Abstract

The study entitled "Analysis of Dual Banking System Bank Indonesia against Shariah financing principles in Indonesia", using the data time series that began in 2003 fourth quarter. Research was conducted to analyze the factors that affect the volume of financing in Islamic Banking among others: deposits, bank capital, the number of bank offices, and inflation. In addition the dual banking system implementation of the policy of Bank Indonesia.   The study was conducted to determine how much influence policy dual banking system, third-party funds (TPF), capital of banks (MDL), the number of bank offices (JKB), and inflation (INF) in the short and long term financing to the debt based on sharia principles in Indonesia.   These quarterly data analysis using OLS regression (Ordinary Least Square) with the approach Partial Adjustment Method (PAM). This model was chosen to comply with the regression technique is used where data should show a stationary trend. This is done so that the results are not misleading the development of economic variables on which most of the time of crisis is very volatile, so it is possible that the data has not stationary.This is based on the assumption that economic conditions in the imbalance. Before performing regression PAM first performed model selection, the test unit roots, cointegration test, t test, F test, test R2, as well as the classic assumption test. Based on the PAM test results that in the short term, all the variables together significantly influence the volume of financing based on Islamic principles in Indonesia.The amount of financing amounting to 5483 million dollars is affected by the dual banking system, deposits, MDL, JKB, and INF. If deposits increased 1% the volume of financing will increase by 0489%. The volume of financing will increase by 0378%, if the MDL rose 1%, so if inflation rises by 1%, the volume of financing will go up 0007%. Testing the PAM model shows the magnitude of the adjustment coefficient 1 - δ (1-0.172070 = 0.82793). This shows that 82.79% is the differences between the actual financing with financing have been achieved in one period. With the value of this coefficient, shows that in the long run, each coefficient is greater than the coefficient in the short term. Volume of financing in the long run is 6623 million dollars regardless of the dual banking system, deposits, MDL, JKB, and INF. Long-term value of elastic coefficient of each variable is; DPK = 0590 (inelastic), MDL = 0457 (inelastic), JKB = 0088 (inelastic), INF = 0008 (inelastic), and Dummy = -0007 (inelastic). Advice given in this study, among others; Bank Indonesia in implementing and developing the dual banking system while maintaining the strict sharia, in addition to that necessary to disseminate Islamic Bank more effectively and continue to the wider community. Islamic banks have to strengthen the capital side, raising third party funds and optimize the functions of the office network to increase the volume of financing and Islamic Banks should implement strict risk management in the distribution of financing. Abstract

This writing criticizes the philosophy of entrepreneurship occurring in Indonesia currently. For that reason, the discussion is philosophical in nature with the ethics as the subject of methodology. Considering the comprehensive study, the philosophical root is found that the entrepreneurship currently tends to be individualist ethics in nature. This condition is actually in contradiction with Bung Karno and Bung Hatta’s thought, when initiated the economic development system, emphasizing more on the basis of social ethics. There is a fundamental difference of this ethics basis. In individual ethics, the entrepreneur is more oriented to the maximum advantage with transactional character. Meanwhile, in the social ethics, the orientation is the business sustainability, by emphasizing on the deontological properties that is more reciprocal in nature.   Keywords: Individual Ethics, social ethics, entrepreneurship

Abstract

Career woman received less attention in the past. It is because the cultural or religion reason considered as the “inhibition” of woman working outside home. As the time progresses, the woman has begun to attend the education as high as the man, and started to develop the capability she has in all aspects, whether in economic or social area. However, there is still a tickling question, “is woman permitted to work outside home in Islam, to earn bread along with the man to help her household economy, and to play a role in building her nation? In fact, Islam has appreciated the woman who develops career and integrates in synergy between the world and the hereafter affairs without forgetting her duty as housewife who taking care of her family, religion, her self and her ethics as well as noble moral for the woman working or developing career outside home. The example in the past in Rasulullah SAW proves the toughness of the woman who developed career and who fought along with strong and bravery Islamic soldiers, who could give benefit to herself and other human beings.   Keywords: Women, Career, Work

Abstract

This research have a purpose to appraise company position include implement control function in a taxation management in one of Agency Tax Obligation in Surakarta City. Tax Controlling with perform obligation review taxation as totally means phenomenological concept Balanced Scorecard which measure subservience level, law and order operational level and administration. As a whole, analysis result show that in executing entire taxation obligation of company performanced told “orderly” with the value review 73,40 or reached 95,32% from maximum value equal 77. With maximum value review for aspect of lease compliance tax, operational orderliness and administration tax equal 25, 12 and 40, so level attainment of company performance for the third aspect equal to 76%, 91,67% and 52,50%. Among the third aspect, the law and order in tax administration need more legal treatment to gain more saving in the field of tax management program. Abstract

