Abstract

Kantor Camat Gaung Anak Serrka memiliki 27 orang pegawai Pns dan 9 orang pegawai honorer. Pengolahan data pegawai pada Kantor Camat Gaung Anak Serka masih menggunakan microsoft word dan excel yang masih kurang efisien dalam pengolahan data pegawai di mana proses penyimpanan data pegawai masih mengguanakn arsip yang mempersulit dalam proses pencarian data dan pengolahan data pegawai. Maka penulis memutuskan untuk membuat suatu Sistem informasi dengan judul: “Sistem Informasi Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Gaung Anak Serka Berbasis web. Perancangan sistem informasi pegawai ini akan dirancang menggunakan Macro Media Dremweaver dan Microsoft SQL Server .

Abstract

Pusat kegiatan pemeriantahan di kelurahan Tempuling terletak di kantor lurah Tempuling yang beralamat di jalan Provinsi tepat di tepi jalan besar. Lokasinya yang strategis berada di tepi jalan besar memudahkan masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan urusan kependudukan atau yang lain nya. Informasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang utama dalam pemerintah di kelurahan tempuling karna dengan adanya informasi maka dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat, Pemerintah harus memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang bener-benar menerapkan sistem terkompurterisasi dengan baik sehingga pengolahan data dapat dilakukan secara efektif. Sehingga dapat membantu pengawai kelurahan memberikan pelayanan yang cepet dan tepat kepada masyarakat. Sistem informasi kelurahan tempuling berbasis web menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Abstract

Puskesmas Tanah Merah adalah sebuah pusat pelayanan kesehatan yang terdapat di Kuala Enok Kecamatan Tanah Merah. Jumlah pasien di hadapakan pada masalah administrasi diantaranya masalah kartu pasien yang selalu tertinggal, pencatatan data pasien, pencatatan obat-obat, dan pembuat laporan data jumlah penyakit. Setiap hari petugas pencatatan data pasien harus mencari kartu pasien yang datang memeriksakan diri ke puskesmas, jika pasien yang tidak mempunyai kartu berobat maka petugas puskesmas akan membuatkan kartu baru. Proses pencarian dan pembuatan kartu pasien ini memakan waktu yang lama. Dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis web akan memberi kemudahan bagi petugas dan pasien yang berobat. Pelayanan dari segi waktu yang cepat dan efesien sistem informasi data pasien berbasis web akan memberi kemudahan masyarakat.

Abstract

Mesin Fotocopy mempunyai peranan sangat penting dalam kebutuhan administrasi bagi setiap individu, sehingga pada masa sekarang segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan administrasi akan memerlukan mesin fotocopy untuk melakukan penggandaan dokumen. Penulisan skripsi ini membahas mengenai pembuatan suatu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pemakai mesin fotocopy Minolta CS PRO EP5000 dalam memecahkan masalah yang mungkin terjadi selama mesin fotocopy melakukan penggandaan, seperti masalah Drive Motor Utama Tidak Berfungsi (C0000), Tegangan Tinggi (C0200), Laci Kertas A4 Bermasalah (C0920), Laci Kertas F4 Bermasalah (C0910), Toner bermasalah (C0070), Hasil Fotocopy Hitam (C0600). Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Visual Basic Studio (VB Net) dan database MySQL sebagai perangkat lunak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi lapangan dengan cara melakukan wawancara langsung kepada pengguna mesin Fotocopy Minolta CS PRO EP5000 untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai masalah yang ditimbulkan oleh mesin tersebut. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini memudahkan dan membantu pengguna dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul oleh mesin Fotocopy Minolta CS PRO EP5000.

Abstract

Dalam menentukan penerimaan beasiswa tidak mampu pada Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Islam Indragiri, ada beberapa kriteria yang harus dimiliki dan dipenuhi oleh para mahasiswa sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut. Untuk membantu dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Darimaka itu dibuatlah sebuah sistem untuk mendukung dalam pemilihan mahasiswa tidak mampu dengan menggunakan metode Tsukamoto. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai setiap kriteria mahasiswa, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang nantinya akan menentukan siapa saja yang berhak menerima beasiswa tersebut.

