Abstract

Abstract

The stock price reflects the value of a company. If the company achieves good performance, then the company's shares will be in great demand by investors. This study aims to examine the effect of CR, ROA and EPS on stock prices. The population of this research is the food and beverage subsector industrial company listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling method. Secondary data obtained from the IDX Investment Gallery at UNISKA Kediri. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression, test the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially the ROA and EPS variables had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while the CR variable had a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. The ROA variable has the most dominant influence. Simultaneously the CR, ROA and EPS variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Adjusted R-square value of 0.688, which means the ability of independent variables to explain variations in the dependent variable is 68.8% while the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. These results can be used to guide investors before investing in the capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of discipline and work performance on employee productivity at PT. Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires consisting of 5 questions for discipline variables, 6 questions for work performance variables and 7 questions for work productivity variables, literature study, interviews and documentation in accordance with research objectives. Data obtained using the help of SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The number of respondents is 73 employees of PT Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung. Analytical techniques in this study using the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression to test the effect of discipline and work performance on employee productivity. The result of the research shows that the regression equation is as follows: Y = 0,492 + 0,495 X1 + 0,794 X2. In F test found F count equal to 369,955 with sig. 0.000 which means discipline and job performance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. While from result of t test analysis show value t count of discipline (X1) is 9,948 and work performance (X2) is 18,506 with sig value. = 0.000 because sig value <0,05 hence can be said variable of discipline and work performance have positive effect to work productivity of employees at PT. Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung.

Abstract

Pagar rumah merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam properti. Pilihan pagar rumah yang tepat akan meningkatkan nilai estetika rumah dan memberikan keamanan tambahan bagi penghuni rumah. Biasanya pagar rumah terdiri dari dua bagian, Pondasi terbuat dari bahan utama bata, pasir dan semen. Rangka pagar terbuat dari baja karbon tinggi dan baja tahan karat (stainless steel). Harga material bangunan rangka pagar sangat mahal. Sehingga banyak warga perumahan BTN Griya Praja Asri menunda membangun pagar rumahnya. Dampaknya  sering terjadi tindak pidana pencurian, air masuk ke pekarangan rumah, sehingga menjadikan kondosi linkungan di wilayah tersebut tidak sehat dan tidak indah dipandang mata.  Salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah dengan pilihan material baja galvalum untuk pagar rumah yang sedang populer saat ini adalah baja ringan, melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan masyarakat BTN Griya Praja Asri Desa Jatisela Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat mulai menggunakan  baja galvalum sebagai bahan pagar rumah. Dengan alasan harga lebih murah dan cara membuatnya lebih mudah dibanding pagar dari bahan baja tahan karat.

Abstract

Composite has alone top to be compared with alternative's tech material any other as strong, demulcent, bate corrosion, economic etcetera.  The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of fiber length and fiber volume composition coconut frond to tensile strength step-up and toughness impact composite is coconut frond fiber with matrix resin   polyester   This research utilizes fiber length variation 2 cm, 4 cm, 6 cm and fiber volume variations 5%, 10%, 15%. composite lasing utilizes resin polyester  composite makings done at random with fiber compare and resin 100%. Fiber conduct is done with soak fiber up to 1 hour with NaOH solution as much 4%. composite makings process by method hand lay up  with emphasis manually utilize glass as printed as and depressing.   That result showed for fiber length 2 cm, 4 cm, and 6 cm gotten by supreme tensile strengths on long fiber 6 cm which is 27.5503216 N/mm2 and tensile strength is contemned available on fiber length 2 cm which is 16.80040936 N/mm2  and on fiber volume 5%,10%, and 15% supreme tensile strengths on volume fiber 15%, which is 28.49020468 N/mm2 and tensile strength is contemned available on volume 5%, which is 16.80040936 N/mm2. Toughness impact  supreme for fiber length 2 cm, 4 cm, and 6 cm happens on fiber length 2 cm with volume variation 10% which is 4087.5 Kj/m2 and on fiber volume 5%,10%, and 15% gotten by toughness impact  supreme available on volume 10% with longing fiber 6 cm which is, 4087. 5 Kj/m2

Abstract

Impact of the composite sandwich made of materials that become defect, how defects after impact  in material need to be examined .Is that defected composites and wich still has the strength toremain in use?, then the bending after impact strength testing must be done to answer these questions.Composite sandwich with bamboo fiber-fiber glass reinforcement and with a core of 25mm rigid polyurethane foam sheet was produced. Composite sandwich made with two composite sandwich laminate as skinflanking the core. Laminated composite sandwich in this study varied number of layers of reinforcing fibers and type of fiber. Specimens subjected to drop weight impact with varying energy then defect researched and bending  after impact strengthtested. Defects formed on the composite experiencing a drop weight impact loads are: delamination, basin and through hole. The more layers of reinforcing fibers in the composite skin causing moreshallowbasinformed by theresidualimpact. The greater the impact energy causes greater depth of residual basin. Composite sandwich still has the bending strength after impact. Residual bending strength decreases with increasing impact energy imposed on the composite.

