Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the companies in the banking industry. As a facilitator, Islamic banks play an important role in all economic activities in the halal industry ecosystem. The existence of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia itself has experienced significant improvement and development in the past three decades. In fact, the spirit to accelerate is also reflected in the number of Islamic banks that take corporate actions. There is no exception for Islamic banks owned by state-owned banks, namely Mandiri Syariah Bank, BNI Syariah, and BRI Syariah. The number of product innovations, service improvements, and network development can be used as benchmarks for the company's success. This study uses a quantitative approach. This article discusses Transformational Leadership, and Compensation for Altruism. Data analysis using multiple linear regression approaches with SPSS 26. Using a sample of 30 respondents by sampling with a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The results of this study are that there is a significant and positive influence between Transformational Leadership and Altruism. Another result of this research shows that Compensation has no effect on Altruism. This study recommends PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Pasuruan Sudirman I to further improve aspects of Transformational Leadership, so that employees encourage each other for the development of the company.

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at BPJSTK Surabaya Karimunjawa. This survey is a quantitative approach to 30 employees. The statistical analysis of this research is PLS (Partial Least Square) with PLS 3.0 software. The Likert scale is used as a measurement scale. The survey results show that work-life balance affects employee performance. In addition, work-life balance also has an impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employees, which causes the company to improve the performance of its employees through aspects that make employees feel satisfied. Job satisfaction has successfully mediated the relationship between work-life balance variables and employee performance. This research is expected to improve employee performance through work-life balance and job satisfaction. Work-life balance is essential in determining employee performance related to work in any company. With the busyness of the workplace, it isn't straightforward for employees to maintain a fair work-life balance. Such a situation will have an impact on workers physiologically and psychologically. Companies must strive to improve the welfare of workers in the work-life balance of employees, such as implementing flexible schedules, equipping the workplace with facilities to relax, and holding activities related to employee hobbies so that employees feel comfortable and satisfied at work and can raise morale.

Indonesia is a potential market for the South Korean economy. The interest of the Indonesian people in Korean culture is substantial and young people are fans of Korean culture. Especially in Korean music, young people are not afraid to spend a lot of money to meet their needs. However, it was later discovered that the financial condition of young people in Indonesia is classified as unhealthy because many young people still do not understand how to manage finances properly. Therefore, the researcher wants to test whether financial socialization, financial experience, financial self-efficacy and locus of control affect the financial management behavior of young Korean culture fans in Indonesia. This research focuses on young people aged 18-30 years who are members of a fan club for Korean music fans. The sample used consisted of 368 samples and the sampling method used was non-probability sampling. The sampling design used purposive sampling. Research data were obtained through questionnaires distributed online. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression and the SPSS 25 software test tool. In this research, the results reveal that financial socialization, financial experience, financial self-efficacy, and locus of control have an effect. It has become an essential role in the financial management behavior of young fans of Korean culture in Indonesia. So young Indonesians expect to improve and pay attention to these four factors in order to have the ability to manage finances and good financial conditions in the future.

By performing a variety of activities, artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly altering the service industry, providing a key source of innovation while jeopardizing human jobs. This double-edged effect is considered by the theory of AI job replacement. The idea provides four business intelligences necessary for service jobs — mechanical, analytical, intuitive, and empathic — and outlines how businesses should choose between humans and technology to complete these tasks. This study aims to describe how artificial intelligence (AI) is replacing human labour in the service industry and the sorts of business intelligence that AI will replace. Data from Scopus journal articles published between 2011 and 2021 will be analysed in a thorough literature review. VOS Viewer 1.6.17 was used to map and cluster (SLNA) the literatures collected over the last 10 years using Publish and Perish software. The network analysis of these articles showed keyword co-occurrence networks. According to the findings of the study, AI job replacement happens at the job level. First, AI augments a service job's work, a transitional stage known as augmentation, before eventually taking over all of a job's functions and eliminating the need for human labour. This study enrich the body of knowledge about the human resource management in industrial revolution and practical knowledge about talent management which suggest the service workers about the advancement of AI task substitution from low to high intelligence which has a predictable effect on their roles. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is gradually displacing human analytical skills, but the necessity of intuitive and empathic skills for service professionals is increasing, therefore new approaches of human–machine interaction are still required for delivering service excellence.

