Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceived price, perceived quality and service quality for customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Indihome customers in Semarang City. The population used in this study is Indihome customers in Semarang City. The number of samples used in the study were 100 respondents. The method of data collection was done using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 21 analysis tool.Research uses the theory of consumer behavior and strategic marketing. The results showed that perceived price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servic quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of reward and career development variables on employee retention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in General Company of Aviation Navigation Service Provider (Perum LPPNPI) or better known as AirNav Indonesia. The population used in this study are employees with a work period of more than 1 year and have minimum education level of diploma/academy. The amount of samples used in this study were 155 respondent.In this study, data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires on samples selected through non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Measurements in the questionnaires using a Likert Scale. Five hypotheses were tested using quantitative methods and data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 21.0 software.The testing result of hypothesis shows that causality relationship between the influenced variables with Goodness of Fit criteria, such as Chi-square = 212,329; Significance Probability = 0,068; CMIN/DF = 1,160; GFI = 0,888; AGFI = 0,858; TLI = 0,983; NFI = 0,904; CFI = 0,985 and RMSEA = 0,032. The result shows that reward has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. This research also shows that there is no mediating effect of job satisfaction to the effect of reward on employee retention, but job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between career development and employee retention.

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1, analyze the influence of service quality factors on hospital patientsatisfaction, 2, analyze the influence of facility factors on hospital patient satisfaction, and 3,analyze the influence of customer value factors on hospital patient satisfaction.This study used a sample of 100 people. The type of data in this study is to use two data,namely primary and secondary data. The primary data sources used in this study arequestionnaires and interviews with respondents about the effect of service quality, facilities, andcustomer value on customer satisfaction. While the secondary data is newspapers, books, journals,the internet. The data analysis model in this study uses the instrument test, classic assumption test,and hypothesis testing using Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results showed that the quality of service, facilities, and customer value towards thesatisfaction of patients in PKU Muhamadiyah Gombong hospital both partially and simultaneouslyor together with a contribution of 61.2% and the remaining 38.8% patient satisfaction wasinfluenced by other factors that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to examine the effect of market structure (market share,) competition (lerner index), diversification (herfindahl-hirschman index), and credit risk (non performing loans) on Return on Asset (ROA) as a measure of profitability. Firm size is added as control variable on this research. This research used secondary data with population consist of 44 banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The purposive sampling method was used in selecting the research sample and 26 banking are chosen to being sample on this research. This research used multiple regression technique for measure the statistic analysis. The result of this research shows that market structure, competition and diversification has a positive significant effect on profitability, but credit risk has a negatif significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze customer sensitivity to supply chain agility, analyze sourcing flexibility to supply chain agility, supply chain agility to company performance, customer sensitivity to company performance, and sourcing flexibility to company performance.The population used in this study were all creative culinary industry SMEs, where the respondents were people in the city of Semarang. The number of samples used was 117 respondents. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using AMOS 22.0 analysis tools.The results of this study indicate that customer sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on supply chain agility, sourcing flexibility has a positive and significant effect on supply chain agility, supply chain agility has no positive effect on company performance, customer sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on company performance, and sourcing flexibility positive and significant effect on company performance. The theoretical implications of this research reinforce the theories that have been developed from previous research. The managerial implications of this study suggest that the creative culinary industry in Semarang City find out and respond to real customer desires, and build good relationships with raw material suppliers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of each variable of Price Perception, Service Quality and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact on Customer Loyalty of New Atlas Taxi Customers in Semarang City.The population in this study were customer of Semarang New Atlas Taxi. The sample in this study is accounted for 100 respondents, determined by using purposive sampling with the criteria: adults whom > 17 years old and had already used the New Atlas Taxi service. Data analysis method included descriptive statistics, instruments test, models test and hypothesis test. Instruments test conducted by validity and reliability test. The model test used is the F (Goodness of Fit) Test and the Adjusted R2 test (coefficient of determination). Furthermore, the hypothesis testing in this study uses regression analysis by t test with standard beta coefficient and significancy level <0.05.Based on the results of the hypothesis test concluded that: 1. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 4. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management of employee performance at Tax Office in Subang West Java through four TQM factors namely Commitment, Employee Involvement and Empowerment, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis is used to determine the effect of change a variable to another variable. The population in the study were all employees of Tax Office Subang Jawa Barat. Sample of 76 people with using saturated sampling techniques. The results showed that the model was feasible based on the classical assumption. Technique of multiple linear regression analysis indicating that all independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable with a confidence level of 5 percent, except for the variable Employee Involvement and Empowerment, Continous Improvement that does not qualify as a variable that significantly influence the Employee’s Performance due to have a significance value above 5 percent.

Abstract

The competition in dental and oral care products industry is increasing over time.Therefore, companies must have new strategies in marketing their products, for exampleby brand extension. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of attitudes towardsbrand extension towards buying interest in Pepsodent toothbrush products in Semarang.The population in this study are Pepsodent consumers in Semarang who usetoothbrush products and other products from Pepsodent. The number of samples used was209 people who were selected using purposive sampling through a questionnaire. The dataobtained is then analyzed using the AMOS program.The results of the study showed that familiarity and perceived fit variables had apositive effect on attitudes toward brand extension. While the perception of quality andinnovativeness variables have no effect on the attitude towards brand extension variable.And the dependent variable, attitude towards brand extension has an effect on purchaseintention. The most influential process for increasing consumers purchase intention inPepsodent toothbrush products is by increasing perceived fit that affect attitudes towardbrand extension which will increase purchase intention.

Abstract

This research was carried out because of a business phenomenon from TopBrand. It can be seen that sales of several cosmetic products have increased and decreased sales over the past 3 years. Both Revlon, Pixy and Wardah compete with each other for their products. But Wardah himself experienced an increase in the top brand index from 2015 to 2017. This is the reason in this study choosing research objects in Wardah, Revlon and Pixy outlet cosmetics in the city of Semarang. The research objective was to find out empirically the effect of market orientation on product innovation and competitive advantage and its impact on marketing performance at the Cosmetic Outlet in the city of Semarang.The research sample was 150 respondents. Data was taken using a questionnaire distributed to Cosmetic Outlets in Semarang City. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on established criteria, among others: Cosmetic outlets in the city of Semarang, minimum standing for 2 years and willing to be used as respondents. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling using AMOS software.The test results show that there is a significant and positive influence of market orientation on product innovation, there is a significant and positive influence of market orientation on competitive advantage, there is a significant and positive influence of product innovation on marketing performance, and there is a significant and positive influence on competitive advantage on marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that effects capital structure with profitability as the intervening variable on Miscellaneous Industry Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2012 -2016 period. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is the dependent variable in this study. There are three independent variables used, they are Firm Size (SIZE), Asset Structure (AS), Current Ratio (CR), and Return on Asset (ROA) as the intervening variable.The population used in this study consisted of Miscellaneous Industry Sector listed on IDX in the 2012-2016 period, bringing total population is consist of 44 companies. The sampling in this study using purposive sampling, so that the total samples are 18 companies. The data analysis methods which are used is the classical assumtion test, path analysis and Sobel Test to analyze the mediation effect of the intervening variable.The result of this study shows that SIZE has insignificant positive effect to ROA, CR has significant positive effect to ROA, and AS has significant negative effect to ROA. SIZE, CR, AS, ROA have significant negative effect to DER. ROA can’t mediate the effect of SIZE and CR to DER, while the ROA may mediate the effect of AS to DER.
