Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Change in Stock Ownership Because of Stock Split on Stock Liquidity. This study aimed to determine the effect of the stock split on stock trading by considering stock ownership proportion in companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This study hypotesized that stock ownership proportion and its change in later date affected stock liquidity. The population of this study was companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples were 48 companies which conducted stock split in 2010-2015. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method. Hypotesis was tested by using paired sampelled t-test and regression analysis. The study found that stock split indeed affected stock trading. Stock split significantly affected Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR) and trading activity, compared to data before stock split occurred. However, the studi also found that stock ownership proportion and its changes in later date did not affect stock liquidity. Keywords: stock split, liquidity, public shareholderAbstrak: Pengaruh Perubahan Komposisi Kepemilikan Saham Sebagai Akibat Stock Split terhadap Likuiditas Saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemecahan saham terhadap perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan memperhatikan komposisi kepemilikan saham. Komposisi kepemilikan saham publik dan perubahannya dalam kegiatan stock split diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap likuiditas saham. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 48 perusahaan yang melakukan stock split pada periode 2010 – 2015. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode paired sampled t test dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peristiwa stock split memberikan dampak terhadap perdagangan saham. Stock split menyebabkan terjadinya perbedaan yang signifikan dari cumulative abnormal return (CAR) dan rata-rata trading volume activity sebelum pemecahan saham dibandingkan setelah pemecahan saham. Berkenaan dengan komposisi saham publik dan perubahannya dalam peristiwa stock split ternyata tidak berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas perdagangan saham. Kata kunci: pemecahan saham, likuiditas, kepemilikan publik

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan mengambil sampel karyawan bagian Tata Usaha FISE UNY. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode survey dan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel organizational citizenship behavior sementara itu komitmen organisasi pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior Abstract: Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study is a correlational study with a sample of Administration Division employees of FISE UNY. The data was collected using survey method and analyzed through multiple regression analysis. This study finds that job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior variable while the organizational commitment effect is not significant. Key words:         job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Abstract:This investigation is intended to assess the possibility of financial problems in Sharia Rural Banks (SBRs) in Indonesia. The financial ratio approach is chosen to measure the financial distress potential of SRBs which assesses the profitability, liquidity, efficiency and capital adequacy of 166 banks from 2013 to 2016. The model of panel estimation uses discriminant analysis is utilized in predicting financial distress in Indonesian SRBs. The outcomes of this research are, firstly, liquidity and efficiency are the most prominent variables in predicting financial difficulties in SRBs. The second is in further analysis of liquidity shows that most SRBs are very aggressive in disbursing credit to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which are riskier than other economic sectors. In addition, a deeper analysis of bank efficiency indicates that the highest expense component of SRBs' other operating costs is employee and administration costs. Keywords: financial distress, financial ratios, Sharia rural banks, discriminant analysisPengujian Potensi Kebangkrutan Grup Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah di IndonesiaAbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk menilai kemungkinan terjadinya masalah keuangan pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Indonesia. Pendekatan rasio keuangan dilakukan untuk mengukur kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress yang menilai dari sisi profitabilitas, likuiditas, efisiensi dan kecukupan modal dari 166 bank selama 2013 hingga 2016. Model estimasi panel menggunakan analisis diskriminan diterapkan dalam memprediksi financial distress pada BPRS Indonesia. Hasilnya adalah, pertama, likuiditas dan efisiensi adalah variabel yang paling signifikan dalam memprediksi kesulitan keuangan di BPRS. Kedua, dalam analisis likuiditas lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar BPRS cukup agresif dalam mendistribusikan pembiayaan kepada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), yang lebih berisiko di bandingkan sektor ekonomi lainnya. Selain itu, analisis yang lebih dalam tentang efisiensi bank menunjukkan bahwa komponen biaya tertinggi dari biaya operasional lain BPRS secara rata-rata adalah biaya pegawai atau karyawan dan administrasi. Kata kunci: financial distress, rasio keuangan, BPRS, analisis diskriminan

