Abstract

A group of Moslem intellectual called Ikhwan Al Shafa is interested in philoshopy's problems. Through their great wark (magmum opus). Rasail Ikhwaan al-Shafa wa Khullan al-Wafa they expressed the new concept of country called Madinah Fadilah Ruhaniyah. The county is full of nuance of peace, faimess, spirit and waltare.

Abstract

Arabic Literature contains prose and poetry. Aase consists of Masal speeches (Khatabah, Novels, and Essays (Rasail). So the characteristics of pre-Islamic prose lasted until the Islamic period without any changes on their purposes like loving, appreciating, insisting, encouraging, mourning, and apologizing.

Abstract

Syatibi was born and lived in Granada As a great reformist, he received some acknowledgement lqbal who refer him as developer of Islamic law in Pakistan, Rasyid Ridha who put him in line with Ibn Khaldun and Fazlur Rahman who called him a brilliant jurist This is for his thought on purpose of law (maqashid al-syari), and virtue (maslahat): that the main goal of Islamic law is virtue. Islamic law is not merely formal law, there exists spirit of law instead.
