Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh konversi standar akuntansi keuangan Indonesia ke International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) terhadap praktek pemerataan laba oleh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Effek Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan dua metode analisis statistik yaitu uji-t berpasangan dan analisis regresi logistik. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa praktek pemerataan laba mengalami penurunan setelah konversi ke IFRS. Variabel independen: ukuran perusahaan dan pembiayaan utang berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap praktek pemerataan laba. Kata kunci : praktek pemerataan laba, IFRS, ukuran perusahaan, pembiayaan utang

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy)  terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa  pada fakultas ekonomi UNISRI Surakarta. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 40 mahasiswa, dengan asumsi data tersebut sudah cukup mewakili. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa  bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan fakultas ekonomi adalah cukup baik, hal ini dibuktikan dari seluruh variabel independen yang memiliki nilai koefisien positif. Hal ini berarti bahwa seluruh variabel independen (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy)   mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil uji parsial  menunjukkan bahwa tangible variable, reliability, responsiveness, dan empathy)  secara sendiri-sendiri  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, yang berarti tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil uji secara bersama-sama menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel independen  dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Kontribusi yang diberikan variabel  tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah sebesar 74,6 persen.   Kata kunci :  dimensi kualitas, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, kepuasan mahasiswa.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh  kecerdasan emosional terhadap hubungan antara  kepemimpinan demokratis dan kinerja pemimpin.  Kecerdasan emosional berperan sebagai variabel moderating yang dapat mempengaruhi hubungan antara  kepemimpinan demokratis dan kinerja pemimpin di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari seluruh dosen dan staf karyawan di Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta yang memiliki jabatan struktural terdiri dari 41 orang yang diambil dengan metode purposive random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil uji hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan demokratis dengan kinerja pemimpin, demikian halnya dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh pada hubungan antara  kepemimpinan demokratis dan kinerja pemimpin   Kata kunci :  kepemimpinan demokratis, kinerja pemimpin, dan kecerdasan emosional.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A research carried out from July to October 2007 in Matesih village, Matesih district, Karanganyar regency at the evevation of 500 meters above seal levels. The aim of the research to study the effect of two kinds exstract of mimba seed and pipper seed to kill power P. xylostella  and C. binotalis of cabbage crop. The research method used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with 7 treamtmens and 3 replications, are : control, extract mimba seed 1%, 2%, 3%, and extract piper seed 1%, 2%, 3% concentration. The data were analysed using an Analysis of Variance and Duncans Multiple Range Test 5%. The treatment of extract mimba seed 2% and extract pipper seed 2% showed that best kill power to P.xyostella and C. binotalis the lowest damage intencity caused of extract mimba seed 3% and extract pipper seed 3%. The higgest weight of cabbage crop caused of extract pipper seed 3%. Key words : Botanical Insecticide, Cabbage Crop

Abstract

Abstract Traditional breeding cow has varied productivity. This is because the effects of environtment. Among them is the difference of feed condition. Generally, traditional cattle breeders only give greens as main diet.  The use of greens such as paddy straws and grass as cow feeding is an abundant and potential source and energy. However, because of its low nutrient content and high bycomponents, the use of paddy straw needs to be effective. One of the alternatives is by mixing concentrate so that a balance diet can be achieved to enhance the cattle productivity.  Concentrate as a stimulant diet contains high nutrient. Because the high price of concentrate , it is suggested that is should be replaced by other effective and available concentrate such as cow concentrate. The research was conducted in Desa Mranggen, Kecamatan Polokarto, Kabupaten SUkoharjo which was selected from SIBERMAS program from January until September 2008. Treatments consist of A: fermented paddy straw without the adding of Urea Molasses Block (UMB), B: Fermented paddy straw with Urea Molsses Block. Each treatment consists of 5 time repetition – with test analysis. Parameter that was investigated in this research was the increase of daily weight. It was gathered from the last weight minus the first weight divided by length of breeding. Diet conversion counted by the amount of consumption feeding (gram/cattle/day) with increased weight (gram/cattle/day), feed cost per gain counted by the total amount of feeding cost divided by average increase weight. From this research, it can be concluded that by using fermented straw added by urea molasses block of 3.5 ky/day give significant performance on cow growth. Abstract

ABSTARCT The success is influenced by characteristics inside of the Entrepreneur, potency of manufacturing that show the power in managing manufacture and the support of UKM developing wisdom by an institution. The objective of this research is to know the influence of entrepreneur characteristics and potency of manufacturing toward the success by UKM developing wisdom and the success of Manufacturing. The analysis id done by structural equation modeling (SEM) which is stuitable with the problem statement and hypothesis. It is a confirmation technique or proving the existing of theory, that have ever been tested and arranged in a model. The result of comparing indicators goodness of indices show that chi square 74,323 of probability 0,402 CMIN 1,032 RMSEA 0,0023 AGFI 0,786 TLI 0,987 and CFI 0,990. The result of modal evaluation shows that all of model research is good. The result of the result prove that entrepreneur characteristic  have positive influences significantly toward the success of manufacture. Potency of manufacturing has no influences significantly to ward the success of manufacture. The other findling is that the UKM developing wisdom doesn’t moderate either the influence of entrepreneur characteristics toward the success of manufacture, or the influence of manufacturing Potency toward the success of manufacture. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to to know 1) conducted by product development execution is food proses small industry 2) affect product development to performance of effort with sale volume indicator 3) role of product development among other marketing mix factor which influence volume sale of food prosess small industry. In this research which become sampel is UKM maker / ketela flaky entrepreneur, tempe, banana, soybean cake fry and karak crisply in district of kartasura recent sukoharjo. Technique intake of sampel is simple random sampling. Used by research instrument is kuesioner weared to collect data about product development with transformation indicator, appetite, feel, and bale, hereinafter marketing mix with price indicator, distribution and promotion while performance of effort with sale volume indicator. Technique analyse used by data is descriptive analysis technique and doubled linear regression by using SPSS program 12.00 For Windows. Conclusion from research show there is positive influence of product development and marketing  mix to performance effort of UKM posed at with equation Y=-2,051 + 0,470 XI + 0,600 X2 + e. By parsial there is influence which product development variable significant to UKM performance (t count = 3,701), and there is influence which marketing mix variable significant to UKM performance(t count=7,326). By together there is product development variable influence and marketing mix to performace effort of UKM (F count = 39,741). Variable product development and marketing mix give contribution equal to 68,2 percent to performance effort of UKM. Form result of this research can be given by suggestion to be able to UKM performance improving require to be generated by exiting potency in UKM x’self with motivating UKM through giving of given training continually.
