance. The study is done by making a wireless sensors system for monitoring levels ammonia gas (NH3) algorithm rule based as a limit exposure to the submission of the data use the network wifi. This system allows monitoring, recording levels of gas and early warning system ammonia gas from a distance. A system that created composed from sensors MQ-135 connected with mikrokontroler ATmega8535. The sensor reading is converted from analog to digital (ADC). Microrontroller ATmega8535 has USART feature (Universal Synchronous and Ansynchronous Serial Receiver dan Transmitter) as a serial communication mode. A communication system data using protocol RS232 to connect data serial communication to personal computer (PC). The results of the data acquisition sent to the station monitoring to technique telemetry use the network wifi that can be accessed in web browser on pc and to display in real-time presented in the form of table and saved to in a database. Testing system done by sending a number of data from field will be accepted by the monitoring stations. Several variables resulting from monitoring system that is date, time, temperature, moisture, levels of ammonia gas and health effects as a rule about the exposure ammonia gas. Result of the comparison between the data sent and received data has errors by 0% so that it can be ascertained no data is lost or gained.
