Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of store image, store atmospherics, store theatrics and social factors on impulse buying. Type of research that we used here is explanatory research which explains the relations among the variables of the study. The number of the sample was 92 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection technique using questionnaires directly to the 92 respondents Luwes visitors who have made an impulse buying. Test the questionnaire using a cross table analysis, validity test, reliability test , simple linear regression, multiple linear test, and statistical tests using t test and F test. From the result of the analysis revealed that the store image has positive and significant impact on impulse buying indicated by the coefficient correlation of 0.870 and the coefficient regression of 0.452. Store atmospherics have a positive and significant impact on impulse buying is indicated by the coefficient correlation of 0.887 and the coefficient regression of 0.364. Store theatrics have a positive and significant impact on impulse buying is indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.476 and the regression coefficient of 0.382. Social factors have a positive and significant impact on impulse buying is indicated by the coefficient correlation of 0.668 and the coefficient regression of 0.580. While simultaneously, store image, store atmospherics, store theatrics and social factors have a positive and significant impact on impulse buying as indicated by the linear regression test of 0.177 to store images, store atmospherics of 0.184, 0.095 for store theatrics, and social factors for 0.114. Based on the results of the research studies, advice that can be given to the company store is to create a better environment  to enlarge the opportunities for the creation of impulse buying in supermarket Luwes Ungaran thus increasing the overall sales volume.

Abstract

Motivation and discipline to work for the achievement of a factor supporting high performance in order to achieve optimal company profit. If the motivation and discipline work still god, then a company employee performance can be achieved, which is high and vice versa. Formulation of the problem in this research is still there is wastage of time of work, on the other hand the compensation given is already high enough and work rules are obvious. This research aimed to determine the extent of the influence of motivation and discipline work against employee performance parts production. The type of research that is used is explanatory research. The data base collection by using a questionnaire which was distributed to 34 respondents from the Port Employee of Scouting Division Chief at the PT. IPC Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Branch Tanjung Priok). Data analyzed qualitatively without numbers and quantitative analysis using the validity test, reliability test, simple linier regression, T-test, double linier regression, F-test, with the help of the program SPSS. The conclusion is working motivation performance of work and discipline employees have been good. The result analysis proving that partial method how major motivation to work performance by employees 53.9%, the work of discipline 53.9%. The simultaneously how major motivation to work and discipline work performance by employees 61.3%. The suggestions can be submitted is in terms of the motivation of working to foster awareness of the importance of interpersonal relationships that employees not only in terms of the level of employment, the influential achievements ever increasing bonuses received. Then in terms of need for acceleration of work discipline work procedures or standard working time so that it can increase the intensity of the coordination work and not give an opportunity to excess employees to do other activities during work hours.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the satisfaction of insurance police holder of  PT. Prudential Life SM1 Semarang upon service rendered to insurance police holder. This study uses the type of descriptive research.  The results of this research is satisfaction of customer based on dimension of quality of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and direct evidence which is nearly in accordance with customers expectation.  Result of analysis shows that accordance between expectation and performance of the quick and proper service about the process of police issuance was 87.45%.  The process of police cashing  was 90.11%, administration procedure and easy payment  was 85.27%, providing clear and easy-to-understand information was 84.05%, responsiveness  of   PT. Prudential Life SM1 Semarang’s  employee was 88.25%, capability of employee to respond to complaint and problem of customers was 83.30%, answering telephone from customer well and quickly was 80.19%, accuracy of information related to claims was 83.55%, employee’s knowledge and skill  was 85.78%, polite and friendly service were 89.89%, employee’s integrity was 87.44%, assurance of security and trust  against customers was 82.53%.  Generally, result of analysis shows that service of   PT. Prudential Life SM1 Semarang toward insurance police holder was satisfactory enough.

Abstract

Cooperative is an organization that puts the interests and welfare of more members in the central position of the overall cooperative activity. In the application of balanced scorecard on the use of cooperatives, there is an adjustment in the four balanced scorecard perspectives are: financial perspective, membership perspective, partnership perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The purpose of this research was to determine the performance of Cooperative of Krama Yudha Ratu Motor Employees seen from the balanced scorecard method. The achievement of the objectives of this research is to use the method of Focus Group Discussion with the employee to determine the score obtained. From the results of measurements that have been done show that the whole performance of Cooperative of Krama Yudha Ratu Motor Employees is pretty good, it is shown from the score generated from each perspective. The conclusion to be drawn from the analysis that has been done is that the balanced scorecard can be used as a method of performance measurement in the cooperative, as the balanced scorecard raised the important aspects that are ignored by the traditional performance measurement, so that the measurement results with the balanced scorecard is more comprehensive. Suggestion which can be submitted from the author is pay more attention to non-financial aspects in order to maximize the potential of cooperative and cooperative can also achieve the welfare of its members.

