Abstract

Conversation Analysis is a field of study that examines the Discourse Analysis of socialinteraction in the community, the considers the discourse or conversation is a product of theinteraction.According to the analysis of Conversational perspective, the social reality nopresent objectively outside influence other social elements. A discourses was constructed byconversations that are face to face among participant when they involved in the process ofinteraction.This approach, including analyzing the verbal and nonverbal behavior in naturalisticsituation . Conversation analysis approach emphasizes how the message were organized,, usedand understood. In the communication process, we use the discourse to achieve what we hopeand for that we run it according to a certain rule, there are three fundamental issues associatedwith the analysis of this conversation.Key Word: communication, conversation, politik, analysis

Abstract

The regional integration process in Asia has been generally considered different nature andpractice. Naturally, ten countries in Southeast Asia has been integrated. It because of geographyand practically they also integrated because of culture. It called ASEAN Socio-CultureCommunity. Ten countries in ASEAN Social and Cultural Community could shared andpromoted national culture in order to further developed. Question research: how did effort toincrease teens nationalism in Baluwarti and Christian Vocational High School toward ASEANSocial and Cultural Community? Nationalism and regionalism as theory of this research. Thiswas qualitative research and it used primary and secondary data. Collecting data techniqueused observation, in depth interview, and study documentary. Analysis data technique used datareduction, display data, and verification. Result of this research showed that national culturewich was based on local culture must be educated to teens specially in Baluwarti and ChristianVocational High School. Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a strategic location on the trade route, almost allcountries use that trade route which led intercorrelation about acculturation and assimilationculture that affecting each other. This also follows many problems, especially in the area whichdirectly adjacent to Indonesia. Therefore, Indonesia initiated to held some dialogues in thoseregion. South West Pacific Dialogue (SWPD) is one of the dialogue which then produces somecooperation, one of the cooperation in the field of culture, namely Indonesian Arts and CultureScholarship. Culture is a 'soft power' of Indonesia, it then utilized earnestly in order to restoreand enhance the image of Indonesia in the international world through cultural diplomacy. Thetype of research used in this paper is a qualitative research approach to literature. The dataused is secondary data. The techniques of secondary data collection used from documents whichinclude terms of reference of Indonesian Arts and Culture Scholarship from the website of theMinistry of Foreign Affairs and some supporting data of cultural diplomacy obtained by theresearcher. Data analysis techniques using three main components: data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion that accompanied by verification data by data sourcestriangulation. Based on the research results obtained by the researcher, it can be concluded thatcultural diplomacy undertaken by Government of Indonesia through the Indonesian Art andCulture Scholarship program became one of the tools of diplomacy Indonesia through theapproach of 'people to people contact'. It can be seen from the participants of Indonesian Artsand Culture Scholarship are increasingly every year. The former of Indonesian Art and CultureScholarship programcan contribute to Indonesia as a cultural ambassador of Indonesia in theirrespective countries. Then through those cultural diplomacy, Indonesia is undergoingrestoration and enhancement of its image in the international community.Keywords: Indonesian Arts and Cultural Scholarship, Cultural Diplomacy, Soft PowerDiplomacy.

Freedom and openness is certainly a boon to expect many parties, especially in a climateof democracy characterized by freedom berkehandak, association, assembly and openness in a varietyof public information does not contradict the legislation.Sekaitan with it, freedom of information isexpected to be the spirit of democratizationthat offers freedom andresponsibility simultaneously. Freedom of information, on the one hand should encourage public accessto information widely. Abstract

Human trafficking is a form of modern slavery where people profit from the control andexploitation of others and diplomatic effort have been made by the Indonesian government withconduct preventive diplomasi. Almost every country in the world is affected by humantrafficking, whether as a country of origin, transit or destination for victims. The purpose of thisstudi is to determine the preventive diplomacy Consulate General of Republic of Indonesia inKota Kinabalu in the case of human trafficking against Indonesian workers in Sabah Malaysia.The conclude of this research that Workshop Trafficking in Persons as result of bilateraldiplomacy between Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia with stakeholders inSabah. Multilateral diplomacy conducted by the International Organization such as IOM, ILO,and UNODC produced a basic training that gave recognition that the two members of citizenservice Consulate General in Kota Kinabalu entitled to declare a case as a category of humantrafficking. Through preventive diplomacy conducted Consulate General of The Republic ofIndonesia in Kota Kinabalu, Indonesian workers receive appropriate education and producegood cooperation with Sabah.Key words: diplomacy, illegal, human trafficking

Abstract

This study was motivated by Marty M. Natalegawa as the representative of Indonesia forrhetoric, which successfully gave the effect of a follow-up on the implementation of UNAOC 6.This study described forms of rhetorical performance, mastery of the message, vocal strength,and visual aspects of Marty M. Natalegawa in UNAOC 6, Bali.