Abstract

Abstrak: CSR: Sustainability Development atau Greenwashing? Dengan menggunakan ciri-ciri social bank, penelitian ini bertujuan menguji apakah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2009-2011 melakukan aktivitas Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) untuk tujuan sustainability development atau hanya sebagai kegiatan greenwashing (strategi pemasaran). Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada akun-akun yang tersaji dalam laporan posisi untuk menilai aktivitas CSR dan bukan pada pernyataan-pernyataan yang disajikan dalam laporan keuangan tahunan. Berdasarkan hasil tabulasi dan perbandingan atas 31 data akun-akun sampel perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar selama tahun 2009-2011, hanya tujuh perusahaan perbankan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria social bank. Dengan kata lain mayoritas perusahaan perbankan yang menjadi sampel memiliki kriteria social bank dan artinya mereka melakukan aktivitas CSR untuk tujuan sustainability development.   Kata kunci: social bank, CSR, pembangunan berkelanjutan, greenwashing     Abstract: CSR: Sustainability Development or Greenwashing? With respect to characteristics of social banks, this paper aims to examine whether banking companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange from 2009 to 2011 use corporate social responsibility activities as sustainability development instruments or simply as an accessory instrument for attracting new clients and maximizing benefit which known as greenwashing. This paper assesses the social dimension of banks by evaluating  their balance sheet. Using a sample of 31 banks, the result shows that only seven banks do not meet the characteristics of social banks. It implies that most of banking companies use corporate social responsibility activities as sustainability development instruments.   Keywords: social bank, CSR, sustainability development, greenwashing

Abstract

Abstract: Economic growth in Indonesia encourages the growth of many industries. Specifically, the food and beverage industry has grown significantly in Indonesian economics.  Coffee shops with foreign or local brands are growing and competing for having customer loyalty. Many research has been conducted to examine customer loyalty in a particular coffee shop. However, little research has been focused on comparing both local and foreign brand names of the coffee shop. The comparative study is needed to understand whether foreign or local brand names matter in predicting both customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research uses a quantitative paradigm using descriptive research type. The object of research is Starbucks (foreign brand) and Djournal Coffee  (local brand). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed by applying judgemental sampling. Data analysis was conducted by using structural equation model (SEM). In this study, there are two unsupported hypotheses namely (1)  the relationship between the ideal self-congruence and customer satisfaction, and (2) the relationship between brand identification and customer satisfaction. The study also provides theoretical contributions, managerial implications and suggestions for further research. Keywords: brand equity, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, SEMPengaruh Ekuitas Merek Berbasis Konsumen dan Kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas: Sebuah Studi Empiris Abstrak: Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia mendorong pertumbuhan banyak industri. Secara khusus, industri makanan dan minuman telah tumbuh secara signifikan dalam ekonomi Indonesia. Kedai kopi dengan merek asing atau lokal tumbuh dan bersaing untuk memiliki loyalitas pelanggan. Banyak penelitian telah dilakukan untuk menguji loyalitas pelanggan di coffee shop tertentu. Namun, sedikit penelitian yang difokuskan untuk membandingkan nama merek lokal dan asing dari coffee shop. Studi perbandingan diperlukan untuk memahami apakah nama merek asing atau lokal penting dalam memprediksi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Objek penelitian adalah Starbucks (merek asing) dan Djournal Coffee (merek lokal). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan dengan menggunakan judgemental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM). Dalam penelitian ini ada dua hipotesis yang tidak didukung yaitu (1) hubungan antara kongruensi diri yang ideal dan kepuasan pelanggan dan (2) hubungan antara identifikasi merek dan kepuasan pelanggan. Studi ini juga memberikan kontribusi teoritis, implikasi manajerial dan saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Kata kunci: ekuitas merek, kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas merek, SEM

Abstract

Abstrak: Persepsi dan Motivasi Pegawai Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta terhadap    Badan Usaha Koperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat pengetahuan pegawai tentang perkoperasian; mendeskripsikan persepsi pegawai terhadap koperasi dan motivasi berkoperasi pegawai; dan mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan persepsi tentang koperasi terhadap motivasi berkoperasi pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan populasi seluruh pegawai UNY Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik area quota random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dengan instrumen angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan perkoperasian pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi; persepsi pegawai terhadap badan usaha koperasi sangat baik; dan mereka memiliki motivasi berkoperasi yang tinggi. Pengetahuan perkoperasian tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi berkoperasi tetapi berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui persepsi tentang koperasi. Kata Kunci: pengetahuan perkoperasian, persepsi tentang koperasi, motivasi berkoperasi. Abstract: Perceptions and Motivation of Yogyakarta State University Employees on Cooperative Enterprises. This study aims to describe employees’ knowledge on cooperatives, employees’ perception of the cooperatives, and employees’ motivation to join cooperatives. Additionally, it examines the effect of knowledge and perceptions on cooperative to employees’ motivation to join cooperatives. This is a survey research. The population of this research is all YSU’s employees. Sample was obtained by quota area random sampling technique. A set of closed questionnaires was employed to collect the data, and then they were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and a simple linear regression. The study found that the employees’ level of knowledge on cooperatives was at the high category; employees’ perception on cooperative was very good; and they have a high motivation to join cooperatives. Knowledge of cooperatives did not have a direct effect on the motivation to join cooperatives, however it had indirect influences through the perception of cooperatives. Keywords: knowledge on cooperatives, perception of the cooperatives, motivation to join cooperatives.

