Abstract

AbstrakTingkat pengangguran merupakan masalah klasik yang selalu ada di semua Negara. Tingkat pengangguranmenjadi beban ekonomi bagi Negara, pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Berbagai kebijakan telah ditelurkan guna mengurangi tingkat pengangguran, diantaranya yaitu penetapan upah minimum kabupaten/ kota, investasimaupun BI rate.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh upah minimum kabupaten/ kota,Investasi dan BI rate terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Jawa TimurJenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskritif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder time series yang diambil dari BPS, BI, buku sumber dan sumber lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program Eviews 6.0. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa upah minimum kabupaten/ kota, investasi dan BI rate baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Jawa Timur.Kata kunci : upah minimum kabupaten/kota, investasi, BI rate, tingkat pengangguran. AbstrackThe unemployment rate is a classic problem that has always existed in all countries. The unemployment rate becomes economic burden for the country, the government and society. Various policies have been hatched to reduce the unemployment rate, among which is the establishment for minimum wage districts / cities, investments and the BI rate.The purpose of this study is to determine how the effect of the minimum wage districts / cities, investments and the BI rate to the unemployment rate in East Java.This kind of research is a quantitative descriptive study with secondary data time series which is taken from BPS, BI, source books and other sources. Data collection techniques, namely documentation and study of literature. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with Eviews 6.0 program. Based on data analysis we can conclude that the minimum wage districts / cities, investments and the BI rate either partially or simultaneously had significant effect to the unemployment rate in East Java.Keywords: minimum wage districts / cities, investment, BI rate, unemployment rate.

Abstract

AbstrakKemitraan koperasi merupakan suatu kerjasama usaha yang dilakukan oleh koperasi dengan antar koperasi maupun dengan badan usaha lainnya seperti BUMN dan BUMS. Salah satu koperasi yang mengembangkan usahanya melalui kemitraan adalah KUD Tani Bahagia. Dari delapan unit usaha yang dikelola, ada empat unit usaha yang telah berhasil menjalin kemitraan. Berdasarkan laporan RAT tahun 2012-2014, sebesar 60% pendapatan usaha koperasi diperoleh dari keempat unit usaha tersebut sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kemitraan yang dilakukan KUD Tani Bahagia berperan penting dalam perkembangan koperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi mengenai pelaksanaan kemitraan dan manfaat yang diperoleh dengan adanya kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Tani Bahagia, Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sistem observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kemitraan di KUD Tani Bahagia terdiri dari empat unit usaha yaitu unit usaha Mitra Produksi Sigaret (MPS) dengan PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk, penyaluran sarana produksi pupuk dengan PT. Pupuk Kaltim, Tebu Rakyat Intensifikasi (TRI) dengan PG. Gempolkerep dan penarikan rekening listrik, PDAM dan Telepon dengan Pusat Koperasi Unit Desa (PUSKUD) Jawa Timur berjalan dengan baik dan saling menguntungkan. Serta jika dilihat dari analisis struktur pasar, unit usaha MPS, penyaluran sarana produksi pupuk dan TRI termasuk dalam struktur pasar monopoli sedangkan unit usaha penarikan rekening listrik, PDAM dan telepon termasuk dalam struktur pasar persaingan sempurna. Selain itu, manfaat yang diperoleh dengan adanya kemitraan selama tahun 2012-2014 diantaranya perkembangan usaha koperasi mengalami peningkatan, adanya peningkatan SHU bagi anggota, meningkatnya jumlah produksi, penambahan pendapatan usaha dan tempat usaha bagi lembaga mitra serta dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan menambah pendapatan pada masyarakat Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto.Kata Kunci: Koperasi, Pelaksanaan Kemitraan, Manfaat Kemitraan AbstractCooperative partnership is a cooperative effort by the cooperative among cooperatives as well as with other business entities such as state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. One of the cooperative to expand its business through partnerships is KUD Tani Bahagia. Of the eight business units that are managed, there are four business units that have successfully established partnerships. Based on RAT reports in 2012-2014, amounting to 60% of income obtained from the cooperative efforts of the four business units so that it can be said that the partnership made KUD Tani Bahagia important role in the development of cooperatives. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the implementation of the partnership and the benefits gained by the partnership undertaken by the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Tani Bahagia, District Gondang Mojokerto. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Date collection method used is a system of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of the partnership in KUD Tani Bahagia comprised of four business units, namely the business unit Production Partner Cigarettes (MPS) with PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk, distribution of fertilizer production facilities with PT. Pupuk Kaltim, Sugar Cane Farmers Intensification (TRI) with PG. Gempolkerep and withdrawal of electricity bills, phone taps and the Center Village Unit Cooperatives (Puskud) East Java run properly and mutual benefit. As well as when seen from the analysis of market structure, the business unit of MPS, distribution of fertilizer production facilities and TRI are included in the monopoly market structure of business units whereas the withdrawal of electricity bills, telephone taps and included in the structure of perfect competition. In addition, the benefits gained by the partnership during the years 2012-2014 include the development of cooperative efforts has increased, an increase in the SHU for members, increasing the amount of production, increase revenue and business premises for partner institutions as well as to reduce unemployment and increase revenue to the community Gondang Sub District Mojokerto.Keyword : Cooperative, implementation of the Partnership, the Partnership Benefits.

