Love intensity is an important element to build a commitment in a dating relationship. The success in building love intensity greatly influenced by someone’s experience with people around them included their parents. Authoritative parenting style that applied to their children influence their children’s love intensity in their relationship at late adolescent. Adolescent who has high self-monitoring increase their ability to adapt with social environment include to their boyfriend or girlfriend. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of authoritative parenting style and self-monitoring toward someone’s love intensity in a relationship at late adolescents in Faculty of Medicine Udayana University. Subjects in this research were 145 late adolescents who are dating in Faculty of Medicine Udayana University. The instruments in this research were love intensity scale, authoritative parenting style scale and self-monitoring scale. The result of multiple regression analysis shows R=0,307 (F=7,407; p<0,05) thus it can be stated that both authoritative parenting style and self-monitoring together contributes to love intensity in dating relationship. Determination coefficient = 0,094 which means the effective contribution of authoritative parenting style and self-monitoring to love intensity is 9,4%. The result of product moment correlation analysis shows correlation coefficient between authoritative parenting style and love intensity is 0,301 (p<0,05) which means that authoritative parenting style and love intensity have a positive correlation. While the result of product moment correlation analysis shows correlation coefficient between self-monitoring and love intensity is 0,154 (p<0,05) which means that self-monitoring and love intensity have a positive correlation. Learning achievement can be defined as the result gained by students in mastering assignment or subject matter that is received in certain period. There are intenal and external factors that relates to learning achievement, one of them is onlinegame addiction. Students who addicted to onlinegame would reduce the time dedicated to study and do homework, thus their learning achievement will likely be declined. Onlinegame addiction is a common phenomenon in adolescents. Thus, the researcher wants to find out the relationship between onlinegame addiction and learning achievement in students of SMP Negeri 1 Kuta. Subject in this research are 55 students in SMP Negeri 1 Kuta who meet the criteria for being 13-15 years old and playing onlinegame in more than 2 hours. Sampling method used purposive sampling. Research method used correlational study. Data are collected with questionnaire to measure onlinegame addiction and school grade to measure learning achievement. Result of assumption test shows data are normal and linear. Normality test of onlinegame addiction questionnaire shows significance level 0,534 and learning achievement shows significance level 0,819. Linearity test between onlinegame addiction and learning achievement has significance level 0,001. Result of this research finds negative significant relationship between onlinegame addiction and learning achievement and its correlational coefficient is -0,472. Anxiety is a state of excessive tension is not in place, which is marked by feelings of worry, uncertain or afraid. Anxiety is able to influence health and emotional development, so it plays an important role in someone's life, even more in acceleration class which is always required high achievement. Parenting style adopted by parents determine the ability of adolescents to adapt to a variety of problems. Application of the authoritative parenting style characterized by warmth of parent-child relationship will greatly affect the ability of adolescents to overcome emotional problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between authoritative parenting style with acceleration students’ anxiety level. Subjects in this study were all acceleration students of SMAN 1 Denpasar. The instrument used in this study is the authoritative parenting scale and the scale of anxiety. The research data were analyzed by using product moment. The correlation coefficient between authoritative parenting style with the anxiety level is -0.268 (p = 0.035), thus can be mentioned that there was a negative relationship between authoritative parenting style with anxiety level. Over time, drugs abuse in various parts of the world increase widely. Similarly in Indonesia, the results of a survey conducted by the National Narcotics Agency revealed that there are 3.8 million people in Indonesia are drugs user in 2013. Various cases showed that the impact of drugs abuse seen in the loss of materials and non-materials, and can even cause death. Therefore, people who addicted to drugs should immediately stop consuming and required to undergo a recovery process. Therapeutic method with medical approaches recognized until now are diversion programs to substitute drugs or other substance called methadone therapy (Puspita, 2008). Although there are many positive benefits that make the patient to function normally, but methadone therapy also cause side effects and dependence that can psychologically affect the quality of life of patients (Maeyer, 2011). This makes the researcher interested in studying the quality of life of former drugs addicts undergo methadone treatment. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological design with interview and observation as data collection techniques. Respondents were four patients who involve in methadone therapy. Results of the study shows that methadone helps individuals in various aspects of quality of life such as physical health aspect, where the individual can return to normal activities. In the psychological aspects, the individual has motivation to reach higher accomplishment and not mired in regret. Relate to aspects of social relations, family members give support and motivation. Furthermore, environmental aspect showed that individuals have their own work to fulfill their necessary. Keywords: quality of life, former drugs addicts, methadone therapy

Anxiety before the National Exam often perceived by third grade high school students. Anxiety not only affect physical condition, but also student learning activities in school when preparing the National Exam. This study aims to find level differences of third grade high school student’s anxiety in Denpasar in terms of self-efficacy and participation in tutoring before the National Exam Subjects are 266 third grade high school students in Denpasar which consists of students who join and not join tutoring. The instrument of this research are anxiety and self-efficacy scale that has been tested the validity and reliability of the scale, with Cronbach's alpha values anxiety scale=0.807 and Cronbach's alpha values of self-efficacy scale=0.758. Results of analysis covariance showed F=66.953;p<0.05, which means participation in tutoring and self-efficacy contributes to third grade high school students’s anxiety in Denpasar towards the National Exam. Differences in student’s anxiety based on participation in tutoring significantly indicates p=0.000 (p<0.05;F=17.578), which means that there’s differences in the level of anxiety among students who participate and didn’t participate tutoring. While the interaction of self-efficacy as covariance with anxiety has a significance of p=0.000 (p<0.05;F=116.123) this showed that self-efficacy significantly interact with anxiety. The contribution of self-efficacy and participation in tutoring to anxiety showed the adjusted R square 0.332 which means that self-efficacy and participation in tutoring can explain the varians anxiety of student by 33.2%. Results also showed that participation in the tutoring does not guarantee lower levels of student’s anxiety. Keywords: Anxiety, Third Grade High School Students, Self Efficacy, Opt in Tutoring

