Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes business competition in the e-commerce increasingly stringent. Consumer purchasing decision making is influenced by several factors, one of which is psychological factors (service quality and trust). BukaLapak is one of the Indonesian companies engaged in e-commerce. The problem with this research is the large number of newcomers that causes consumers to compare e-service quality and e-trust in BukaLapak with other e-commerce. This study aims to study the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions through trust in sites in Semarang. This type of research used is descriptive method with quantitative research. The population of this research is Semarang City residents who use BukaLapak site, taken as a sample of 100 people. The technique of collecting data using online and offline questionnaires, documents, and literature studies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is conversion analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, f test, normality test, and sobel test with the help of the IBM SPSS program (Product Solutions and Statistical Services) version 21.0. Based on the results of the analysis can conclude a positive and significant effect between e-service quality and trust in purchasing decisions, as well as trust variables can mediate between service quality variables on purchase outcomes. While the suggestion for BukaLapak is the repair feature that will be used on the site, and site enhancements to improve BukaLapak site access.

Abstract

Business competition in both the domestic and international markets has turned into hyper competition. Companies who want to develop or are least able to survive must be able to provide customers with goods or services of higher value, quality, availability and better services. The point is to maintain sustainable marketing performance (sustainable marketing). The growth of local products is now growing, including clothing, shoes, bags and much more. There are several well-known Indonesian original brands that are still often considered to be imported. One of them is The Executive brand which is the object of research. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for The Executive products. This type of research is explanatory research with nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and interviews with a sample of 100 visitors to The Executive Mall Paragon Semarang. Data processing is performed with the help of SPSS ver 18. Testing includes validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple regression, multiple regression, the significance of the T test and F test. The results indicate a significant positive effect of promotion and price on the product purchase decision Executive Promotion and price together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for The Executive products.

Abstract

Increasing competition for e-money, especially business competition in the field of payment services. One payment service that is growing rapidly is Go-Pay, an online payment service that is on the Go-Jek application. The number of Go-Pay users has decreased even though the achievement of the target has increased in its realization but in the percentage of changes, there has been a sharp decline.. The goals of this research are to determine the effect of e-service quality and promotion on using decisions at Go-Pay product. Type of research using explanatory research with data collection technics by interviews and data collection tools using offline questionnaires with a sample of 30 respondents Go-Pay user in Semarang City and using online questionnaires with a sample 70 respondents Go-Pay user in Semarang City using methods of purposive sampling and Accidental Sampling. The analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, cross-tabulation test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F test with SPSS 25.0. From the result of research indicate that e-service quality influence to using decision equal to 40,3%, promotion influence to using decision equal to 43,3%, while simultan e-service quality and promotion effect on using decision equal to 55,7%. It means the better the quality of e-service quality and promotion then the higher using decision Go-Pay in Semarang City. The promotion variable to the usage decision variable has a bigger effect than e-service quality. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested that aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa company performs improvements in the Go-Pay transaction system so as not to cause errors when making transactions using Go-Pay, they also increase the security of data privacy of Go-Pay users so that e-service quality of Go-Pay can be increased. That way, Go-Pay can be a priority choice for users in payment.

Abstract

The Bhayangkara Kediri Savings and Credit Cooperative is a credit cooperative whose activities are only centered on the form of savings and loans from members. In an effort to provide member welfare, the Bhayangkara Savings and Loan Cooperative provides services that can support the needs of members including developing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by increasing business revenues. This study aims to determine how the influence of working capital loans and participation in partnerships on business income in UKM members of the Bhayangkara Kediri savings and loan cooperative. The method used in this study uses quantitative research with explanatory research type with a census of 30 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, correlation coefficient (R), regression test, coefficient of determination (R2), significance of t test and F test with SPSS 21 application. The results showed a positive and significant effect between working capital loans and partnerships on business income in UKM members of Bhayangkara Kediri savings and loan cooperatives, both partially and simultaneously. Working capital loan variable has the biggest influence on business income which is 27.8% while the Partnership is 32.5%. Member SMEs in managing their businesses need to obtain working capital loans. Participation in the Partnership can also increase business in an effort to develop a business.

Abstract

The model of this research is testing the influence of product quality and advertising to purchase decisions Wardah brand cosmetics through brand image as an interveving variable. The population on this study were consumers of Wardah cosmetics on students collage faculty political and social science of Diponegoro University. The research sample of 98 respondens and the sampling technique used was propotional sampling.Measurement scala using a Likert scale. Data analysis used regression test, correlation test, determination test, significance test, path analysis, sobel test and mediation test with SPSS version 16 aplication. The results of this study note that the quality of the product significantly influences the brand image with the value of t arithmetic (6.905)> t table (1.985), it is proven that there is a significant influence of advertising with brand image with the value of t arithmetic (6.346)> t table (1.985), proved the influence Significant product quality with a purchase decision (5,967)> t table (1,985), evidenced by the significant influence of advertising with a purchasing decision with a value of t arithmetic (3.685)> t table (1,985), evidenced the influence of brand image with a purchase decision t arithmetic (5,951) )> t table (1,985), it is proven that there is a significant influence between product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image with a value of t arithmetic (2,930)> t table (1,985) and evidenced the influence of advertising on purchasing decisions through a brand image with a value of t arithmetic (3,663)> t table (1,985).