Abstract

AbstrakKeberhasilan koperasi menjadi tujuan utama setiap badan usaha tidak terkecuali bagi koperasi, untuk mencapai keberhasilan banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, diantaranya adalah partisipasi anggota dan permodalan. Hambatan yang sering dialami koperasi adalah kurangnya kesadaran anggota tentang partisipasi anggota dan permodalan dalam koperasi. Hal ini dapat menghambat perkembangan koperasi dalam keberhasilannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggota terhadap koperasi di KPRI Hidup Kabupaten Tulungagung, (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh permodalan keberhasilan koperasi di KPRI Hidup Kabupaten Tulungagung, (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggota dan permodalan terhadap keberhasilan koperasi secara bersama-sama di KPRI Hidup Kabupaten Tuungagung Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koperasi di KPRI Hidup Kabupaten Tulungagung berjumlah 4140 anggota. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode secara acak random sampling berjumlah 255 anggota. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekuder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pengujian partisipasi anggota dan permodalan terhadap keberhasilan koperasi di KPRI Hidup Kabupaten Tulungagung, dapat simpulkan bahwa partisipasi anggota dan permodalan terhadap keberhasilan koperasi di KPRI Hidup Kabupaten Tulungagung secara silmutan memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 35,4%, sedangkan sisanya 64,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti (pelayanan anggota, pendidikan anggota, lingkungan usaha, dan lain-lain)Kata Kunci : Partisipasi Anggota, Permodalan, Keberhasilan Koperasi. AbstractThe success of the cooperative is the main goal of each business entity, no exception for the cooperative, to achieve the success of many factors, including the participation of members and the capital. The Barriers are lack of awareness of members and its own capital. This could hamper the development of cooperatives in its success. The goal of this research are: (1) to analyze the influence of cooperative members' participation in KPRI Life Tulungagung, (2) to analyze the influence of the cooperative capital to cooperative success in KPRI Life Tulungagung, (3) Is to analyze the influence of the members participation and the capital to cooperative success The population in this study were all members of KPRI in the KPRI Hidup Tulungagung. Life Tulungagung numbered 4140 members. Samples were randomized using random sampling method amounted to 255 members. Data collection tool was primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the participation of members and the capital to the cooperatives success in KPRI Life Tulungagung has a positive impact amounting to 35.4% simultanly, while the remaining 64.6% influenced by other factors beyond the variables studied (service members, member education, business environment, and others)Keywords: Member Participation, Capital, Cooperative Succes
