Abstract

Retaining employees is becoming a necessity for companies today. The participation of the employees role encourages employees to taste will have company so not difficult for employees to maintain the quality of the resulting product. Besides career development can add to the sense og belonging will be of the company. Compensation received influence on intention to stay of employees in the company. Think about employees, welfare and increase facilities will be the added value of the company. The proposed hypothesis there is the influence of employee participation, career development and compensation received against the intention to stay the production employees of PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill. This type of research is explanatory research. The technique of sampling is Probaility Sampling. A type of Simple Random Sampling with the sample as much as 91 respondents as well as. The questionnaire as an instrument of research, methods of analysis used in this study using linear regression analysis with the help og 21.0 SPSS For Windows. The results showed that employee participation variables have significant effents (partial) against the intention to stay amounted to 7,4%. Career development variables have significant effects (partial) against the intention to stay amounted to 8,2%. The compensation has significant effects (partial) against the intention to stay by 10%. Employee participation, Career development and compensation received has significant effects (partial) against the intention to stay amounted to 15,2%. Based on the research results, then it is recommended that the company increase the compensation by better in facilities, besides giving more opportunities for employees to be able to develop a career and be more active in rate the participation of employees. Through this expected level of intention to stay at PT. Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business strategy of SME (Small Medium Enterprise) Lunpia Kings business based on competitive position and business type by using Five Forces Porter Analysis and SWOT Analysis. The type of research used in this study is descriptive analytical. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is to examine all data from various sources; data reduction; and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of tests conducted it can be concluded that based on the Five Forces Porter method business strategy that can be developed by SME Lunpia Kings is a cost leadership strategy, where SME Lunpia Kings are expected to reduce the production costs so as to reduce the selling prices. Based on the SWOT method, business development strategy SME Lunpia Kings is a market penetration strategy, whereby SME will penetrate the market to the middle economic community.

Abstract

This research caused by the development of business transporting , especially the air line route who that they are still needed by the community in Indonesia . This phenomenon characterized by abundance flight services as garuda indonesia, lion air, citilink, sriwijaya air, batik air and many more. Lion Air became one of theairline by offering lowcostandmostattractive to the community , hasbeenproven bytopbrand index20122016 to the second position after garuda indonesia. However, there were fluctuations on 2012-2016 and last year a decline in the number of passengers in Semarang City on 2016 . This research aims to determine the effect of brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty through brand trust as intervening variable of lion air airline. The type of this research is explanatory research, with data collection techniques through The questionnaire. Using the technique of sampling with purposive sampling. Sample in this research were 112 respondent consists of Lion Air Airline Users in Kota Semarang. The Technique to collect data in this research through the questionnaire. This research use qualitative analysis technique and quantitative analysis technique. Quantitative analysis use validity test, realibility test, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient, signification test that Being tested use SPSS for Windows. The results showed that there are positive effect of brand experience to brand trust, positive effect of brand image to brand trust, positive effect of brand experience to brand loyalty, positive effect of brand image to brand loyalty, positive effect of brand trust to brand loyalty, positive effect of brand experience to brand loyalty through brand trust as intervening variable, and positive effect of brand image to brand loyalty through brand trust as interveningvariable.

Abstract

se decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle in Pemalang District. The population of this study is all consumers who purchase Yamaha Mio motorcycles in Pemalang District in 2016. The sample used is 100 respondents, while the sampling technique using cluster sampling method (sample area). Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research used questionnaire method, that is by giving questionnaire containing question to the respondent of the research to give answer to the statement, then processed by using SPSS 17.0 to get valid research result. The result of equation obtained from multiple linear regression analysis shows that product quality and price variable have positive effect to purchasing decision. Hypothesis test results show that 1). Variable of product quality have positive and significant effect to purchasing decision, 1). Price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of simultaneous test showing that product quality and price together have a significant effect on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyzed the influence of Government Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, and Corporate Growth on Dividend Policy. This study uses secondary data from the annual report by Indonesia stock exchange and Bloomberg platform, the population in this study include 21 state-owned enterprises listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2016. Sample of this study consist of 13 state-owned enterprises that meet all the criteria. The analysis used is linear regression analysis with SPSS application program. Regression analysis showed that ,in partial, profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. this study also found that Leverage and Growth of company have a significant negative effect to dividend policy. While Government ownership variable has no significant effect on dividend policy. As in simultaneous, Government Ownership, Leverage, Profitability and Corporate Growth show a significant effect on dividend policy.  Next, based on the results of multiple analysis, Government ownership is a variable that has a dominant influence on dividend policy. As analysis showed that value of beta coefficient (β) is -0.416, Leverage with a value of -0.398, and Corporate Growth -0.168.

Abstract

Public confidence in the banks is influenced by the performance it achieved, thus Bank performance is essential to study. Data from period 2014-2016 shows that the net profitability of BUSN (Foreign Exchange Bank), continued to decline over time. The financial ratios expected to affect the fluctuation in bank profitability are CAR, NPLs, LDR, and BOPO. This study aimed to analyze the effect of CAR, NPLs, LDR, and BOPO on profitability (ROA and ROE) of the Bank. The sample used in the study consisted of 22 private foreign Exchange bank (BUSN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, period of 2014-2016. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis and the analysis was done using SPSS program. Based on the analysis result,  it is concluded that the variables that affect profitability of the Bank (ROA and ROE) are NPLs and ROA, while the CAR and LDR has no effect on bank profitability (ROA and ROE). From these results, banks are expected to supervise and monitor the use of credit funds so that the NPL remain in the healthy category so as to avoid bad loans. In addition, banks are expected to suppress the amount of operating expenses of BOPO, in order to withstand at  the level of efficiency where maximum profit can be attained, hence improve the performance of the bank.
