Abstract

This research was conducted to examine how much influence Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP), Market Orientation, Industry Environment, Competitive Advantage,Marketing Strategy to Marketing Performance. This study uses three independentvariables and also three dependent variable that consist of two variables have a role asintervening variableThe sample used in this study amounted to 207 MSMEs in Semarang City in 2019.Samples were taken using the Random Sampling method. The analysis used in this study isdata normality test, confirmatory test and hypothesis testing using the Structural EquationModeling (SEM) model.The results of this study indicate that ERP has a positive effect on competitiveadvantage significantly, market orientation has a positive effect on competitive advantage,market orientation has a positive effect on marketing strategies, industrial environment hasa positive effect on marketing strategies, competitive advantage has a positive effect onmarketing performance and influential marketing strategies positive for marketingperformance.

Abstract

Business competition in the airline industry is quite strict, and cannot be avoided. Ittakes a lot of innovations and knowledges of what needs are needed by the community sothat people will be loyal to the product. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect ofprice and service quality that affect customer satisfaction which may also have an impacton customer loyaltyThe purpose of this study is to find out the effect of price and service quality thataffect customer satisfaction which may also have an impact on customer loyalty. Thepopulation in this study was airline consumers in the city of Semarang. The number ofsample used was 126 people selected using nonprobability sampling and purposivesampling through questionnaires. The results showed that price affects customersatisfaction, service quality affects customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction affectscustomer loyalty. In this study service quality is the most influential variable on customersatisfaction. Customer satisfaction is also found to have a mediating function in theinfluence relationship between price and service quality to customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure, innovation, leverage, and firm size toward corporate financial performance. Corporate financial performance can be seen from the company’s profitability which measured by ROA. This research was conducted because there are differences in results from previous studies. The sample used in this study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. This study used purposive sampling method with several criteria and outlier data removal to obtain a valid data, which remain as 230 observation data. Multiple regression analysis which is processed by SPSS 25 is used as an analysis technique consisting of classical assumption test and coefficient of determinant test, F statistical test, and t statistical test. The results of this research indicate that leverage has significant negative effect toward corporate financial performance and firm size has significant positive effect toward corporate financial performance. Meanwhile Employee Stock Ownership Plan has insignificant negative effect toward corporate financial performance. Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure and innovation has insignificant positive effect toward corporate financial performance which shows a unidirectional and insignificant relationship.

Abstract

Study about SME’s Growth in Semarang had general purpose to analyze moderating effect of Financial Literacy through the relationship between Financial Access to Finance to SME’s Growth. Financial Literacy to Access to Finance. Others also assesed Financial Literacy and Access to Finance to SME’s Performance in Semarang.This study adopted quantitative research design and used SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis method by SmartPLS 3.0 to run the data. Population in this research was all UMKM actor in Semarang that put 100 sampel contributing in this research by purposive sampling technique.The finding of the research found Financial Literacy and Access to Finance affect performance, Financial Literacy affects Access to Finance and financial Literacy cannot be mediator for the relationship between Access to Finance to SME’s performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research were 1) to compare the Return on MudarabahDeposits (ROMD) and the Return on Equity (ROE) in Islamic banking, and 2) to examinethe factors that affect ROMD and ROE. This research used quarterly data from 6 (six)Islamic banks over the period of 2014 – 2018 and was examined by multiple linearregression. Purposive sampling used as sampling method in this study.This research resulted several substantial findings. First, Return on MudharabahDeposits was lower than shareholder’s Return on Equity. Second, ROMD was positivelyinfluenced by Profit Attributable to Depositors as Percentage of Operating Profit(PADOP) and negatively influenced by Total Deposit as Percentage of Total Assets(TDTA), meanwhile Return on Assets (ROA) did not have an influence on ROMD. Third,ROE was positively influenced by ROA and negatively influenced by Total Equity asPercentage of Total Assets (TETA), while Profit Attributable To Equityholders asPercentage of Operating Profit (PAEOP) did not have an influence on ROMD on ROE.

