Abstract

This was followed by a fast internet network speed that made the geographic information system easy to use by all people, including the mapping process for cafes, food stalls and coffee shops. the system will help to make it easier for consumers to find locations, help to convey information and become a media promotion of cafes, food stalls and coffee shops in Tembilahan. In the system design process, the method chosen as the development method is waterfall and uses object-oriented modeling, namely UML ( Unified Modeling Language) and using the PIECES analysis method in building geographic information systems mapping web-based cafes, food stalls and coffee shops in the city of Tembilahan with this geographic information system making it easier for consumers to get locations and information about cafes, food stalls and coffee shops in Tembilahan. , save consumers time and become a promotional medium for the owner of the culinary place.

Abstract

The process of selling coconuts that occurs in the Sungai Piring Village is that the farmers sell their coconuts to Toke and then Toke sells the coconuts to the company. For the Sungai Piring itself, there are 3 coconut Toke who buy coconut from the farmers with different prices and different requirements. So far, farmers sell their coconuts to Toke randomly, so a decision support system (DSS) is needed which is part of a computer-based information system including a knowledge-based system or knowledge management that is used to support decision making. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is a weighted addition method to solve a problem. This is done so that the farmers can choose the best Toke to sell their coconuts in order to get a greater value.

Abstract

One of the laundry businesses in Tembilahan is pearl laundry. Mutiara Laundry is a home-based business engaged in laundry services, which is located at Jl. Mount Daek in front of Lrg. Mataram II No. 10, Tembilahan City, Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau 2924. This laundry business has been running for the past few years. The problems that occur in this laundry business are difficulties in managing customer data, customer status data, transaction data, customer report data, washing service reports, and transaction reports. Then the problem is that the customer data management system is carried out manually and simply so that it is prone to income errors. To help manage the delivery of clothes that have been washed, then to facilitate the management of customer data through the website efficiently and provide convenience for both users and admins

Abstract

Technological advances, especially in the field of microcontrollers and sensors, have had a major impact on human life. For example, in the field of cleanliness, automatic waste sorting must be done, because nowadays people do not have enough information about the environment, especially about waste disposal. Waste sorting aims to sort waste, in this case into metal and non-metal, so that the waste recycling process becomes more efficient. But in reality, types of waste are still mixed in landfills. Based on these problems, a garbage bin automation was created, a prototype of a microcontroller-based smart trash can whose main function is to sort waste, especially garbage that contains metal elements. Overall, the design of this tool was successful. This can be proven by the test results from a total of 36 (thirty six) respondents 28(78%) respondents answered the system is very interesting, 27(75%) respondents answered the system is very easy to use, 30(83%) respondents answered the system performance is very good, and 33 (92%) respondents answered the system was very useful.

Abstract

ABSTRACTA device called an air conditioner (AC) is used to cool and control humidity in an enclosed space. However, there is still a lot of wasted use, such as failing to turn off the air conditioner (AC) when leaving the room, which makes the current way of using the air conditioner (AC) ineffective. As a result, we need the right technology to solve this problem. Design and build human detection system for Arduino based automation system for AC. This tool is used to detect human movement and control the room air conditioner remotely based on web and Arduino. Box-shaped hardware with Arduino Nano as the main controller of the system, PIR sensor as motion detection input, and DHT11 as temperature and humidity sensor.Keyword : Arduino Nano, PIR Sensor, DHT11 Sensor, IoT

Abstract

Until now, the Alia Fashion Boutique Tembilahan store does not yet have a data storage application that can help speed up the data entry process and speed up checking store information. The purpose of the benefits of this research can help administrative work in the form of providing a web-based clothing sales report application as a tool in managing sales data. The application that was built was made using the PHP programming language with the Codeigneter Framework, using MySQL as a database, the Waterfall method as a software development method, the analysis used in PIECES research, the design used by UML, the testing used by Black Box with Functionality and Usability Instruments. With this web-based clothing sales report application, it is hoped that it can help performance and make it easier to find store information for admins and cashiers.