The research have two aim, first for knowing and proving are the independences variable such as assumption, trust, interpersonal relationship and social structure have related of simultaneous or partials which productivity .for work Second for the identification are the independent variables haves more dominant effect to productivity for work on multi culture. According to the method, type of this research is survey research. Collect data method using questionnaire. Samples where taken by use random sampling method which 63 woman worker responded on building contractor and other relation contractor building organizations on Surakarta. The result of the research conclude that independent variables have strong correlation to dependent variable with R= 0.745, while coefficient determination (R2) is 0.630. It means that independent have contribution about 63% influencing dependent variable, while 37% influenced by other variables that not include to the models. That independent variable consisting assumption, trust, and social structure have significant influence toward dependent variable (productivity), while interpersonal relationship have not significant influence to dependent variable. Which show the value of t =-3.082 and probability 0.452 greater than 0.05. Between the independent variable that assumption have most important dominant variable gives effect to the productivity also show beta coefficient of 0.803. Building contractor and other relation contractor building organizations on Surakarta be desirable that attention to interpersonal relationship have not effect to productivity with notice of financial factors for majoring of work of guarantee, physical, socials and employee psychology.   Keywords: assumption; trust; interpersonal relationship; social structure.

Abstract

Taman SatwaTaru Jurug is a tourism object of zoo whict is possessed by government municipal of Surakarta, but since it’s establishment of TSTJ, its band has not yet established positively, and ever there is tendency that its popularity experienced more decreased. With establishment of tourism object in other region, so the communities have many choices to visit tourism object, so the the existence of Taman Wisata Taru Jurug as tourism object is placed by new tourism objects.                  The goals of this research is to know the impact of dimension variables of service quality, motivation, consumer perception, the history force of Jurug, social culture, willingness to pay, motivation, promotion activity, and the attitude of the consumers against decision to consume of TSTJ. This research is performed by using causal-conclusive research design which has main goal to test a hypothesis or the relation which is described in model of hypothetic, in this research the relation is proved by Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). Data collecting method used is survey to TSTJ visitors. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Dimension of service quality influenced promotion activity; 2) Consumers perception, promotion activities, motivation of the consumer influenced consumer attitude, while variables of Jurug history, social culture and willingness to pay did not influence consumer’s attitude; 3) tangible dimension influenced the decision to buy of the consumers; 4) perception of the consumers did not influence the decision to buy of the consumers; 5) the history of Jurug, social culture, promotion activities, willingness to pay, comsumer’s motivation influenced significantly decision to buy of the consumers; 6) The attitude of the consumer has function to strengthen the perception impact of consumer against decision to buy of the consumer; 7) Based on causality test and the suit of the model , so it can be concluded that there is the impact of service quality dimension , consumer perception, the force of Jurug history, social culture of Solo, willingness to pay, motivation, marketing activities, and consumer attitude against decision to buy of the consumers of Taman Satwa Taru Jurug (TSTJ). Abstract

Jobs that become more difficult nowadays causing socioeconomic problemfor the people. The increase in unemployment will cause a burden to the governmentand of course disrupt stability of the socioeconomic. Higher education does notguarantee a person becomes easy to get a job moreover the majority people ofIndonesia are poorly educated. One solution to overcome this problem is MicroSmall and Medium Enterprise (UMKM). In many countries, UMKM provedcapable of providing jobs. Many factor can affect the success of the UMKMenterpreneurs, which are often judged by the level of income. This research willexplore socioeconomic factors that can effect any income level of the UMKMenterpreneurs. Abstract

One of work resistors of employee performance is stress. Stress can influencesomebody in any different way and various effect depend on the individual condition andthe potential source of evaluated job pressure, it may rise stress to somebody but not for theothers.The intention of this research is (1) to test the Influence of organizationalvariables (role conflict, blocked career, alienation, work over load, and unfavourablework environment) of work stress. (2) to test the Influence of variable of job experience asmoderation variable of work stress.The typical data used in this research is primary data which is taken away fromall nurses of Public Hospital of Moewardi Surakarta. 88 nurses are as the samplesdetermined by using stratified random sampling.The result of developed from multiple regression analysis shows that there ispositive influence of organizational variable to work stress of nurses. It indicates thatevery organizational variable improvement ; i.e role conflict, blocked career, alienation,work over load, and unfavourable work environment will improve work stressThis case performs that the individual difference from work experience point ofview taken an important role in facing the work reality. Individual who remains to belonger stay in work is the one who can hold up the stress, and then she/he developesmechanism to overcome it. Because mechanism development takes much time, so thelonger experience possessed by the nurse, the more possibility she can adapt to work stressBased on the result of data analysis that can be given some suggestion as follows.Considering organizational variable has a positive influence to nurse´s work stress, hencethe hospital management can execute some steps which could probably lessen the stress.The ways that can be done are; on the case of role conflict, the hospital management shallimprove the knowledge of nurse authority and its boundary also makes the target and jobplanning clear by using communications channel effectively. On blocked careerresistance, the information of carrier level is very needed ; On the separation case is notneeded to be controlled extremely; on responsibility work case may review each work´sunit adapting to its specified occupation; on environmental work case is needed to bearranged well, especially at work room which usually depend on visitors. Continuousstudy is needed by hospital management to anticipate nurse´s behavior changes atcomplicated environment work.Keyword: organizational factor and work stress
