Abstract

The large number of brands of sanitary napkins that are on the market causing consumers desirability has moved from one brand to another brand. The shift of consumers to other brands is influenced by various factors, including price, product quality, needs looking for variety and product advertising competitors. The purpose of this research was: analyzing the significance of the influence of prices, quality products, needs looking for variety and product advertising a competitor against the decision of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this study all Coed Faculty of Economics University of Surakarta Slamet Riyadi force 2012-2015 to ever use sanitary napkins Charm. The number of samples that used as many as 70 students with techniques of sampling using a purposive sampling. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of Linear regression analysis, classic Double, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) there is a significant influence on the price of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. 2) there is a significant influence on the product quality of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. 3) there are significant effects needs looking for variation of the displacement of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi. 4) there is a significant influence of advertising products of competitors against the decision of the transfer of the brand on consumers ' sanitary napkins Charm Coed Faculty of Economics University of the Slamet Riyadi.Keywords: pricing, quality products, needs looking for variety, advertising products of competitors, brand switching

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the significance of the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of tenure on employee performance, the effect of training on employee performance moderated by tenure, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance moderated by tenure. The study population was all employees working in 8 outlets ARFA Barbershop Solo Branch, with a sample of 38 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and observation. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test and a test of the absolute value of the difference. Based on the survey results revealed that (1) Training no significant effect on the performance of employees (2) Job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance (3) The tenure of the significant effect on the performance of employees (4) The tenure of the moderating influence of training on employee performance and (5) the tenure of the moderating effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.Keywords: training, job satisfaction, tenure, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to analyze the significance of the influence of remuneration against motivation, analyze the significance of the influence of remuneration on performance, analyzing the significance of the influence of motivation on performance and to analyze the significance of the influence of remuneration on performance that is mediated by the motivation on the immigration Clerk class I. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is the entire Immigration clerk class I of Surakarta, that as many as 77 people. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, path analysis. Based on the research results obtained the conclusion that influence remuneration against motivation, influence remuneration against the performance of an employee, the influence of motivation on performance clerk retrieved the conclusion there is a significant influence. Other findings from the results of the analysis show that mediate the influence of remuneration motivation on performance clerk at the immigration Clerk class I.Keywords: remuneration, motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of (1) the effect of variable Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions services workshop Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur (2) to analyze the significance of the effect of variable locations on purchasing decisions services workshop Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur (3) to analyze the significance of variables influence the quality of service to the purchasing decision Cahya workshop services Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. The population of this research are all service user at a motorcycle shop and grab a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using hypothesis testing. The conclusion of each of these hypotheses indicate that (1) Variable Word of Mouth significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. It is shown with p value 0,021 < 0,05 (2) Variable locations significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. It is shown with p value 0,000 < 0,05 (3) Variable quality of service significantly influence purchasing decisions workshop services Cahya Rizky Motor in Ngringo, Palur. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and cusotmer value on loyalty and analyze the effect of the service quality on cusomer loyalty mediated by customer value. This study is a survey. Population are customer Popeye Chicken Express Nusukan 1 Surakarta. Sample as many as 100 people with purposive sampling and convenience sampling. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires, observations and literature. Data were analyzed used path analysis. The survey results revealed that the service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has not a significant effect on customer value. Customer value has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) the effect of service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. (2) the effect of patient satisfaction to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. (3) the effect of patient satisfaction in moderation the service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. Population of this research is all of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong patients during Desember 2015, and taken a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity dan reliability test. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using absolute difference test. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) the service performance does not have a significant effect to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, is proven by probability value of t test result 0,08 > 0,05. (2) patient satisfaction have a significant effect to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, , is proven by probability value of t - test result (0,000) < 0,05. (3) patient satisfaction does not moderated the service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, it is proven by probability value of absolute difference test result 0,155 > 0,05.Keywords: service performance, patient satisfaction, patient loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of the research are to analyses (1) the effect of the traditional market image to the consumer; (2) the effect of the traditional market image to consumer loyalty; (3) the effect of consumer satisfaction to consumer loyalty; (4) the effect of traditional market to consumer loyalty with cunsomer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on the research are the consumers of the Pasar Gede, Solo. There are 100 samples, taken with accidental sampling. Data colction technique use questionary through validity and reliability tests. Regression test requirements using classic assumption test. Data analysis technique using the line. The conslusion from the test result every hypothesis showing (1) the traditional market image have significant effect to the satisfaction of the consumer, therefore the 1st hypothesis is proven; (2) the traditional market image have significant effect to consumen of Pasar Gede Solo loyalty, therefore the 2nd hypothesis is proven; (3) The consumer satisfaction have significant effect to the Pasar Gede consumer, therefore hypothesis 3rd is proven; (4) The consumer satisfaction mediating traditional market image to Pasar Gede consumer loyalty, therefore the 4th hypothesis is proven.Keywords: traditional market image, consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significant influence of organizational commitment on compensation against a teacher in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 2) to analyze significant influence motivation work towards organizational commitment on teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 3) to analyze significant influence motivation towards work in compensation for teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 4) to analyze the influence of moderation work on compensation influence motivation towards organizational commitment on teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this study all the teachers non civil servants in senior high school and vocational school Private Sub Gondang, Sragen 2015 totaling 54 teachers. As for the number of samples used in the study was as many as 54 people, so this research is the study of the census. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of Linear regression analysis, classic Double, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and the absolute difference test. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) there is a significant influence on organizational commitment against compensation of teachers in high school and vocational school Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 2) there is a significant influence on the motivation of working towards organizational commitment on teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 3) there is a significant influence on the motivation of working against compensation of teachers in high school and Vocational School Private Sub Gondang Sragen. 4) analysis results obtained the conclusion that work motivation variables cannot moderate the influence of variable compensation against the organizational commitment.Keywords: compensation, organizational commitment, job motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the impact of product quality to customer satisfaction (2) the impact of product quality to the quality of service (3) the effect of price perception on consumer satisfaction. The population of this research is all consumer WS (warung steak) with a total sample of 70 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires instrument through the stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements using classic assumption test. Based on the validity of the test showed that all valid instrument and instrument reliability test showed all reliable. Classic assumption test results show that the variable data of this study has been to meet the assumptions implied in the multiple linear regression model that does not happen multicollinearity problem, autocorrelation does not happen, does not happen heteroskedastisitas and normal residual. The conclusion of the hypothesis testing results indicate that the hypothesis (2) can be accepted or proven true, while the hypotheses (1) and (3) not truth.Keywords: product quality, service quality, perceived price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation to employee performance, influence of compensation on motivation, motivational influence on employee performance, effect of compensation to employee performance and motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees in PD. BPR Solo Bank totaling 38 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire and data analysis techniques using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis) regression 1 and 2. Based on the regression test results show that the compensation does not significantly influence employee performance. Compensation no significant effect on motivation. Motivation significant effect on employee performance. Motivation to mediate between the effect of compensation to employee performance.Keywords: compensation, motivation, employee performance
