Abstract

The activities carried out in the group Tongoa Aren in the village of Tongoa and Mandiri Bulili in the village of Bulili of District Nokilalaki Sigi with the aim to increase were productivity and the quality of palm sugar from aren juice with the processing technology that can be applied to a group of business partners. The method used to achieve the goals and objectives are counseling, training and mentoring of aren juice processing technology in a controlled manner into palm sugar. The results showed that the target audience activity can be improved productivity and the quality of palm sugar from aren juice with the controlled processing technologies ranging from the preparation of materials and equipment, processing to the packaging. Prior to the program IbM 2015, a group of farmers aren cultivate aren juice into sugar printing sell Rp 12,500, - per kg, after following this program can produce palm sugar and sell it for Rp 30,000, - per kg, so that with the program IbM can increase the income and welfare of farmers aren mainly target farmers' groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of origin tuber and liquid organic fertilizer on growth and yield of onion lembah Palu varieties. This research was conducted by using a randomized block design 2 factors. The first factor is the treatment of seed from various places namely: A1 = Guntarano Village, A2 = Maku Village, A3 = Duyu Village, A4 = Bulu Pountu Jaya Village and A5 = Solouve Village. Factors to 2 that the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer DI Grow consists of two levels ie: B0 and B1 = = Control Organic Liquid Fertilizer. The results showed that the interaction between the origin of the tuber and liquid organic fertilizer at 40 HST observations of plant height and diameter of the leaf age of 40 and 50 HST. It was obtained higher plants and leaf area was greater in the liquid organic fertilizer on tuber origin Soulove village. The village tuber origin Guntarano provide more number of leaves and tubers larger diameter than the other bulbs origin. Liquid organic fertilizer and tuber origin has no effect on onion crop yield components in the form of fresh weight, wet weight, diameter and number of bulbs and tubers.

Abstract

This research aim to stay the effect green manure dose of Tithonia diversifolia on growth and result of maize crop (Zea mays L.) in farmer farm in Sidera of Sub district Sigi Biromaru of Regency Sigi, Mei-Juli 2013. Field experiment the Random Device Blok Disaign (RAK) consisted of 4 treatment, that is  B1 = Without green manure, B2 = Green Manure of Tithonia diversifolia 5 ton of per ha, B3 = Green Manure of Tithonia Diversifolia 10 ton of per ha, B4 = Green Manure of Tithonia diversifolia 15 ton of per ha. Every treatment repeated three of times, consisted of 12 unit. Result indicate that the green manure Tithonia diversifolia can improve the growth and result of maize crop (Zea mays L.) With the green manure of Tithonia Dose 10 (ton)  per ha can improve result of maize crop equal to 9.2 ton / ha.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how much income received by farmers salt, to know marketing channel, the margin, and the efficiency of marketing. Study was conducted in October until December 2014, located in Kelurahan Talise Mantikulore sub-district Palu. The determination                     of respondents were with a method of random simple (Simple Random Sampling) with the total sample 34 farmers from 160 to commodity farmers salt. Traders done by means of the sample collection method tracing sampling so acquired as many as 6 middle-man. Analysis method used                    is an analysis of income and marketing analysis. The results of research suggests that the average income salt in Kelurahan Talise Mantikulore a Palu in one city in the production of Rp 17.294.563 times. The analysis showed that the marketing of marketing channels salt  in kelurahan talise only one channel marketing, namely the farmers and traders to the consumer end. The analysis                             of marketing margins salt on a tract omnipresence namely mt Rp 25,000, and efficiency                                of marketing show that marketing talise urban village in the level of farmers to middle-men worth 100 % and in the middle-men to the consumer of 58,33%  and 61,53 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income and value added derived from seaweed processing into tortilla seaweed on Risqa Mulia industry in Olaya Village Parigi Moutong Regency. The location determination is done intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that the Risqa Mulia industry is the only industry that produces tortilla seaweed in Olaya Village Parigi Moutong Regency. This study was conducted in November 2014. Respondent committed intentionally (purposive). Respondents in this study is as much as 6 people consisting of 1 people leadership and 5 employees. Collecting data in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. The analysis consists of two analyzes : analysis of income and value added analysis method according to Tarigan. The results showed that (1) Income tortilla seaweed on Risqa Mulia industry November 2014 at Rp. 2.051.636, (2) Value added tortilla seaweed on Risqa Mulia industry at Rp. 42.742,417 / kg of raw materials used in terms of the added value of the benefits available in 1 kg of raw material usage.