Abstract

Investment activity is an activity that cannot be separated from decision analysis because investing requires an analysis of appropriate decision-making in order to minimize failure or maximize profits. Investing in coconut commodity business activities is a promising business for investors. However, to maximize profits on investment, proper analysis techniques are needed. In this study, the authors used the SWOT and QSPM methods in analyzing investment decisions in the coconut commodity business in Indragiri Hilir district. From the results of the investment decision analysis carried out, there are several important recommendations that can help coconut farmers and business actors be mutually beneficial, among other things: Increasing the promotion of buying and selling coconuts Innovating coconut trading businesses Increasing the capacity of business owners and their workforce through a series of government training and coachingIncreasing the frequency of transactions.

Abstract

At present the development of technology is very rapid, many information systems have been built that are real time and online that allow users to access from anywhere and anytime to get information. Following the 4.0 era with fast internet network speeds, making geographic information systems easy to use by all groups, including in the process of determining the location of resident plantations and helping to convey information. Mapping the plantations of the residents of Teluk Sungka Village based on the GIS web, this system will help the village government to record location points for the residents' plantations and convey the latest news regarding village developments. The method chosen as the development method is the waterfall and uses object-oriented modeling, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) and uses the PIECES analysis method in building a GIS web-based mapping of the plantations of Teluk Sungka Village residents, with this geographic information system it makes it easier for consumers to get locations and information news about Teluk Sungka Village, saving the public time to get news from the village government.

Jl Kuantan Singingi, Provinsi Riau Email: aguscandra_lingkungan@yahoo.com, mastersuryaadinata@gmail.com Abstrak Bangunan gedung merupakan wujud fisik hasil pekerjaan konstruksi yang menyatu dengan tempat kedudukannya, sebagian atau seluruhnya berada di atas dan/atau di dalam tanah dan/atau air, yang berfungsi sebagai tempat manusia melakukan kegiatannya, baik untuk hunian atau tempat tinggal, kegiatan keagamaan, kegiatan usaha, kegiatan sosial, budaya, maupun kegiatan khusus. Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2002 tentang Bangunan Gedung sebagaimana diubah terakhir kali dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja memuat pengaturan mengenai fungsi bangunan gedung.Penelitian ini betujuan untuk Manganalisis Persetujuan bangunan Gedung (PBG) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SIMBG di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi tahun 2022. Dari Hasil Penelitian dinas PUPR Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Telah Mengeluarkan rekomendasi Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung dengan menggunakan aplikasi SIMBG pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 94 rekomendasi PBG dengan rincian di bulan Maret 5 PBG, bulan April 29 PBG, bulan Mei 5 PBG, bulan Juni 11 PBG, bulan Juli 5 PBG, bulan Agustus 16, bulan September 4 PBG, bulan Oktober 7 PBG, bulan Nopember 6 PBG, bulan Desember 5 PBG. Abstract

Utilization of Drones, also known as UAV (unmanned aerial vehicles), is currently widely used to evaluate changes in land use, disasters, monitoring regional spatial planning, identifying regional changes, environmental changes, and mapping regional administrative boundaries. Administrative boundaries are boundaries or imaginary lines that are only found on maps and not on the ground in accordance with applicable legal provisions but are only marked with an object that can be recognized by the user, for example stakes, gates, walls, and so on. This study aims to provide information about the actual boundaries of the area according to the current situation and conditions by testing the level of accuracy of Drone photos and comparing them in the field. This study uses a survey method and manual interpretation. This research was conducted in parts of the administrative area of Kuantan Tengah District, namely Pasar Taluk Village and Simpang Tiga Village. The selection of the study area was due to several factors, such as the area's high population density, fast development growth, and being located in the center of Teluk Kuantan city. Aerial photos produced by the Phantom 4 Pro Drone in this study have a spatial resolution of 0.5 meters, thus providing clear and detailed object appearances that can be identified using the ArcGIS application in the Pasar Taluk Village and Simpang Tiga Village areas.