Abstract

Communication tool is one of the needs that is not less important in human life.One type of communication tool that is often used at this time is a smartphone. in thepurchase decision of a product, a buyer must find out about the product. such as pricefactors, product benefits, product brands and the experience of others about the product.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of price perception, product qualityand word of mouth against purchasing decision with the brand image as an interveningvariable.The research was conducted for students of Diponegoro University. The samples inthis research as much as 150 respondents. With the method of collecting data throughquestionnaries and sampling method in this research is non probability sampling withpurposive sampling technique. This research examines the hypothesis by using StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM).The results of this study shows that price perception has positive and significanteffect on brand image, product quality has positive and significant effect on brand image,word of mouth has positive and significant effect on brand image. It is also known thatbrand image is proven to mediate price, product quality and word of mouth on purchasingdecision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of variable of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), sales growth and firm size on capital structure with tangibility asset and firm age as control variable.The population in this study were retail trade sub-sector companies that were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013 – 2017. The sample technique used was purposive sampling. So that a sample of 12 companies was obtained, thus obtained 60 research data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the classical assumption test and regression analysis with a significance level of 5%.Based on the results of research that simultaneously uses the F test variable profitability, liquidity, sales growth, firm size, tangibility asset and firm age as control variable significantly influence the capital structure. The result of partial testing using the T test show that profitability, liquidity, firm size, tangibility asset and firm age have a negative and significant effect on capital structure. While sales growth has a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure and the result of control variables there are tangibility asset and firm age are -3,223 with the significantcy 0,001 and -3,915 with the significantcy 0,003 so tangibility asset and firm age has a negative and significant effect on DER. Determination of coefficient R2 of 0,471 shows that 47,1% of the variation of the DER is explained by the independent variables in the study while the remaining 52,9% is explained by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the profitability of Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia. This study used firm size, volume of capital, asset tangibility, premium growth, and liquidity as independent variables and return on assets as the dependent variable.The number of samples in this research were 24 Islamic insurance companies that were determined by purposive sampling method. This study used secondary data from the financial statements of sharia insurance companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2014-2017. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis where previously performed classical assumption that includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test.The results of this research showed that firm size and volume of capital have a positive and significant effect on return on assets. Tangibility assets have a negative and significant effect on return on assets. Premium growth and liquidity have a positive and insignificant effect on return on assets.

Abstract

Business competition of Samsung smartphone in Indonesia has increased rapidly in recentyears,in line with the emergence of new brands on the market. Existing companies arerequired to create strategies in order to survive and compete in the market. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of brand image, price, and product review towardsSamsung smartphone’s purchase decision.The population in this study were Undip semarang students who have usedsmartphone from Samsung. The amount of sample used was 100 people selected usingaccidental sampling through questionnaire. Data obtain from the questionnaire were thenprocessed and analyzed using SPSS 23 program.The results of the study shows that brand image significantly influence the purchasedecision, the price significantly influence the purchase decision, and the product reviewsignificantly influence the purchase decision. The result of F test obtained a significancevalue smaller than 0,05, it can be concluded that the regression model produced is fit andproper to use. These result means that brand image, price, and product review can be usedto predict purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze some factors which affect of TouristStatification and Revisiting Interest as Customer Value, Destination Image,and ServiceQuality. This study uses primer data from tourist visiting The Bukit Cinta RawaPeningtourism object located in Semarang Regenc. The sampling method usedPurposive Sampling. Data analysis used a regression analysis tool was used using theSPSS 23.0 program tool. The results of test found that is a positive and partiallysignificant influence between the value of customers on interest in revisiting; andbetween customer value and visitor satisfaction; and also between visitor satisfactionwith interest in tourist revisits. But there is a positive influence that is not partiallysignificant between destination image and the quality of service to interest in repeatvisits; also between destination image and service quality to visitor satisfaction.
