This approach uses in this research is a quantitative approach, while accidental sampling is a sampling technique used by means 81 respondent in the city of Surabaya.Data were collected based on interviews and questionnaires distributed to employees, then carried out using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. This study reveals that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job insecurity has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and it can be concluded that organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention of employees. Abstract

This study intends to study the influence of profitability and liquidity ratio well-being on stock return with inflation as the moderate variable. This research uses a type of causality research that uses quantitative. This research uses purposive sampling of 63 companies in BEI's essential and chemicals industry for 3 years (2018-2020). The statistical analysis in this research is used the SPSS version 26. The study used an analytical tool called Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research showed that return on assets was a significant positive effect on stock return. The current ratio has no significant impact on stock return because the number of existing assets is too high, and they couldn't take advantage of it as much as possible. The rate of inflation in the testing of this couldn't be proved to be a moderating variable and able to strengthen the effect of ROA and CR on the essential and chemicals industry, because the drop rate of inflation in this research period is relatively light so, doesn't have much impact of ROA and CR on stock return.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of ROE, EPS, NPM, DER, and PBV on stock returns in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE), 2015-2020. The population taken is mining companies listed on ISE 2015-2020. This research includes quantitative research with a purposive sampling method as a determinant of the company sample, and based on the criteria, 33 companies meet the requirements. This research used secondary data sources from the official ISE website and the attached company website. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression method. The results showed that ROE and EPS did not significantly affect stock returns, while the variables NPM, DER, and PBV indicate a negative effect of these three variables on stock returns. These results suggest that the stock return decreases every time there is an increase in the NPM, DER, and PBV variables. The research results imply that investors can use the values of NPM, DER, and PBV values to analyse stock returns before investing.

The data analysis technique uses structural equation modelling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application program. and SPSS.25 applications program to analyze descriptive statistics. The results showed that person-organization fit had a positive and significant effect on person-job fit. Person organization fit has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
