Abstract

Jobs that become more difficult nowadays causing socioeconomic problemfor the people. The increase in unemployment will cause a burden to the governmentand of course disrupt stability of the socioeconomic. Higher education does notguarantee a person becomes easy to get a job moreover the majority people ofIndonesia are poorly educated. One solution to overcome this problem is MicroSmall and Medium Enterprise (UMKM). In many countries, UMKM provedcapable of providing jobs. Many factor can affect the success of the UMKMenterpreneurs, which are often judged by the level of income. This research willexplore socioeconomic factors that can effect any income level of the UMKMenterpreneurs. Ergonomi from the Greece language Which consists of word: “Egon”means work and “Nomos” means regulation as law. Abstract

One of work resistors of employee performance is stress. Stress can influencesomebody in any different way and various effect depend on the individual condition andthe potential source of evaluated job pressure, it may rise stress to somebody but not for theothers.The intention of this research is (1) to test the Influence of organizationalvariables (role conflict, blocked career, alienation, work over load, and unfavourablework environment) of work stress. (2) to test the Influence of variable of job experience asmoderation variable of work stress.The typical data used in this research is primary data which is taken away fromall nurses of Public Hospital of Moewardi Surakarta. 88 nurses are as the samplesdetermined by using stratified random sampling.The result of developed from multiple regression analysis shows that there ispositive influence of organizational variable to work stress of nurses. It indicates thatevery organizational variable improvement ; i.e role conflict, blocked career, alienation,work over load, and unfavourable work environment will improve work stressThis case performs that the individual difference from work experience point ofview taken an important role in facing the work reality. Individual who remains to belonger stay in work is the one who can hold up the stress, and then she/he developesmechanism to overcome it. Because mechanism development takes much time, so thelonger experience possessed by the nurse, the more possibility she can adapt to work stressBased on the result of data analysis that can be given some suggestion as follows.Considering organizational variable has a positive influence to nurse´s work stress, hencethe hospital management can execute some steps which could probably lessen the stress.The ways that can be done are; on the case of role conflict, the hospital management shallimprove the knowledge of nurse authority and its boundary also makes the target and jobplanning clear by using communications channel effectively. On blocked careerresistance, the information of carrier level is very needed ; On the separation case is notneeded to be controlled extremely; on responsibility work case may review each work´sunit adapting to its specified occupation; on environmental work case is needed to bearranged well, especially at work room which usually depend on visitors. Continuousstudy is needed by hospital management to anticipate nurse´s behavior changes atcomplicated environment work.Keyword: organizational factor and work stress

Leaderships crisis experienced by Indonesia wakes people to seek figurepof leader who can develop trust in which has lost from people´s heart. DoesIndonesia need a charismatic leader ? There many questions to be answeredregarding the charismatic leaderships.Max Weber views ang thought is offered toanswer the questions.Max Weber wasborn in Erfurt Germany in April 1864 is an author of a wellknown book “ The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism” which motivatesand inspires the growth of capitalism.Weber always used the term charisma in thesense of an extraordinary quality possessed by persons or objects that is thought togive these persons or objects a unique, magical power.Weber´s concept regarding charismatic leaderships based on theologywhich is developend from social science. Abstract

China is always a super-power in the past as well as at present after World WarII ,one of the Veto Holder in the UN among other super-power such as United States ofAmerica, Rusia, Great Britain, and French.For some decade Cina was a closed behind“bamboo curtain” country under communism, but now Cina is open and shows itsmastery in industry and high tech including outer-space tercnology.The rise of China economy and industry gives competitive pressures especiallyin ASEAN countries which leads to the formation of CAFTA ( China ASEAN FreeTrade Area ). Meanwhile GATT (General Agreement on Tariff and Trade) which laterbecome WTO (World Trade Organization) for a more just international-global trade isstill far from successful. How is Indonesian industry so far in facing the competition ?Indonesia is a country rich of resource endowments with a big number ofpopulation as a human resource. Processing ang manufacturing industrieshavebeendeveloped since the Independence day of 1945 with an accelerating progressof manufacturing in the New Order beginning in 1967/1968. Abstract

The elected SBY and Boediono as President and Vice President in 2009reflects the high expectation of the people regarding the continuity and basicchange especislly in relation to response to the unfinished agendas.Since October 20 2004 , SBY has been stressing on the new deal which areexpressed in the triple tract strategy, namely : pro-growth, pro-job and propoor.The government is also formulate and implement RPJM or National MidtermDevelopment Plan to solve variety of national problems . The agendas are: 1.Creating the scure and praceful Indonesia. 2. Realize the just and democraticIndonesia. And 3. Elevating Indonesian people welfare.Strategic leadership is an ability to anticipate, to dream, to maintainflexibility and others empowerment to create expected strategic change.(Hittet.al.2001). There are three general activities by leader which will implementchange, namely : developing strategic intent, developing organization andforming corporate culture.By using the mentioned criteria, the performance of SBYs government andleadership can be analyzed and evaluated.The conclusion is that economicdevelopment is far from “quality”, this is the challenge for SBYsleaderships.There are general trends of Indonesian development plan in the past :Disregard of spatial dimension, inequality, sectoral rather than regional andunanticipated plan on several disruptions.The fact of SBY and Boediono asPresident and Vice President of Indonesia 2009 – 2014 the revival of Indonesianeconomic should not be just a myth.Keywords : leaderships, strategic, development, economic.