Abstract

The success of an organization in achieving the objectives that have been set are determined by the quality of the people who work in it or that we call with top management, middle management, and line management as well as the usual non managerial we call with employees. In an organization or company, we often hear the term job satisfaction, work discipline in which both these factors is one of the causes of poor performance or deciding whether an employee's work. The question in this research is whether there are effects of job satisfaction of Accomplishment Work, is there any influence of the discipline of work against the Working Achievements, as well as whether there are effects of job satisfaction and Work towards the Accomplishment of work Discipline. Type this research is explanatory research that is research that observing the relationship between variables and test the hypothesis that has been formulated. The technique of collecting data use sampling saturates ( census ) with the population is all the employees CV. Jaya Motor Semarang of 45 people. Test the validity of, using data analysis test reliabilities, linear regression simple, worship of idols, linear regression a coefficient determination, test t, test f, with the help of program SPSS for windows version 17. The result of the research is as follows: There is a significant positive influence between satisfaction work on work performance where t count as much as ( 10.972 ) > t a table ( 1,680 ), and there is a significant positive influence between discipline work on work performance where t count as much as ( 7.454 ) > t a table ( 1,680 ). There is a significant positive influence between satisfaction of work and discipline work on work performance where f count ( 70.579 ) > f a table ( 3.220 ). A coefficient determination to variable satisfaction work ( X1 ) and discipline work ( X2 ) accounts for as much as 77.1 % for the work performance while 22.9 % influenced by other factors. Based on the research inconclusive satisfaction of work and discipline work have leverage significantly to work performance so that hypothesis accepted. Means if satisfaction of work and discipline work offered better, then work performance will increase. While companies to set satisfaction work is more like to fit the purchasing power of consumers. Advice given to CV. Jaya Motor Semarang is in giving maximum service to consumers, should increase response will complaints, so can increase consumer confidence to business. Company can also provides opportunities to employees to in education and exercises about service the car, held by inside and outside country.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tax payer compliance in paying tax need to realize the target of tax. Tax payer compliance can be affected by fiskus service and knowledge of taxation. In pra survey can be found the problem which there has been increasing the tax payers in Semarang Tengah, that followed by increasing the delinquent tax payers. The research problem is: are fiskus service and knowledge of taxation affect tax payer compliance? Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of fiskus service and knowledge of taxation toward tax payer compliance. Population of this research are the tax payers UMKM Semarang Tengah that counted 7.648. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, which counted 100 participants. Data collecting method use questionnaire with validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method is multiple linear regression. The result show that fiskus service include good categories, knowledge of taxation include very good categories, tax payer compliance include very high categories. There is significant effect between fiskus service and knowledge of taxation toward tax payer compliance simultaneously about 39,4%. From the result, we can conclude that there are significant effect between fiskus service and knowledge of taxation toward tax payer compliance. This can be looked from t-counted value higher than t-table so hypothesis of this research is accepted. The suggestion of this research are KPP Pratama Semarang Tengah I must be uphold to the law of taxation and for the tax payers must be understanding lay od tax and realize how important to pay tax in time.