Abstrak: Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Profitabilitas Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pangsa pasar (market share), leverage, intensitas modal, pertumbuhan penjualan dan total assets baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausalitas, sampel yang digunakan 86 perusahaan dan 329 pengamatan. Data diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Intensitas modal dan total assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan market share (pangsa pasar), leverage dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.Kata Kunci: Market Share, Leverage, Intensitas Modal, Pertumbuhan penjualan, Total Assets, ProfitabilitasAbstract: Determinant Factors Influencing The Profitability of Manufacturing Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research aimed to know the influence of market share, Leverage, Capital Intensity, growth of sales and Total Assets either partially or simultaneous to the profitability of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research included research of causality, the sample used 86 companies and 329 observations. The data were taken with purposive sampling method. Abstract

Abstract: Elasticity Analysis for Three Animal Protein Resources in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of household demand on three sources of animal protein (fish, beef, and chicken) were associated with different household characteristics and analyze the response of households in Indonesia to changes in price and income on the consumption of fish, beef, and chicken. Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS) was adopted in this study, using data from the Indonesia Family Life Survey wave 4 (IFLS 4). Total number of the household analyzed in this study amounted to 839 households. The results showed that partially price of fish, beef prices, household expenditure, geographic region, and number of family members affect the share of expenditure fisheries products, chicken, and beef. The results implied that Price elasticity of demand for demand for fish, beef, and chicken were categorized as inelastic. While the income elasticity for beef and chicken were elastic, furthermore income elasticity for fish was inelastic.Keywords:  Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS) model, demand price elasticity, cross elasticity of demand, income elasticity of demand.Abstrak: Analisis Elastisitas Tiga Bahan Pangan Sumber Protein Hewani di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku permintaan rumah tangga atas tiga sumber protein hewani (ikan, daging sapi, dan daging ayam) dikaitkan dengan karakteristik rumah tangga yang berbeda dan menganalisis respon rumah tangga di Indonesia terhadap perubahan harga dan pendapatan pada konsumsi ketiga komoditas tersebut. Model yang digunakan untuk melakukan estimasi adalah model Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS), dengan menggunakan data dari Indonesia Family Life Survey  gelombang 4 (IFLS 4). Jumlah rumah tangga sumber data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 839 rumah tangga.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial harga ikan, harga daging sapi, pengeluaran rumah tangga, wilayah geografi, dan jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh terhadap pangsa pengeluaran untuk produk ikan-ikanan, daging ayam, dan daging sapi. Elastisitas permintaan harga permintaan untuk ikan, daging sapi, dan daging ayam masuk dalam kategori inelastis, elastisitas pendapatan untuk daging sapi dan daging ayam masuk kategori elastis, dan ikan mempunyai elastisitas pendapatan yang inelastic.Kata kunci: model Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS), elastisitas harga permintaan, elastisitas silang, elastisitas pendapatan.

Abstract

Abstract: The Role of Perceived Usefulness on User Satisfaction of Regional Finance Information System. This study aims to investigate empirically the influence of system quality, information quality, service quality and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of the Regional Finance Information System. This study also examines the role of perceived usefulness on the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality on user satisfaction. Analysis technique using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Data were gathered from 147 staff of the finance management on all Regional Unit in Pemerintah Kota Batu. The samples selected by judgment sampling method. The findings show that the better of information quality and the higher of the user's perceived that the information systems were useful will increase user satisfaction. In addition, information quality will increase user trust on its support to decision making. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan kegunaan persepsian terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD). Penelitian ini juga menguji peran mediasi kegunaan persepsian pada pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIKD. Teknik analisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Data didapatkan dari 147 staff pengelola keuangan daerah di seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di Pemerintah Kota Batu. Sampel dipilih dengan metode judgment sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin baik kualitas informasi dan semakin tinggi kepercayaan pengguna bahwa sistem informasi bermanfaat akan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Selanjutnya, Informasi yang berkualitas akan meningkatkan kepercayaan penggunanya bahwa informasi yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan semakin baik sehingga berdampak pada meningkatnya kepuasan pengguna. Kata kunci: Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, Kegunaan Persepsian, Kepuasan Pengguna
