Abstract

Abstract: Research entitled “Survey on BKM Financial Statement Preparers’ Accounting Understanding at Kabupaten Malang and Kabupaten Kota Baru – South Kalimantan” is performed to determine the extent of the preparers understanding on the financial statement. The result of the research is expected to provide benefits to various interested parties, especially to the government, BKM manager and for further researchers. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that most of BKM financial statement preparer at Kabupaten Malang has adequate knowledge on accounting. This is indicated also by the level of education, experience and their readiness to understand their work. While in Kabupaten Kota Baru some of financial statement preparer still has little understanding on accounting especially about financial statement. This is indicated also by the level of education, experience and their readiness to understand their work.  In connection with the above condition, it is expected that government will give more serious attention by giving proportional reward to the preparer based on their job and responsibility. While the BKM manager is also expected to give attention, especially in intensive assistance in order to give the preparers more understanding about what they should do. The assistance for the preparers of financial statement can be done by making cooperation with universities, because lecturers can give community service through this activity as a part of “Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi”. Abstract

Abstract: Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of achievement motivation. Organizational climate and job satisfaction as well as the indirect effect of organizational climate, achievement motivation on the performance of employees throught job satisfaction. By purposive random sampling amounting 103 teacher. The result showed that all paths are significant. The path to the value of X1 to X3 0.042,the path to the value of X2 to X3 0.005, the path to the value of X1 to X4 0.045,  the path to the value of X2 to X4  0.000 and the path to the value of X3 to X4 0.022. With indirect influence that has the greatest values is the value is the influence of achievement motivation on employee performance throught employee satisfaction by 0.094 Keyword: Organizational Climate, Motivation, Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know how much the influence of EPS, ROE, Interest Rates on stock prices with the object of the research is by taking the financial report data in 2006 to 2010 on group of finance that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange and Interest Rates of bank that has been go public. The analysis showed that the EPS, ROE and deposit rates that have been formulated to explain significantly the occurrence of changes in stock prices at the banking company. Of note also that the analysis, the dominant variables affecting the stock price is in the interest rate of deposits with a pattern of relationships in the opposite direction. Thus the results of this study can be used as a basic assumption for potential investors in assessing a company, before making any purchases of shares in the company concerned. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether there is a simultaneous influence of variables of service quality (responsiveness, reliability, tangible, assurance and emphaty) to the satisfaction of compulsory motor vehicle taxes on the Provincial Revenue Office of Palembang in South Sumatra and to know and analyze in partial variables of service quality (responsiveness, reliability, tangible, assurance and emphaty) to the satisfaction of compulsory motor vehicle taxes on the Provincial Revenue Office of Palembang in South Sumatra. This type of research is a causal explanative (Explanatory research) is the research that aims to explain the influence of several variables or relations as for the object of this study are all taxpayers in the office Samsat Palembang and the sample set of 100 samples. By using a accidental sampling. The model analysis was used to prove the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis, with test F and test t. The results with adjusted R square of 0982, that the Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2) Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) is able to explain and have a strong relationship for 98.2% of the taxpayer to the satisfaction (Y ), while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. The seventh hypothesis proposed significantly influence the dependent variable. Where Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2) Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Emphaty (X5) simultaneously significant effect on the satisfaction of the taxpayer (Y) either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian  ini  yaitu untuk mengetahui   seberapa  jauh  kondisi keuangan perusahaan PG. Tjoekir. Dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan pada PG. Tjoekir dalam upaya mempertahankan  kontinuitas dan eksistensi serta perkembangan perusahaan. Alat  analisis  yang digunakan  berupa data  kualitatif,  yaitu data  yang berbentuk  uraian  kata-kata  yang meliputi  sejarah  singkat  perusahaan,  struktur perusahaan, dan kondisi operasional secara umum.  Kedua, data kuantitatif yaitu data yang berbentuk angka-angka yang terurai secara sistematis dan akurat yang terurai dalam bentuk laporan keuangan berupa neraca dan laporan laba rugi yang kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan. Dari  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa Current  Ratio menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik. Acid Tests Ratio menunjukkan dalam kondisi yang baik atau pada posisi yang ideal. Inventory Turn Over dan Total Assets Turn Over  dalam  kondisi  yang baik juga.  Kondisi  ini juga ditunjukkan  pada  Gross Margin Ratio, Operating  ratio, dan Rate of ROI. Hal  ini menunjukkan posisi penjualan mampu menhasilkan laba pada tingkat yang baik. Kata Kunci: Rasio Keuangan, Kinerja Keuangan

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Mega Mulia Servindo di Makassar. Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai target penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kinerja Karyawan PT.Mega Mulia Servindo di Makassar sejumlahnya 30 orang, dan seluruhnya menjadi responden dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel, yakni: faktor Kompensasi dan Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Mega Mulia Servindo di Makassar. Sedang secara parsial ditemukan bahwa faktor kompensasi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Mega Mulia Servindo di Makassar.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: untuk  mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara penempatan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pelatihan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara penempatan dan pelatihan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penempatan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan, (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelatihan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan, dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penempatan dan pelatihan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: ada hubungan positif yang signifikan (p = 0,00 < 0,05) antara pelatihan dan prestasi kerja dengan r = 0,610. Selanjutnya ada hubungan positif yang signifikan (p = 0,00 < 0,05) antara pelatihan dan prestasi kerja dengan r = 0,610. Kemudian dan  Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan (p = 0,00 < 0,05) antara penempatan dan pelatihan dengan prestasi kerja. Nilai determinan yang diperoleh adalah Rsquare (R2) = 0,452 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan penempatan dan pelatihan mampu menjelaskan prestasi kerja sebesar 45,2%. Kata Kunci: Penempatan, Pelatihan, Prestasi Kerja