Civil Servant (PNS) is part of the state apparatus that became one of the most important elements in the government. As a civil servant, people must be follow the rule included in Indonesian Regulation No. 43 Yr. 1999. Dismissal or retirement is one rule that applies to every member of civil servant. Dismissal or retirement of civil servants was a time when a person is laid off from a job appropriate age limits stipulated in Government Regulation (Dewi, 2011). Retirement would be associated with civil servant prepared or unprepared when entering that phase. Based on this, researchers are interested to see the preparations related to the readiness of civil servants towards retirement and social support necessary forms ahead of the retirement of civil servants. This study used qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Respondents in this study were four people whose status as civil servants in the province of Bali. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that the civil servants who will retire requires good support from family, co-workers, as well as institutions. Support from family is the most important support is needed before the retirement of civil servants in the types of emotional support and information support. In addition, preparations are need of social support in the civil servants towards retirement include the preparation of financial, health or fitness, role adjustment, leisure time activities, as well as health insurance. Quadriplegic is a term that is used as the identification of individual who have difficulty in optimizing the function of the body. Various obstacles faced by raising various negative reactions from the quadriplegic. Types of schools chosen by the individual quadriplegic as a means to get an education can bring out difference in environmental conditions encountered, which will certainly affect the learning performance of the individual. Outside of the phenomenon, uniquely, researcher found that there were cases of quadriplegic who attended public school and extraordinary school, which are able to accept the condition of themselves to be able to achieve the achievement in adolescence. Self-acceptance is an individual consciousness to accept the conditions of self as it is, which self-acceptance is one of the individual development task that are in the age range in adolescence. Based on this thing, the researcher is interested to find out about the process of self-acceptance on meritorious quadriplegic adolescent. This study used a qualitative research method with case study research design. Respondents in this study can be divided into two categories based on gender that is male and female, which in each category used each number one respondent. The result of this study indicates that there are three phases passed by quadriplegic adolescents in the process of self-acceptance, which is the initial phase, conflict phase, and the receiving phase. There are some differences in the dynamics at each phase that passed between male and female quadriplegic adolescents. Adjustment is an important mental aspects that determine a person's success in dealing with various problems in his life. The mental aspect is related to one's belief in the ability to control various obstacles and use your own potential. In addition, the mental aspect is also strongly associated with a positive response from the environment.The purpose of this research is to find out the role of self efficacy and peers social support toward personal adjustment in Medical School Udayana University. Subjects in this research were 137 first-year students Medical School Udayana University. The instruments in this research were self-efficacy scale, peers social support scale and personal adjustment scale. The result of multiple regression analysis shows R=0,605 (F=38,776; p<0,05) thus it can be stated that both self-efficacy and peers social support together contributes to personal adjustment. Determination coefficient = 0,367, which means the effective contribution of self-efficacy and peers social support to personal adjustment is 36,7%. Standardized beta coefficient of self-efficacy is 0,457 (t=5,935; p<0,05) thus it can be stated self-efficacy contribute to personal adjustment. Standardized beta coefficient of peers social support is 0,242 (t=3,141; p<0,05) thus it can be stated peers social support contribute to personal adjustment. Parents wish to have a healthy child, both physically and mentally, but in fact not all couples blessed with healthy children and actually get a child with early developmental disorder, such as down syndrome (Mawardah, Siswati, & Hidayati, 2012). Ravindranadan dan Raju (2008) represent that parents with special needs face a stressor and different stress reactions related to their child disability. To face the stressor and stress resctions, Pozzo, Sarria and Brioso (2011) revealed that parents with disabilities need to make psychological adjustments. This situation attracts researcher to find out the experiences and psychological adjustments of parents with down syndrome child. This study use qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Respondents in this study were eight people, consisting of four fathers and four mothers who lived in Denpasar and Tabanan. The result of this study indicates that parents with down syndrome children are able to make psychological adjustment. There are five factors that influenced parents to make psychological adjustment, there are characteristics of down syndrome child are capable of independent, support and encouragement from the surrounding environment, has a positive perception of the child with down syndrome, using adaptive coping strategies and individual characteristics such as high education. As one of the sites used for marketing products, FJB Kaskus cannot be separated from the scams that a common in e-commerce business. Nevertheless, the velocity of money in FJB Kaskus has reached 100 billion dollars each month in which the figure has even beat omzet of Amazon.com for sale to the Regional Indonesian (Hartanto, 2009). This shows the importance of trust as a major factor that must be built in order to be able to attract consumers to buying. Trust not just be recognized by the other party or e-tailers due to the trust must be created from scratch and can be proven (Rofiq, 2007). Trust cannot be easily recognized by other party or e-tailers because trust must be created from beginning and can be proven (Rofiq, 2007). This research was aimed to determine the overview of consumer trust in online shopping at FJB Kaskus. This research used qualitative methods and phenomenology design. Data were collected by using interview and observation technique with 5 respondents with experience in online shopping repeatedly at FJB Kaskus. The result of this research shows that consumer trust can be described using trusting belief and trusting intention. Besides that, website information and seller information may affect consumer trust in online shopping at FJB Kaskus. Key words: consumer trust, online shopping, FJB Kaskus.