Abstract

The long term purpose of this research is to obtain the high quality renewable biogas that can be used as fuel for internal combustion engines to drive an electricity generator as energy diversification efforts in the area of small sustainable islands. The specific target expected to be achieved is a method/technique for absorbing impurities contained in biogas, especially CO2 component. The study was conducted to reduce the level of CO2 in biogas using NaOH solution. The mass flow rates of biogas employed were 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 l/min. The biogas was then tested using an engine to see the effect CO2 on the engine performance at several rotations, i.e. 1500, 2500, 3500, and 4500 rpm. The results show that the torque increases by 21.3% for biogas B2 compared to the unpurified biogas. For biogas B4, the torque increases by 19.1%. While for biogas B6, B8, and B10, the torques increase by 14.9%, 12.8%, and 8.5% respectively. For biogas B2, the SFCE decreases by 33.4%, for biogas B4, the SFCE declines of about 22.7%, while for biogas B6, the SFCE declines by 17.9%. The SFCSs also decline by 13.9% and 8.5% for biogas B8 and B10.

Abstract

The steep coastal topography makes the traditional fisherman facing a difficulty for moving boat from/to the sea towards the mainland. With the slope of 2 - 3 meters, it required at least 4 people do the job. This situation is very disturbing and reducing the productivity of the fishermen itself. Therefore, it needs a special equipment or appropriate technology to overcomes the drawback situation. So that, it will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fishing operations. The method used in this study is an applied research method which the tool is designed based on real phenomena. Moreover, the outcome is the design of boat transfer device that will be used as an additional supplement to the teaching material of design and product development, industrial management, as well as a scientific publications. The design expected can improve the steep coastal fishermen productivity and welfare.

Abstract

This research to investigate the effect of Pomacea Canalikulata Lamarck powder addition in the process of carburization box to physical (microstructure) and mechanical properties (hardness test) of AISI 1018 after heat treatment. In this research used a material of low carbon steel cylinder (AISI 1018). The process of making the specimen is done with to cut into several pieces, cutting done to ease in placing the specimen in the carburizing box, then wood charcoal powder and shell powder were weighed in accordance with the desired composition by mixing powder of 5 wt%, 10 wt%, and 15 wt%. The specimen was done heat treatment at a temperature of 9500C with the holding time at 2, 4 and 6 hours. Then, the specimen was done the Vickers hardness test, microstructure and composition test. From this research it can be concluded that the highest hardness value was obtained at 15 wt% addition of shell powder it was 262.26 kg/mm2 and the initial material hardness value was 144.08 kg/mm2. From microstructure observation and composition test show that it subjected surface hardening because carbon diffusion into specimen.

Abstract

AbstractBrake is one component of a motor vehicle that serves to slow or stop the study aims to determine the value of the wear of each brand of brake drum caused by variations in the speed of the motorcycle Honda Supra X125 on the braking load 6 kg. Brake that is used in this study there are three variations of the brand is a brand HONDA GENUINE PART, ASPIRA, and KOMACHI with variations at 40, 50 and 60 km / h and braking load 6 kg. The research was conducted in two phases, namely the field of testing and measuring brake wear in the lab. Metrology using a profile projector, in addition to the Rockwell hardness testing is also performed to determine the hardness of each brand of brake lining before and after testing higher speeds with the same braking load time, braking distance and the wear rate also increased.From the research results smallest brake lining wear occurs there at a speed of 40 km / h and braking load 6 kg. Genuine Parts for the Honda brand it wear amounted to 1.574 x 10 -5 mm / sec, while the brand Aspira it wear 8.47 x 10 -5 mm / sec and brands Komachi it wear 3.500 x 10 -5 mm / sec. Largest brake wear occurs at a speed of 60 km / h and braking load 6 kg. Genuine Parts for the Honda brand is equal to 2.373 x 10 -5 mm / sec, while the brand Aspira it wear 3.626 x 10 -5 mm / sec and brands Komachi it wear 3.701 x 10 -5 mm / sec.
