Abstract

ABSTRACT The Research about Test of Speed Kinds Ear Mushroom Blackness (Auricularia Polytricha) on Media Plat Composition purpose was to know interaction between seed kinds and media plant composition to yield the ear mushroom blackness, have been done 1th November 2009until 9 February 2010 in mushroom house Gondangmanis village, Karangpandan district, Karanganyar regency. The research used Split Plot Desaign with elementary design of completely randomized design (CRD) consist of two treatments factors and 3 replications. There are Seed Kinds (M) consist of 4 kinds : M1 (Seed F0), M2 (Seed F1), M3 (Seed F2), M4 (Seed F3) and Media Plant Composition (K) consist of 3 kinds : K1 (Mixture 81 kg sawdust, 1 kg lime, 9 kg bran), K2 (Mixture 81 kg sawdust, 1 kg lime, 18 kg bran), K3 (Mixture 81 sawdust, 1 kg lime, 27 kg bran). The result of the research show that significant interraction between treatmen of seed kinds and media plant composition to diametree of fruit body, number of fruit body, and misture content M1K2 (Seed F1 and mixture 81 kg sawdust, 1 kg lime, 9 kg bran) poduce biggest number of fruit body namely 47. Abstract

ABSTRACT The dynamic of the eviroment which are caused by the internal and ekternal causer have forced the businessmen not only  to increase the profit and work systems but also to care for social problems. The more power the businessmen have the more significant effect  of life the people have, whether as individual or as society. Even, it influences all lives in the word. This phenomenon brings the statement of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR emphasizes that the responsibility of a company is not just for economic activities (creating profit for the continuity of the business), but also for the social responsibility including the environment. The social responsibility in the field of business, is not only oriented on social commitment which emphasizes on humanism approach, love, interest in religion, morality, and the like, but also duties that must be done by the businessmen to solve the social problems appeared in the society. In its development CSR has much been purposely done, it means that applying CSR is the investment of the development and the continuity of the business do the business is not considered as cost but as profit. Even, now days CSR has become the global trend. Key word: corporate social responsibility

Abstract

ABSTRACT The experiment was conducted the study the effect of plant spacing and weed control methods on the growth and yield of soybean. The experiment was done from April to July 2009 in Jumantono Karanganyar Central Java. RCBD was used experiment with three replication. The plant spacing were 40 x 15 cm (J1) and 30 x 20 cm (J2). The four treatment of weed control methods were without weeding control (G0), twice weeding (G1), application of fomesafen herbicide (G2) and rice straw mulch (G3). The result showed that application of fomesafen herbicide decreased weed growyh and its dry weight ; and increased soybean yield. It was higher than another weed control The plant spacing effect leaves area at 6 week and soybean yield per plot. Key word : plant spacing, weed control method, soybean yield

Abstract

ABSTRAC The threatening to forest conservation is now in the greatest level. This is caused by the increase in number of the people and also the increase of basic needs such as home, food, and cloth. To anticipate thet destruction, yhe government has done many efforts to support the raise of the economic exertion for the people who live nearby the forest. This effort cannot be separated wit the activity of the forest ranger. A forest ranger is responsible to do the supporting activity such as workshop. He has to take a real participation in the process of behavior changing among the people so that they are able and willing to do transformation to aim the productivity’s increasing, a good living earn, and a good prosperity. A forest ranger needs to have special characters.they are : 1. Humble2. Role model3. Protective like a parent4. Friendly5. Motivator6. Abstract

ABSTRACT   The aim of this research is to know the labor’s productivity and the income that is aimed from the farming business. This research used Study Cases method with the direct observation over Mr. Sutejo’s farming business in Kedungori village, Kecamatan Dempet, Kabupaten Demak during 2008 who has 1 acre farming land. The results of this research are: 1. The highest labor’s productivity in the second planting period is in amount of Rp. 401.590, 91per male week days.2. The farming business highest income in the first planting period is in amount of Rp. 39.651.000 per acre. Key words: Farming business, labor’s productivity, farmer’s income.

Abstract

ABSTACTS The purpose of the article is to obtain understanding of how far is independence of science by philosophy of science and quantum theory point of view. From philosophy of science point of view, independence and objectivity of obtaining science is questionable because of acsiological, teteological, ethical aspects to support human needs. There is also evident in quantum physics theory supporting the subjectivity of the observers in examination during experiment. Subjectivity of obtaining science, therefore, must be intensively discuss in the field of metaphysics.
