Abstract

Puskesmas  Teras,  bekerja  sebagai  salah  satu  instansi  kesehatan  di  wilayah  Boyolali,  mempunyai banyak  pasien  yang  mengambil  obat  setiap  hari.  Tidak  bisa  dipungkiri,  bahwa  pelayanan  kesehatan  di Puskesmas Teras harus ditingkatkan, mulai dari pelayanan ketika pasien melakukan pendaftaran, kemudian melakukan  pemeriksaan  kesehatan,  sampai  pasien  menerima  resep  dan  mengambil  obat  yang  dibutuhkan oleh pasien. Masalah yang muncul di Puskesmas Teras dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan pasien, ketika data pasien  yang  dibutuhkan  dalam  proses  pelayanan  pasien  masih  disimpan  secara  manual,  yang  sering menyebabkan  kesalahan  dalam  melihat  data  pasien.  Data  pasien  disimpan  dalam  arsip,  sehingga menyebabkan  tumpukan  data  keamanan  data  kurang  terjamin,  pelaksanaan  laporan  harian  dan  laporan bulanan yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sering terjadi kesalahan penulisan dan kasus penghitungan masalah di Puskesmas. Keuntungan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu proses pelayanan kesehatan atas pasien yang membutuhkan data-data di setiap proses, dan memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat, efektif dan efisien serta mendukung proses data dan masukan data pasien. Sistem Komputerisasi dan Pengolahan Data diharapkan dapat membantu Dan memudahkan pengguna untuk melayani pasien yang akan mengambil obat atau pemeriksaan kesehatan, seperti dalam mencari data pasien lebih cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat mendukung perkembangan informasi Sistem pelayanan pasien di puskesmas Teras.

Abstract

Calculate simple math might be resolved manually. But complex calculations such as Array, Matrix, and polynomial may require considerable time to complete. So in this study the authors make the modeling and simulation to assist the process for faster computation. The purpose of this research is to make the modeling and simulation of a simple mathematical operation, array of one-dimensional, two-dimensional arrays, matrices, and polynomial. This research resulted in the modeling and simulation of a simple mathematical operation, array of one-dimensional, two-dimensional arrays, matrices, and polynomial using Matlab 6.0 application tool

Abstract

In the era of globalization is very big influence on the advancement of technology a company or government. Office of Badan Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Terpadu(BPMPT) Surakarta one of the government agencies that have always wanted to follow the development of information technology is growing. Archive management personnel data for this is still not good so the search for the data to be inefficient in terms of time and effort, the data is not stored properly because it uses a sheet of paper that is easily torn, the data are easily lost, easily damaged and recording employee data are still using Ms Excel making it less efficient. The research objective is to produce a computerized system in the Office of  Personnel Data BPMPT Surakarta created to facilitate the search for archived data Personnel. Methods of data collection in this study using the method of observation and interviews, while the method of system development using sequential Linear Model /Waterfall Model. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and system testing using blackbox testing methods. The results of the new system is a new system that can facilitate the delivery of information personnel data and search archive of personnel data. Archive of personneldata can be reprinted as desired. From the test results, it appears that the 100% (one hundred percent) functional run in accordance with the test scenario and the system isable to facilitate the Officers in BPMPT Office manage archives staffing data and information delivery personnel data, with this system, able to facilitate the search forarchive personnel data, especially data that long.

Abstract

Signatures are personal identities that can be used as evidence of document legality. The use of signs is fairly easy and simple, no expensive electronic equipmentneeded. This is what makes this signature is still common nowdays. The higher needs for transactions in society will give effects to the irresponsible parties. The lack ofsecurity tools for transactions or transactions involving this signature makes the roles of signature is at risk. The Signatures belongs to the authentic holder is supposed to be an important discussion for the sake of society.This research will discuss about signature identification to recognize the authentic holder of the signature. This process consists of two main parts: training and testing.The image size is 256x256 pixels. At the training stage, hand drawings used are the threshold, wavelet Symlet and Coiflet wavelets, normalization and then will begenerated using Backpropagation Neural Network (ANN) algorithm. The testing stage has the same process but at the end of the process will be comparison between theimage data that has been stored with the comparison image. ANN can work optimally when it is trained using the calculated data input, parameters, and number of nodes on the network. It is expected that these wavelets can determine the optimal wavelets and parameters in identification. The range of applied wavelets are Symlet and Coiflet.

Abstract

Civic Administration Information System (SIAK) made by the writer when he had apprenticeship is run well. By the time being, the SIAK users find some problems,because the SIAK being used now has some deficiencies, those are: it is stand alone, unspecific civic data, not optimal form interface, uncomplete KTP data, and uncertaindata redundancy. It based Local Area Network (LAN) is a multiuser information system used to process computerized civils data and is able to minimalize data redundancy.The output of SIAK is family Certificate (KK), Indonesian Biodata, Identity Data Card (KTP), and Migration Certificate.