Abstract

Currently, there are many information systems that are used to support and solve a problem that usually arises in an organization, company or government agency. One of them is Geographic Information System (GIS) technology which has developed rapidly. Where this system can be a means for delivering information on the location of the location, especially those related to the business of tailoring clothes. This geographic information system for mapping the location of the tailor's location aims to analyze, design and build a geographic information system for mapping the location that can convey information on the location of the tailor, convey complete information about the tailor's location so that it can be spread thoroughly to the public or system users, provide useful information to the public in the process of finding the location of tailors in Tembilahan city based on precise and accurate data. In designing the GIS mapping of the tailor's location, Waterfall is a system development method that functions as a mechanism to identify software, as well as UML (Unified Modeling Language) as modeling, and uses the PIECES method to facilitate researchers in building systems. With the geographical information system mapping the location of this tailor, the delivery of information about the tailor's place can be spread thoroughly to the community or system users. Abstract

In carrying out teaching and learning activities at course institutions, an instructor must have been faced with various problems both from internal and external factors. One real example of problems from external factors that are happening at this time is the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic. A dangerous disease whose transmission is very fast has made almost all countries impose lockdowns to deal with the transmission of the virus. With the enactment of the Lockdown status, it has an impact on education, especially teaching and learning activities. In response to this, the government urges the teaching and learning process to be carried out at home using internet media. In order to keep learning in the midst of the current pandemic, the researcher who is also a computer course instructor at the Oby Computer Course and Training Institute (LKP) has designed a website. E-learning. Through the information system Website E-Learning computer course at LKP OBY Computer aims to analyze, design and implement a distance computer course learning system. The use of the Waterfall method as a system development method functions as a mechanism to identify software, as well as UML (Unified Modeling Language) as modeling, and uses the PIECES method to facilitate researchers in building systems. Abstract

Kota Tembilahan merupakan pusat dari Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang terletak di Provinsi Riau, Indonesia. Di kota, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan mempunyai peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan upaya pelayanan kesehatan perorangan, baik preventif, promotif, kuratif, maupun rehabilitatif yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah dan/atau masyarakat. Salah satu unsur utama Manajemen Kesehatan adalah informasi kesehatan berupa hasil pengumpulan dan pengolahan data yang merupakan masukan bagi pengambil keputusan di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web persebaran fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan berbasis web dengan wilayah penelitian di Kota Tembilahan. Penyampaian dan tampilan sistem informasi geografis dapat lebih informatif serta mempresentasikan kondisi sebenarnya. Sistem dikembangakan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter. Tampilan sistem menggunakan framework Bootstrap dan template SB Admin 2. Peta yang digunakan pada aplikasi adalah peta digital yang disediakan oleh OpenStreetMap dan ESRI.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Until now, Nazwa Wedding Organizer does not have a special application that is used as a means of wedding services in the data management process, where the process is still using a ledger, starting from recording, searching for tenant data, ordering, paying and making reports. This method has several drawbacks, namely long transactions, errors can occur, tenants who are far from the wedding organizer services must come directly to the location to make orders and payments. Therefore we need a software development process in the form of a wedding organizer nazwa management information system which aims as a means for tenants who want to make transactions with wedding organizer services both when they want to make orders and payments, and as a means for wedding services to input. , search for tenant data and report generation. The processes carried out are data collection in the form of observations, interviews and literature studies, system analysis, system design or design, system implementation and system testing or testing. The system development method used is the waterfall method, while the analysis method used is the pieces method which can be a reference in building a web-based wedding organizer nazwa management information system. The modeling system used is a web-based UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MYSQL database. The Nazwa wedding organizer management information system that has been built functions according to User needs, namely in inputting tenant data, searching for tenant data, managing order data, managing payment data, and managing booking reports. With the Nazwa wedding organizer management information system, it is hoped that it can be useful as a means for the wedding party and the tenant in conducting transactions so that time becomes more effective. Abstract

Posyandu Srikandi II is a health service unit tasked with providing maternal and child health services (KIA) in the area of ??RT 05 d RW 09 Kempas Jaya Village, Kempas District. Currently, the data management process at the Srikandi II Posyandu is still done manually by recording data into a register format book. This method is considered inefficient because it causes difficulties in the data management process of Posyandu Srikandi II. To overcome these problems, the authors intend to develop a web-based Posyandu information system. Data was collected by means of observation and interviews. The system development method used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The tools used in system analysis and design are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Squance Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. From the results of testing and evaluation interviews conducted with the Head of Posyandu Srikandi II, it was concluded that this eposyandu application could facilitate the processing, searching, and reporting of data on Posyandu Srikandi II activities. In the next development, it is hoped that this posyandu information system will be equipped with a KMS band chart feature to monitor the development of children's weight.