Abstract

Product Attributes and Advertisement are the factors that influence Purchasing Decisions. An attribute of the product is advantage  offered the product motorcycle  Yamaha Jupiter Series characteristic Attribute  Products that are superior and are characteristic of these products than the product of another. Attribute this product then informed to consumers largely through advertising. By the presence of an attribute the product which is good and activities of advertising done continuous it is hoped to create high level of the decision of the purchase. Creation of Product Attributes and a good Advertisement will have an impact on sales, because consumers assume better buy Yamaha Jupiter Series on dealer Yamaha Agung Motor Semarang because it has more value than any other. This research would like to solve many problems, that is how much the Product Attributes  influencing to the Purchasing decision, how much the advertisement influence to the purchasing Decisions, and how much the Product Attributes  and Advertisement influencing to the consumer Purchasing Decisions. This research is an explanatory research. The data collected by questionnaire to 94 respondens of Yamaha Agung Motor Semarang dealer’s customers. The data analized used validity test, reliability test, simple linier regretion, multiple linier regretion, determination coefficient, t-test and F test. From the result by SPSS analisis can be include that : there is a positive and significant influences between the Product Attributes to the Purchasing Decisions,  There is a positive and significant influences between the Advertisement to the Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and significant influences between the Product Attribute and Advertisement to the Purchasing Decision. Product Attributes (X1) and Advertisement (X2) contributed for 67,9% for the Purchasing Decisions and 32,1% influenced by the others factors. Company need to improve Product Attributes and Advertisement to face competition that continues to increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to determine whether the training, work discipline and motivation effect on employee productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang. CV Sapu Dunia is a company which is specification in employee management. The research method effected is Explanatory Research. The sampel research is 100 respondent use the Purposive Sampling, and the data collected with questionnaire. The research result show that the effect of variable training on employee productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang was good. It is shown by 59,8 percent of respondents.Then, the effect of  work discipline was good too, it is shown by 57,9 percent of respondents, and 28,9 percent of respondents had thehigh work motivation on CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang. Based on the results of hypothesis testing significantly show that the effect of the training, work discipline and motivation on employee work productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang The effect positive given by the training variable on employee work productivity that the effect evidenced through the test of 12.077 t count bigger than t table 1.985. Then The effect positive given by the work dicipline variable on employee work productivity that the effect evidenced through the test of 11.605 t count bigger than t table 1.985. And The effect positive given by the motivation variable on employee work productivity that the effect evidenced through the test of 6,315. F-test shows that effect of the training, work discipline, and motivation variable have effect on employee work productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang. The score of standardized coefficients beta of the training, work discipline, and motivation variable is 0,406; 0,395; and 0,147. This is show that the training, variable have a bigger effect than the work discipline, and motivation variable

Abstract

Kondisi persaingan di bidang komunikasi di Indonesia saat ini begitu ketat, hal ini menjadikan perusahaan penyedia kartu seluler berlomba-lomba memberikan tawaran yang menarik. Pelanggan biasanya lebih memilih produk yang menurut mereka memberikan banyak keuntungan dan fasilitas. Oleh karena itu , kartu Telkom flexi harus selalu waspada jangan sampai pelanggannya pindah ke perusahaan operator lain. Loyalitas pelanggan memiliki peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan, mempertahankan mereka berarti meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Loyalitas pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan hambatan berpindah. Loyalitas pelanggan berawal dari penilaian pelanggan terhadap produk yang diterimanya, Pelanggan akan merasa puas jika kualitas yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kartu telkom flexi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory research, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara lisan dan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling (teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan). Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji T dan uji F dengan alat bantu SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier kartu Telkom flexi dapat dikatakan cukup tinggi. Loyalitas pelanggannya juga sudah termasuk dalam kategori  tinggi. Besarnya pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 41% dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,414 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya sedang. Besarnya pengaruh kesadaran merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 59,2% dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,596 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya sedang. Besarnya pengaruh switching barrier terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 40,2% .dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,412 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya sedang. Secara simultan besarnya pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier sebesar 76,8% dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,848 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya kuat, hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier maka akan mengakibatkan semakin tinggi pula loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan secara parsial maupun secara simultan, nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kartu Telkom flexi dan mempunyai tingkat keeratan hubungan yang kuat. disarankan perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kualitas yang baik sehingga nilai pelanggan dan kesadaran merek meningkat, sehingga tingkat perpindahan pelanggan dapat berkurang dan loyalitas pelanggan semain tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Character, Capacity, Capital, Colaterall dan Condition of Economy terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit pada BPR di kota Semarang. Populasinya adalah para pemproses kredit sebanyak 57 responden. Alat anlisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Character, Capacity, Capital, Colaterall dan Condition of Economy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit pada BPR di kota Semarang. Secara bersama-sama terbukti bahwa variabel Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral dan Condition of Economy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kota Semarang. Adapun besarnya pengaruh Character, Capacity, capital, Colateral dan Condition of Economy terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kota Semarang adalah 88,6%.