Abstract

Pada era teknologi informasi seperti sekarang ini, sangatlah dibutuhkan informasi yang dapat menunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi inventory yang ada pada CV. Haruming Estu ini belum optimal, karena masih menggunakan cara manual. Walaupun sudah menggunakankomputer akan tetapi komputer yang digunakan selama ini hanya digunakan untuk membantu pengetikan biasa dan belum digunakan seoptimal mungkin untuk mengolahdata menjadi informasi-informasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sistem informasi inventory berbasis komputer sebagai alternatif untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam pengolahan data inventory pada sistem yang lama. Sistem informasi inventory yang akan dibuat ini dibangun dan dikembangkan menggunakan pemodelan data dengan DFD, ERD dan Kamus Data, diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi serta pemanfaatan database Paradox dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan datanya. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi inventory yang memanfaatkan teknologi komputer sebagai alat bantunya, maka informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat akan dapat dipenuhi. Informasi yang diperoleh dari pemrosesan data yang diterima pemakai dapat digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan serta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja perusahaan.   Informasi yang dihasilkan dari sistem informasi inventory ini yaitu laporan data barang, laporan data pemasok, laporan data pemborong, laporan data transaksipembelian, laporan data transaksi penjualan, laporan data retur pembelian, dan laporan data retur penjualan.

Abstract

Intellectual intelligence is one of the human intellect, and can be measured against the test tool. The system is a Web-based software that can be shared through the internet network. Test System Intellectual Intelligence (IQ) is Web Based Other forms of intelligence tests, which change the shape of a software test tool that can be accessed via the Internet (online). LPT Solutions is an organization engaged in counseling psychology, which became our partner in the development of this system. The problems that arise are how to design, implement and later mengenbangkan the system. In order to solve the problem of system design metoden John Burch, Gary Grudnitski. Currently the system has been completed diinplementasikan, tested and uploaded with the domain name "http://solusi-psycho.net", which serve registration and online IQ tests.

Abstract

College student outcomes assessment in education is, one very important factor, because with the assessment results of the course you will see clearly the level ofsuccess of an education provider (University) in educating students. The existence of the course assessment results will also provide a clear picture of college studentachievement outcomes, either individually or thorough.Assessment results, especially college students study programs in informatics at Sahid University of Surakarta already using a system based on a Local Area Network(LAN), but in this system there are still some shortcomings, the value of which can only be accessed within the campus, so the students when they want to see should come to campus. Troubleshooting solutions of these cases is the development of Information Systems Subjects Value Engineering Program Informaion At Sahid University of Surakarta web based. The existence of this system, is expected to renew the old system to the new system, so the data processing student grades will be faster and moreaccurate. In addition, the student information system can easily access the information value of the lectures from anywhere and anytime using the internet facilities

Abstract

In 2016, Sahid Surakarta University uses internet access with bandwidth capacity  of 15 Mbps, it is obtained from the internet service provider (ISP) and uses Mikrotik  Router as a server. Through bandwidth capacity increasing, the allocation for computer  laboratory also increased to 2 Mbps so it needs proper bandwidth management that the  distribution of bandwidth separates all the computers at the computer laboratory  equally. The methods of the research were observation, interview, and review the  literatures before implementation. This research was carried out for comparative analysis of two queuing technique. They are Simple Queue and Queue Tree with  Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) system. Besides the implementation uses Mikrotik  Router OS, the comparison was performed based on four parameters of Quality of  Service (QoS) in TIPHON standard, they are throughput, delay , jitter, and packet loss.   Tests was performed by 5 client with 5 times of testing for each client. Data collecting  was implemented to determine the value of the QoS parameters by Wireshark Network  Analyzer when download and upload data simultaneously on an FTP server using  FileZilla Client. The results Simple Queue and Queue Tree when uploading data produces a  satisfactory value with the index 3.5. Throughput value for Simple Queue and Queue Tree is 75%. Simple Queue has the advantage on delay and jitter parameters, it is 55.11  ms (Simple Queue) than 55.47 ms (Queue Tree) for delay and 55.10 ms (Simple Queue)   than 55.46 ms (Queue Tree) for jitter. The results queuing system when download is  higher than the upload that is 3.75. It includes a category satisfying. Simple Queue has  an advantage in throughput (84%), delay (28.72 ms), and jitter (28.72 ms), Queue Tree  has a throughput value (81%), delay (29.72 ms), and jitter (29 , 72 ms).

Abstract

A university is present in the community to assume the function of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, which is the function of Education and Teaching, Research, and Community Service. In order for Universities to be in direct contact with the communitythrough the practice of science and technology, then the activities of community service must be done. Program of Community Service (Abdimas) is not only done by lecturers, but also students who are concrete tangible Real Work Lecture (KKN).KKN program at the Institute of Science & Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta, as well as efforts to improve empathy and awareness of students in the community and apply science, especially science and technology in the midst of society. The process of implementing this KKN also get guidance from lecturers. In the guidance of this KKN, lecturers also play a role in the implementation of community service. With the involvement of this lecturer is expected to implement KKN can run in accordance with the policy of the Institute. As the implementation of community service, especially at the location of KKN Wukirsari Bantul District, KKN team and lecturers provide science and technology themed training. The training provided includes a mobile doctor targeted at the community.
