Abstract

 AbstractMany of the studies have been done in finding other alternative material in order to using as polymer modified bitumen in asphalt mixes and Rock Asphalt on improvement its properties, highway quality And increase the ability to withstand changes in temperature in hot and arid regions Current rapid increases in traffic volume and legal weight increased loads on the road structure Different temperatures will make the asphalt less resilient to stresses inflicted It could reduce the service life and increase the cost of maintenance of the road. The mechanical properties of the asphalt paving mixtures were characterized at three testing permanent deformation, fatigue and cracking that is forcing engineers to consider these issue attempts to improve the quality and characteristics of asphalt pavement using additives. Many of the studies have been done in finding other alternative material in order to using as polymer modified bitumen in asphalt mixes and Rock Asphalt on improvement its properties, highway quality And increase the ability to withstand changes in temperature in hot and arid regions.In this study, the laboratory works can be divided into three stages: The First Stage, make tests in the laboratory on the following Aggregate materials, to know the physical properties and the possibilityknow their physical properties and specifications. The Third Stage, a total of 108 samples prepared from Asphalt (60/70 pen), ASBUTON and Polymer Modified Bitumen (Starbit E-55) all of them separately. Including Marshall Stability T of their use in the mixture. The Second Stage, make tests in the laboratory on the following bituminous materials: Asphalt 60/70 pen, ASBUTON and Polymer Modified Bitumen (Starbit E-55) all of them separately, to est (MS) to get OBC, (UCS), (ITS) with at (30ºC, 40ºC, 60ºC) and Permeability Test. The objective of that is a comparing the results of laboratory tests to know the best stable and resilient material at different temperatures. In comparison with the results of Marshall Test, it is noticed that Starbit E-55 mixture was more stable than Asphalt 60/70 pen and ASBUTON mixtures; the density of the Asphalt 60/70 pen mixture was higher than the density of the Starbit E-55 and ASBUTON mixtures respectively. The results of Permeability test shows that the Asphalt 60/70 pen mixture was less permeable than Starbit E-55 and ASBUTON mixtures respectively. The result of ITS and UCS test shows that Asphalt 60/70 pen mixture was higher performance than Starbit E-55 and ASBUTON mixtures at (30°C). Asphalt 60/70 pen mixture was less sensitive to temperature changes compare with Starbit E-55 and ASBUTON mixtures.Keywords: AC , Asphalt 60/70 pen, ASBUTON, PMB ( Starbit E-55), ITS test & UCS test @ (30 ºC , 40 ºC , 60 ºC), permeability test.

Abstract

Issue handling of inadvertence situations in the decision-making process of recruiting new employees at PT. Warta Media Nusantara that use criteria value of interviews, field test, a psychological test and medical check-up requires Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) as an auxiliary method of decision-making on the prospective eligible employee to be accepted in the company. There are various MADM methods, such as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Weighted Product (WP) method. Both of these methods are known as the most common method used in handling MADM issues, so in this study both methods are applied to the DSS and analyzed the differences in terms of obtained results and the execution time required for each method. The results of the study of the application of SAW and WP methods in the recruitment of new employees DSS there are some differences in the results of the candidates rank order and the differences in execution time of each method. The differences in rank order of these methods are due to the effects of alternative values, weighting criteria, and the calculation method. WP method is able to provide more rigorous result than SAW method, while the difference in execution time of SAW and WP methods explains that the execution time of SAW method relatively quick because SAW calculation method has a simpler process than the process of WP calculation methods

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi parasit yang menginfeksi pada ikan badut (Amphiprion percula) serta korelasinya dengan lokasi budidaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Februari sampai April 2013 di Balai Besar Pengembangan Budidaya Laut (BBPBL) Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksploratif dengan mengisolasi parasit yang menginfeksi ikan badut (3-5 cm) yang dibudidayakan di tiga lokasi budidaya yaitu indoor, semi outdoor dan outdoor. Parasit yang disolasi diidentifikasi kemudian dibandingkan satu lokasi budidaya dengan lokasi lainnya. Hasil penelitian ditemukan tiga jenis ektoparasit yang menginfeksi ikan badut golongan nematoda, Trichodina dan trematoda.  Prevalensi parasit dan intensitas parasit tertinggi terdapat pada ketiga lokasi yaitu parasit Trichodina.