The purpose of this study was to determine the criteria used to determine the order of priority in the assessment and selection of batik products. This type of research is quantitative. The sample of this research is 60 batik buyers from Madiun. The variables of this research are several criteria for selecting batik which consist of batik motifs, batik colors, batik prices, and types of batik fabrics. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. In this case, filling out the weighting questionnaire is done by using a measurement scale in the form of a semantic differential by Osgood. The data analysis technique of this research was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of this study the most influential criteria in the selection of Madiun batik produced by MSMEs in Madiun City are the price criteria, after that the color, then the type of fabric, and finally the motif criteria. Based on the color criteria, porang batik occupies the first priority. Then the best Madiun batik on the price criteria is Porang batik. For the criteria for motifs and types of fabrics, the best Madiun batik is Kenongo. The results of this study can be used as a reference so that batik craftsmen typical of Madiun pay attention to price criteria, colors, types of fabrics and motifs, so that consumers are more interested in buying the batik products offered.

This study aims to identify and explain the effect of shared leadership on job crafting through learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing for employees of RSI Jemursari Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study using statistical analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study used 99 samples with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study explain that shared leadership has a significant effect on job crafting. Shared leadership has an influence on learning goal orientation. Shared leadership has an influence on knowledge sharing. Learning goal orientation has a significant influence on job crafting. Knowledge sharing has an effect on job crafting. Learning goal orientation has a significant influence on knowledge sharing. The role of the mediator of learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing has a significant effect between shared leadership and job crafting. Companies need to provide environmental conditions that encourage employees to improve their competence and proactive behavior, encourage them to set clear and specific goals through shared leadership and support employees to be part of the collective desicion making process by creating a horizontal sctructure.

Changes that occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic caused changes in people's consumption patterns. Environmentally friendly products are starting to appear, the increasing awareness of health and the shift from conventional trading activities to electronic commerce (e-commerce) require companies to quickly adapt and strategize along with these changes in an effort to increase consumer purchase intentions. This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing, health consiousness, and trust to e-commerce on purchase intention toward MASNO product. This study involved 120 respondents, using non-probability sampling and judgmental sampling techniques. The questionnaires were distributed online through MASNO's Instagram account. Data analysis used multiple linear regression method. The results showed that green marketing and trust to e-commerce had significant effects on purchase intention toward MASNO, and health consciousness had no significant effect on purchase intention towards MASNO. The practical implication of this research is to increase consumers' purchase intention. One of the things that need to be considered is the impact of marketing activities on the environment, so that mask manufacturers are expected to be able to create innovative masks that are safe for consumers, safe for the environment, and interresting promotions. Integrity, priority to customers, and the ability of merchants to operate e-commerce platforms need to be improved so that it has an impact on increasing consumers’ purchase intention.

The purpose of this study are to determine and analyze the impact of coworker support and supervisor support on work engagement through meaningful work. This study uses a type of cross-sectional study that uses quantitative data. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. The number of respondents are 120 baristas of coffee shop x. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.3 software for statistical analysis. The results showed that coworker support has a positive impact but no significant on work engagement. Supervisor support has a positive and no significant impact on work engagement. However, coworker support and supervisor support have significant indirect effect on work engagement, that mediated by meaningful work. The implications of this research are the way work support that employees get will lead them to feel more recognized and valued in their work. Supervisors can act as coaches and provide assistance to employees at work. as well as through giving rewards to stores that have good relationships between co-workers. This will certainly make employees feel facilitated and get comfortable at work.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on loyalty with trust as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is a non-probability technique with the type of judgmental sampling. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents obtained as many as 245 people. The research method used is path analysis. The results obtained in this study are that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on trust. Perceived usefulness has a positive effect on trust. Trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Perceived ease of use has no effect on loyalty. And perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. PT. Warung Pintar Distribusi is expected to pay more attention to reviews from partners regarding the use of aplikasi warung pintar and optimize the features in aplikasi warung pintar.