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of business in the culinary sector, especially restaurants berkembangan more rapidly, because food is a basic requirement. Waroeng Steak and Shake is one of the businesses in this area and has opened many branches one in Ngesrep because Ngesrep is a strategic place because it was near the office and the university. Along the way, Waroeng Steak and Shake received numerous complaints from consumers who are not satisfied and result in a decrease in the number of sales. This research has the goal to determine the effect of quality of service and product quality to customer satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research, samples taken by 100 respondents who had made purchases transaction at Waroeng Steak and Shake, 17 years old for minimum, and domicilized at Semarang either temporarily or permanently. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and data collection techniques used are questionnaires. The study consists of 3 variables, 20 indicators, and 3 hypotheses. The instrument analysis is used SPSS 21 for Windows to test the validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis and significance test (t test and F). These results indicate that partial service quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with the results of Y = 3.363 + 0,514X1 and product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with the results of Y = 5.689 + 1,166X2. As well as the quality of service and product quality simultaneously positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with the results of Y = 0.982 + 0,276X1 + 0,763X2. With a coefficient of determination of 59.1% X1 and X2 by 65%. Based on these results can disumpulkan that the quality of service and product quality Waroeng Steak and Shake is good, but should be improved, there are still mindless consumer complaints related to quality of service and product quality. utamannya service quality improvements with regard to speed of service, responsiveness of employees, clarity of information delivery, comfort rooms and supporting facilities are more available. Waroeng Steak and Shake also need to improve the quality of products, especially in terms of the portions served and ways of presenting food and miuman to consumers.

Abstract

The use of gas for the domestic sector especially in Java island, is the largest consumer center in Indonesia. Natural gas providers  face the main challenge of providing adequate supplies to meet the increasing demand. The BUMN company that sells and distributes its products in the form of natural gas in Central Java is the PGN Semarang sales area. As a company engaged in the service sector, a good strategy is needed so that the company can carry out all operational activities more efficient and effective.This study aims to analyze the National Gas Company business strategy (study at the Semarang PGN sales area). The type of research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collection technique by interviewing interviewees and direct observation. The number of speakers is 4 speakers, who are Head area and employees of the Semarang PGN sales area who are also the strategists. The results showed that the strategy developed by PGN Sales Area Semarang was the result of a SWOT Analysis based on alternative strategis. The implementation of the strategy implemented and obtained from the SWOT results has been effective because it is in accordance with the vision, the availability of HR (Human Resources), facilities and infrastructure that support PGN. Although there are several obstacles in implementing its strategy, PGN Sales Area Semarang is committed to continue to improve the implementation of its strategy in the distribution of natural gas in Semarang.Suggestions for this research are the addition of CNG fleet in meeting natural gas needs, increase distribution of gas sales due to gas supply continuity, increase and improve the size for the effectiveness of strategy implementation, socializing the use of BBG to the public, provide excellent service to customers, doing routine monitoring and evaluation related to ths implementation of PGN's business development strategy.

Abstract

In order to get loyal customers, many companies produce products that are more unique and of high value, in order to win the competition. Joker Corporation as one of the companies engaged in the field of food and beverage will always create delicious, innovative, unique, interesting and up-to-date products to create partner loyalty. However, from 735 leker partners scattered in various regions in Indonesia since 2013, there are currently only 30 active partners, namely partners who are still re-buying raw materials and complement of joker leker from Joker Corporation. This indicates the quality of the product and the price offered does not give satisfaction to partners which results in low partner loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on partner loyalty through partner satisfaction with the Joker Corporation leker partner in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents with census sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used in this study is path analysis using SPSS 26, where previously validity tests, reliability tests, cross tabulation analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and significance tests (t test and F test ). The results of this study indicate that product quality and price partially have a positive and significant effect on partner satisfaction and partner loyalty. And simultaneously shows that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on partner satisfaction and partner loyalty. Price variable have a greater influence on partner satisfaction and partner loyalty than product quality variable

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, competition between industries is getting tougher, both similar and unequal industries. Understanding consumer behavior is an important thing that companies must do so that consumers accept the products the company offers. Yamaha as a growing automotive company today certainly has realized the existence of competition. Purchase decision is a stage where consumer actually buys a product offered. Several factors can influence purchasing decisions, including product quality and price. If a product is considered to have better quality compared to competing products, consumers will tend to choose to buy the product. Pricing strategy is very significant in giving value to consumers and influencing the product image, as well as the consumer's decision to buy. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) of Yamaha Mio at Yamaha Mataram Sakti Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses non-probability and purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents, who were users and buyers of Yamaha Mio at Yamaha Mataram Sakti Semarang. The analysis technique uses validity and reliability test, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, t test, and F test with the help of IBM SPSS version 21.0.

Abstract

PT Haleyora Power Salatiga is a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) engaged in operations and maintenance, which in 2018 the performance of the inspection and maintenance division employees did not reach the 100% performance target. Occupational safety and health in the company is suspected to be one of the factors that is not optimal because the protection of employees is not optimal. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, using a sample of 50 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, correlation test, determination test, simple and multiple regression analysis, t test, f test, and path analysis using SPSS 16.0. From the path analysis results it is known that the effect of work safety on employee performance through job satisfaction is greater (0.835) than the direct effect of work safety on performance (0.599). The effect of occupational health on employee performance through job satisfaction is also greater (0.710) than the direct effect of occupational health on performance (0.424). So it can be seen if the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance will be greater if through job satisfaction. The author provides suggestions for PT Haleyora Power Salatiga, including providing face masks and storing used materials. The company also needs to conduct training for employees to become more skilled and work can be completed in the allotted time.