Abstract

Furunculosis dan carp erytrodermatitis merupakan penyakit pada ikan yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Aeromonas salmonicida.  Vaksin inaktif whole cell A. salmonicida saat ini sedang dikembangkan untuk menanggulangi penyakit tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui imunogenisitas kombinasi vaksin inaktif whole cell A. salmonicida dengan imunostimulan dari jintan hitam (Nigella sativa) pada ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio).  Sebanyak 180 ekor ikan mas dimasukkan kedalam 18 akuarium dengan 6 perlakuan yang berbeda dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Perlakuan yang dilakukan terdiri dari kontrol (tanpa vaksin dan jintan hitam), pemberian jintan hitam 5%, pemberian vaksin, vaksin yang ditambah jintan hitam 1%, vaksin yang ditambah jintan hitam 2.5%, vaksin yang ditambah jintam hitam 5%.   Vaksin diberikan dengan cara penyuntikan secara intraperitoneal dengan kepadatan bakteri 107sel/ikan dan jintan hitam diberikan melalui pakan sebanyak tiga kali dalam sehari. Pengambilan contoh darah ikan untuk diuji titer antibodi, total leukosit, dan hematokrit ikan dilakukan saat sebelum vaksinasi, 7 hari setelah vaksinasi, dan 7 hari setelah booster. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kombinasi vaksin inaktif whole cell A.  salmonicida yang ditambah jintan hitam 5% mampu meningkatkan titer antibodi ikan hingga 27 dibandingkan kontrol yang hanya meningkat hingga 25 dan tanpa jintan hitam yang hanya meningkat hingga 24, kombinasi ini juga mampu meningkatkan jumlah leukosit pada ikan dengan rendahnya nilai hematokrit dan mampu mengembalikan kondisi tubuh dalam keadaan seimbang dalam waktu 7 hari.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to determine the immunogenicity of inactivated vaccine A. salmonicida whole cell in common carp and the best mothod in vaccine administration. Vaccine was produced by inactivated A. salmonicida with adding 1 ppm (v/v) formaldehide and incubated for 24h in room temperature. Ten juvenil of carp (Vaccine was administrated in each 10 fish by injection intraperitoneally (107 cfu/fish), orally (107 cfu/fish), immersion (107 cfu/ml for 30 minute) and control (fish with no vaccination). Booster was conducted 7 days after first vaccination with same dossage and method. Titer antibody was evaluated in three times i.e. before vaccination, 7th days after first vaccination, and 7th days after booster. Water quality such as dissolved oxygen, pH, and water temperature was measured as a supported parameters. Results showed that titer antibodi for all treatment before vaccination was 1/6. However, titer antibody after vaccination and booster increased to 1/58.67 and 1/85.33 for i.p injection, 1/42.67 and 1/64 for oral, 1/24 and 42.67 for immerse, respectively. Whereas, there was no significantly increasing of titer antibody in control that was 1/9.33 and 1/18.67 for vaccination and bosster, respectively. Vaccine adminsitration method by injection i.p. was the best method for obtain the best immunogenicity of vaccine. Water quality parameters along this experiment still in optimum range for common carp living.

Abstract

Abstract: Violence in the name of Islam is increasingly worrying. Mass murder, kidnapping and terror have spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. One of factors that caused those conditions is human failure in modern era. They lose their vision and spirituality. They learned divinity and religious doctrines instantly. It means that they just leaned those doctrines on the surface. While, the inner meaning of thariqat and haqiqat, are never been touch. As a result, they lost the truth and closed by power lust, selfish and self-righteous. In hence, religion becomes creepy. Then to eliminate this radicalism is by studying Sufism greater in depth, in order to gain batiniah knowledge. Its knowledge leads to the center of truth. And it manifests into beautiful forms, full of harmony and brotherhood. As the result, peaceful is reached without violence in the name of Islam.

Abstract

Abstrak - Lembaga pendidikan sebagai suatu wadah yang berfungsi sebagai tempat melaksanakan proses belajar-mengajar, pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap anak didiknya, di era globalisasi ini diharapkan bisa mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Badan Koordinasi Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (BADKO TPQ) adalah sebuah lembaga yang menyelenggarakan pembinaan terhadap anak-anak untuk jenjang setara dengan SD kelas 1 dan 2. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada BADKO TPQ Kota Serang adalah kurangnya optimalisasi dalam mengolah data akademik karena masih menggunakan sistem pembukuan sehingga hal tersebut membuat banyak waktu yang terbuang. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu sistem kinerja pada BADKO TPQ Kota Serang.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah para pengurus BADKO TPQ Kota Serang merasa puas dengan pemakaian aplikasi yang dibuat. Abstract

The production process that exists at PT. Parkland World Indonesia consists of several parts of the production process, one of which is the production process ofondonding which is used for shoe glue between outsole and upper. Adhesive is a material that is able to connect or unite the two surfaces of separate objects so that it has adequate strength when subjected to the load. This study discusses the making of an adhesive calculation system as a determination of the need for the first time to be ordered, using the weighted product method and lot sizing. The application was developed using the Power Builder programming language with Sybase SQL anyware as its database. With this system will help managers or superiors to know and determine alternative priorities or types of adhesive needs that must be prioritized for adhesive needs to help smooth the production process. To minimize the total cost of adhesive requirements.

Abstract

Various problems that often arise in this world often invite uncertainty, fuzzy logic is one method for analyzing systems that contain uncertainties, especially in the business world. In this study analyzing the problem of martabak cake sellers in the production process using the mamdani method or often also known as the min-max method. The problem faced is determining the raw material requirements and the amount of cake that must be produced. The results of the study show that for the raw materials available in such a way that at week 6 the seller needs to produce 720 servings of martabak cake.
