Abstract

Organization culture is collection of positive value that is useful for organization in order to influence behavior. Authority tolerance culture is part of culture concept founded by Hofstade (1994). As high as authority to culture, means they are willing to accept the authority to culture difference in an organization. Career perception is perception as long as working (Asthur, et al, 1989. The aim of this research  are to analyze and to prove whether tolerant culture influence bureaucratic and professional career perception. Method of this research uses purposive sampling method with 89 female nurse as samples and also uses double regression analysis. Result of this research shows that authority tolerance culture has positive influence towards bureaucratic to career perception and professional career perception. It means that as high as authority tolerance culture will determine life someone’s career choice, even though still in perception form. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the counting, recording, and reporting of tax made by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the region of Semarang as the implementation of self assessment system.Samples wereobtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Semarang. Sample was selected using a convenience sampling a number of 126 SMEs. While using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the taxpayer has anunderstanding of the tax laws relating to the rate and time of payment of taxes. In fact, SMEs often have overpaid or underpaid in the taxation process. Steps to be done is to adjust our transaction overpayments or underpayments, although not in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards of Business Entities Without Public Accountability.Keywords : Self Assessment System, Income Tax, Small Medium Entrepresis (SMEs)

Taxes are a necessary part of the State. Tax implemented in the course based on the rules set by the Government. This study aims to compare the implementation of SME tax obligations before and after the imposition of Government Regulation No. 46 In 2013 Comparisons were made from the standpoint of taxpayer obligations. Abstract

The aim of his study is to examine the economy potential of Kabupaten Kudus for micro banking investment change bu using the historical data for periode of 2005-2009, and by applying descriptive analysis and trend analysis. Factor that analysis is ; demografy, gross regional domestic product, income per kapita and banking competitions. The result found the regional economic of Kabupaten Kudus growth for periode 2005 – 2009 and beyond. It also found that the market competitions of banking is low which is able to stimulate a policy is needed to motivate all parties to make invesment in this area. Finally, it is recommended that to increase micro banking investment of Kabupaten Kudus.Keyword : The condition of regional economic, the market competition of banking, bussines feasibility, captive market.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Social benefits, Special Services benefits, Trust benefits in customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction to the next customer commitment, and how it impacts the customer's commitment to positive WoM communication and Customer Loyalty. This study focused on the customer's credit in the Great Prosperous Rural Semarang, which has been a customer for over a year. Furposive sampling technique was taken on the grounds that: the respondents had sufficient experience with a relationship bank, so it can answer the questions posed. The number of respondents that can be processed in this study amounted to l2l people. Processing the datausing SPSS for Windows Ver.16. The results showed that there are two hypotheses are rejected, the hypothesis of the impact of the benefits of dedicated service to the customer satisfaction (h2) and the impact of positive WOM communication to Loyalty G7). As for hypothesis: Social Benefits, and Trust in customer satisfaction (hl, h3) proved significant; Effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Commitment (h4) alro p.ouid significant, and commitment to positive woM communication (h5) and Loyalty (h6) also proved significant. Each of influence between these variables showed a positive direction. So the results of this study prove that loyalty and positive WoM communication can be built from the Customer Commitment, and Customer Commitment can be achieved if customers are satisfied and is essentially a relational benefits, namely: social benefits and trust benefits perceived by customers.  Keywords: Relational Benefits, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Commitment, Positive WOM Communication, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to develop and test the effect of the image, price perception, and promotion influencing satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in order to win the competition supermarkets in Semarang. The total sample of 112 respondents at Carrefour Supermarket Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The results showed that image, price perception, and promotion. Thus, image, price perception, promotion, and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Mediating effect of customer satisfaction does not apply to the effect of image on customer loyalty , the effect of price perception on customer loyalty, and influence on customer loyalty promotion . Means that customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the image, the effect of price perception , and influence on customer loyalty promotion . This research incorporates Resources Based Theory. The limitation and implication for the future study and the managerial implication are also discussed in this study.Keywords: image, price perception, promotion, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence company’s image and satisfaction with trust andits impact to clients loyalty on Prudentials insurance Pru Vision Pati. Total sample are 100 respondents, by using purposive sampling method with criteria that clients have become customers of at least 3 years. Analysis of the data in this study using regression analyzing. Hypothesis testing is used t calculated at the level of significance (α) 5%. Where mediation test using path analysis. Result of regression analysis in this study resulted in the coefficient of determination for 0,941 or in other words the changes in loyalty can be affected by the company’s image, satisfaction and trust of 4,1%. The results of this study show that company’s image positive and significant impact on clients trust, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients trust, company’s image positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, trust positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, and trust does not mediate the influence of company’s image and satisfaction of the clients loyalty.Keyword: Company’s image, Satisfaction, Trust, Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the effect of Subjective Norms,Perceived Behavioral control Interest to Loan Products Micro KUR in Pati ( Studies to pati customers ) This study included in the quantitative research using survey method through descriptive analysis approach.This study uses census techniques where the of population is 150 persons prospective customers BRI, while the data is processed as many as 121 candidates nasbah. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Normality Test (Sample 1-KS) Classical Assumption Test (test heterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect deposit LPPL (Local Public Broadcasting) Radioon Radio LPPL Regency/City in Central Java. Some researchers emphasize the effect of the regulation isa factor, the budget ceiling given by the budget, the number of HR employees and deposit targetsmandated by the respective local government district/city. The population in this study was 32 LPPLRadio districts/cities in Central Java. In addition, this study uses panel data time series for the past threeyears, starting in 2011, 2012 and 2013. This study uses multiple methods approach, the approaches are :Pooled Least Square (PLS), Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The modeltesting uses Chow Test and Hausman Test. The hypothesis testing, conducted through partial test basedon t test. The results showed that model tends to use FEM. Based on that estimation model was found thatonly two variables that were significant namely regulation and deposit targets at 5% significance level.Beside that amaount of human resources was significant at 10% significance level.
