Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze the impact of work discipline, organizational culture, and work environment to employees performance in Sekretariat daerah Pekalongan. This research uses Work discipline, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment as independent variables , and Employees Performance as dependent variable. The sample in this research was civil servants of Sekretariat Daerah Pekalongan as many as 52 respondents using convenience sampling method. The methods of this reasearch are reliabiity test, validity test, and classical assumption test. The result shows that work   discipline,   organizational   culture,   and   work   environment   have   impact   to   employees performance.  Based  on  Adjusted  R  Square  is  0,616  showing  that  employees  performance  in Sekretariat Daerah Pekalongan is related with 3 independent variables

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the implementation of occupational safety and health programon an company and then to know the employees perception toward the implementation of occupational safety and health program. In this research the implementation of occupational safetyand  health  programs  viewed  through  the  seven  elements  namely  the  commitment  of  topmanagement, occupational safety and health training, personal protective equipment, supervision, work regulations and work procedures, safety signs and health services.This study use qualitative methods, where data collection is done by the interview. The main informan of this study were the employees from the safety health environment department and as  the  comparative  subject  were  used  from  the    employees  that  worked  in  the  productiondepartment that already finished the training period for three months.Results obtained from this study states that three elements of the implementation of occupational  safety  and  health  program  namely  Commitment  of  Top  Management,  PersonalProtective Equipment and Health Service has been implemented properly and in accordance withwhat is required by employees. While the other four namely Occupational Safety and HealthTraining, Supervision, Work Procedure and Work Regulation, and the Safety Signs has not been properly implemented and still not in accordance with what is required by the employees.

Abstract

English is an international language which  is now more and more in need. With thegrowing need for English, we should be able to master the English language. There are various ways to master the international language, one of them is to follow the course of the English language.One of the English educational institutions in Indonesia is an International LanguagePrograms or often called or known as ILP. With the growing needs of its customers to the English language course English language education institutions will be many more. However ILP total gross revenue in 2010 and 2011 decreased, increased in 2012 and decreased again in 2013. The decline in total gross revenue is expected because there are factors that influence its consumers do not make purchasing decisions on the institution of the English language. Therefore the aim of this study was to analyze factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions on English language education institutions services.The  population  in  question  in  this  research  is  that  consumers  ILP  English  CourseSemarang. The sample in this study Is most consumers ILP English Course Semarang, amounting to 120 people. Data type is primary. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with previously tested the validity test, reliability test and the classical assumption. The results of the analysis using regression shows that: Pricing, Quality Service, brand image, facilities, brand trust and satisfaction positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions on ILP English Course in Semarang, but the location factors and the promotion is not a significant influence on the purchase decision There-institution of the English language

Abstract

The increasing number of cooperatives that exist among the people, make the cooperative should be able to compete and survive. Therefore Cooperative leaders and subordinates must cooperate in order to promote the company by increasing employee performance. To improve the performance of employees can be done in various ways one of them by creating a comfortable working environment for work and a strong organizational culture within the company.The study was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 2. The samples in this study were all employees of the Cooperative Apex Sources with a number of Fortune 32 employees. Methods of data collection in this study was through a questionnaire distributed to 32 employees and data obtained from the company.The analysis showed that the variables work environment and organizational culture positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination shows the value of Adjusted R Squareof 0.426. The results of the determination coefficient indicates that the work environment andorganizational culture in influencing employee performance by 42.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which a bengkel jaya makmur motor heyday in providing the best quality service to its customers through service performance variables are influenced by variables of market orientation and competitive strategy that will have an impact on competitive advantage. Seeing the number of customer complaints phenomenon that appears to care less than the maximum, then the study was conducted to analyze how to improve the service performance through increased market orientation and competitive strategies that have an impact on competitive advantage to the company.Methods of data collection for this study through questionnaires using purposive sampling method. Respondents for this study are customers who use the services of a bengkel jaya makmur motor in Purwodadi Grobogan who have used the service fees as much as 2 times, totaling 60 people with the criteria of a minimum age of 16 years and maximum 55 years. Data analysis tool used is multiple regression which first tested the validity and reliability, classical assumption, hypothesis testing via t-test, F and coefficient of determination (R2)From the analysis using multiple regression can be seen that the market orientation variable (X1) and competitive strategy (X2) together significantly influence service performance variables (Y1) and subsequent market orientation variables (X1), competitive strategy (X2) and performance services (Y1) jointly significant effect on competitive advantage (Y2). And from this study also found that the variable performance of services (Y2) in mediating the effect of market orientation (X1) with a competitive advantage (Y2) and competitive strategy (X2) with a competitive advantage (Y2).

Abstract

Problems related to banking in Indonesia today is the problem of liquidity. It is shown from a commercial bank credit grew 23.03% but not matched by growth in deposits which only reached 16.56% in 2012 (Report of Banking Supervision, 2012). Therefore, this study aims to determine the liquidity creation in Indonesia as well as to analyze the influence of bank capital, credit risk and income instability towards liquidity creation. The samples includes 10 major banks in Indonesia with total assets of more than Rp120billion  in 2013. The reason for choosing this sample because of the 10 largest banks reflects the state of the banks in Indonesia which accounted for 65.2% of total assets, 65.6% of total loans, and 66% of total deposits or deposits in the banking industry (PEFINDO, 2014). The results of this research note that the bank's capital and earnings volatility is significant negative effect on liquidity creation. While the credit risk of a negative but insignificant effect on liquidity creation. In the determination coefficient test showed that 43.6% dependent variable is the liquidity creation can be explained by the independent variable is the capital of banks, credit risk and earnings volatility. While 56.4% is explained by other variables outside the model of this study

Abstract

Based on the increasing number of customer complains received by the company, this research was conducted to determine how service quality (X1), product quality (X2) and customer value (X3) affects customer satisfaction (Y) in PT. Prudential Life Assurance Semarang, and to analyze which of them are the one with greatest influence on PT. Prudential Life Assurance Semarang’s customer satisfaction. Population of the study are holders of PT. Prudential Life Assurance’s insurance policy in the Semarang area. Sample of the study consisting of 100 people as respondents, taken using non probability sampling technique. Data types used in the research are both primary and secondary data acquired from questionnaires and literature studies. Techniques of analysis used in the research consisting of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression. Also included in the research are statistical hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination test. Multiple regression analysis made shows, Y = 0,306 X1 + 0,307 X2 + 0,306 X3.  The test proven product quality variable as the one with greatest influence (0,307), followed service quality (0,306), and customer value (0,306). Statistical hypothesis analysis proven all independent variables has positive and significant influence on PT. Prudential Life Assurance’s insurance policy holders customer satisfaction. Coefficient determination test (adjusted R2) shows 0,598. Which indicates 59,8% of the customer satisfaction in the research are influenced by service quality, product quality, and customer value. And the rest 40,2% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated decline in employee performance CV. Metalindo Manunggal Karsa. This study aimed to examine the effect of labor compensation, work discipline, and physical work environment to employee performance in CV. Metalindo Manunggal Karsa. Research data retrieval is done through questionnaires to 84 respondents employees CV. Manunggal Metalindo Karsa obtained by using the technique jenuh sampling. Then analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained from the respondents and the data obtained from the field. Data - data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption, processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for Windows 15. Where hypothesis testing using t test showed that the three independent variables are labor compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), and the physical work environment (X3) significant positive effect on employee performance dependent variable (Y)
