Abstract

Indonesia is known as a country with a mixed legal system. The legal system currently in effect is dominated by three major legal systems, namely the Western legal system, the customary law system and the Islamic legal system. The basic rules that serve as guidelines and guidelines for citizens are extracted from the value system. This value system is expressed in the form of "collective agreement". This form of collective agreement is translated into the five basic principles of having a state, namely Pancasila. Within these limitations, there are gaps in applying Islamic teachings, which are limited to their substantive value. This study wants to explain why Islamic law cannot be used as the basis of the constitution and the extent to which the limitations are allowed in applying Islamic teachings as the teachings of the majority of Indonesian citizens. In responding to the issues surrounding the application of Islamic law in Indonesia, the discussion will focus on the concept of the constitution, sources of national law, and the form of the Muslim community's strategy in an effort to apply Islamic law within the national legal framework.

Abstract

The anti-bid'ah doctrine that has been brought up by Salafi groups in Indonesia is not easily accepted by other Islamic groups. Bid'ah is understood by the salafi movement as something new or made up in a religion that does not have the example of the Prophet Muhammad. Some Islamic groups that are not fully in line with this understanding are traditionalist Islamic groups, Sufis and jama'ah tabligh. Not a few religious practices that are usually carried out by them are categorized as heretical and even heretical by the Salafi Movement. Puritanical religious ideas and tend to be radical with the idea of returning to the Koran and al-Sunnah, pure monotheism, without madzhab and ijtihad sometimes in the realm of application creates friction in the community. Several opinions from the scholars expressed in this study, especially from the salafi group. This study found the inconsistency of the Salafi group towards their anti-bid'ah principles and their application. This can be traced from the principle of returning to the text by not functioning ijtihad, qiyas and takwil. This research also explores various literature related to differences in understanding of heresy between salafi groups and the factors that make them different in responding to new practices in religion, especially what is called bid'ah hasanah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the principles of Islamic religious education in realizing mental health, as well as the role of Islamic education in creating good government. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods (literature study). Collecting data using documentation techniques. The data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that religion is an important element in mental development. Without religion, development plans will not be carried out properly. Because a person can carry out his plans properly depending on the calm of his soul. If his soul is restless he will not be able to deal with the problems inherent in implementing these plans. A mentality that grows without religion will not necessarily be able to achieve integrity due to a lack of peace and tranquility of the soul.Islamic Religious Education is education based on the teachings of the Islamic religion, namely in the form of guidance, care for students, so that later after completing education, they can understand, live and practice the teachings of Islam as a way of life for the sake of safety and welfare of life in this world and in the hereafter. Thus, if Islamic religious education can become a way of life for each individual, then mental health and goo govermunt will automatically be realized.

Abstract

This article discusses how the history of politics in Indonesia. The Islamic movement in Indonesia is so dynamic. This dynamic can be seen from the emerging Islamic movements, which can be grouped into two, namely the political Islam movement and cultural Islam. One of the dynamics that is still strongly discussed today is related to state ideology. Political Islam considers it necessary, while cultural Islam considers it unnecessary. Islam is most importantly embodied in the culture of society, not formalist. In conclusion, Islam does need to be embodied in cultural and political ways, but it does not need to be formalist. The two of them must complement each other. And The bigger the Islamic political movement at the ideological level causes the power of Muslims to weaken and experience stagnation. Therefore, in the Muslim struggle movement, another concept that moves culturally as an alternative is presented so that Muslims no longer experience delays in development.
