ABSTRACTIn today's information age, information delivery done in various ways have advantages and disadvantages of each - each. One way of delivering information at this time is through the medium of video clips, the submission of information by this method is considered quite effective, especially when used to represent the information to be conveyed by the musicians. Advances in technology also have a major impact on the progress and development of the multimedia industry, as well as the development of the music industry today are also growing more rapidly. In the development of the music industry today not only displays the audio, but also requires a visual animations that can improve product quality and increase the attractiveness of the community to enjoy music. Based on the above background boundary problem is "the design of the new Student Information System Web-based acceptance of mobile". The goal made this application is to present information on the system Admission to quickly and easily access it via Smartphone. The software used in the development of a new student information system SMA Demak Islamic Centre are: Adobe Photoshop,Dreamweafer, My SQL, Apache (2.2.4) + PHP (5.2.3) . Solutions are to be given the researchers is to design information systems are supported by a web-based mobile computer equipment. Abstrak Hasil penelitian pembuatan media menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan animasi flash dilakukan melalui proses pemilihan konsep, desain,pengumpulan material, pembuatan, testing, dan distribusi. Dalam proses pemilihan konsep didapat aspek edukasi yang harus ada dalam media pembelajaran di antaranya, menggunakan efek suara dan gambar. Testing dilakukan untuk menguji media yang dibuat, dan didapat dari pengguna yang melakukan ujicoba, menjadi tertarik untuk belajar tentang agama. Dengan demikian media “Pembelajaran Pembinaan Akhlak Berdasarkan Kisah Tauladan Dalam Al-Qur’an Dengan Menggunakan Animasi Flash” ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan sifat dan akhlak yang mulia dalam masyarakat. Abstrak—Text to speech suatu sistem perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengubah tulisan menjadi suara. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan pada TTS adalah teknik penyambungan dari tulisan diubah menjadi suara. API (Application Programming Interface) adalah sekumpulan perintah, fungsi, komponen, dan protocol yang disediakan oleh sistem operasi ataupun bahasa pemograman tertentu yang dapat digunakan oleh programmer saat membangun perangkat lunak. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memanfaatkan API sebagai aplikasi Tect to speech bahasa prancis. Abstract--Text to speech of a system of hardware and software that has the ability to turn paper into sound. One technique used in the TTS is the grafting technique of writing is converted into sound. API (Application Programming Interface) is a set of commands, functions, components, and protocol provided by the operating system or a specific programming language that can be used by programmers when building software. In this study, researchers used the API as Tect to speech application language French.

Abstrak Kendaraan sepeda motor merupakan suatu alat transportasi yang banyak digunakan masyarakat pada umumnya, tetapi kebanyakan masyarakat hanya dapat menggunakannya saja tanpa mengetahui kerusakan-kerusakan yang terjadi pada sepeda motor dengan kerusakan yang terjadi. Pengguna sepeda motor hanya membawa kendaraannya ke bengkel. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar yang terdiri dari identifikasi, konseptualisasi, formalisasi, implementasi, evaluasi dan pengembangan sistemm. Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD Levelled yang terdiri dari diagram konteks dan DFD Level 0 dan ERD. Mekanisme penalaran sistem pakar yang dikembangkan menggunakan forward chaining,representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan menggunakan representasi berbasis aturan(rule base)dan pembuatan sistem pakar dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa kerusakan pada sepeda motor 4 tak berbasis web dapat memudahkan user dalam melakukan diagnosa kerusakan pada sepeda motor 4 takyang dalam cara penyajiannya terdiri dari gejala, kerusakan dan solusi dari kerusakan pada sepeda motor 4 tak. Abstract- Maestro Semarang sales process is still using the conventional system that customers who want to buy and seek out new products from Maestro Maestro Semarang came directly to Semarang to find and select items to be purchased. In addition to these factors, expand the sales area by opening stores in other areas also need a substantial amount of funds because of the cost of rental stores, labor costs, the cost of ancillary equipment and other costs compared to alternative web-based sales or e-commerce. Objectives to be achieved is to make e-commerce that can help facilitate the sales process and transact remotely on Maestro Semarang. Method of system development using the waterfall with the early stages of the system, system analysis, system design using UML and implementation of systems using PHP and MySQL. Abstrak Lambatnya mengetahui jenis penyakit serta tidak mengetahui cara pencegahannya mengakibatkan banyak burung Murai Batu tidak dapat diselamatkan. Oleh karena itu dengan kemajuan teknologi komputer telah banyak memberi pengaruh tersendiri bagi perkembangan burung Murai Batu. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar yang terdiri dari identifikasi, konseptualisasi, formalisasi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD Levelled yang terdiri dari diagram konteks dan DFD Level 0 dan ERD. Pembuatan website dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar dapat digunakan untuk membantu menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dalam berbagai bidang ilmu salah satunya adalah masalah diagnosis penyakit burung murai batu yang sering sekali dijumpai. Aplikasi ini ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna sistem yang ingin mengetahui masalah diagnosis burung murai batu dan segera dapat mengetahuisolusi terhadap penyakit burung murai batu. Abstract -- Di Lingkungan pemerintahan tingkat tertinggi sekarang ini sudah mulai merambah menggunakan teknologi. Tetapi kebanyakan di pemerintahan tingkat terendah selama ini masih bersifat konvensional sehingga pelayanan kurang bekerja secara maksimal. Agar pelayanan dan informasi dapat dijalankan dengan cepat,tepat dan akurat maka sistem informasi pelayanan masyarakat di implementasikan menggunakan SMS Gateway dengan metode Customer Relation Manajemen (CRM). Penelitian ini menghasilkan Informasi Pelayanan Masyarakat pada Tingkat Kelurahan Menggunakan SMS Gateway berbasis CRM sehingga masyarakat dapat memperoleh informasi dengan cepat dan akurat. Selain itu kelurahan dapat memperoleh informasi dari warga berupa kritik dan saran serta kinerja yang dilekukan perangkat atau staf kelurahan. Abstract The problem of disease in ornamental bird is a problem frequently found among bird lovers ornamental as well as breeders. What if not cared for properly so the bird can be stricken with the disease. Health disorders that can cause the bird is not active in Twitter, even causing death in birds on system reasoning mechanism. Mechanism of reasoning expert system using forward chaining, using knowledge representation of rule-based representation (rule base), knowledge representation model using the form of if-then (if-then) and the programs created with PHP and MySQL.The results of this research was the formation of expert system of disease on ornamental bird-based mobile web can facilitate users in doing consultations disease on ornamental birds in the way serving consists of symptoms, diseases and solutions from disease in ornamental birds. Similarly,by measuringthe level ofsimilarityof a documentwithotherdocuments, humanscould easilymeasure whether adocumenthas a level ofsimilarity/similaritywith other documents.This research aims to build retrieval (information retrieval) that can be used to search for documents thesis algorithms using TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency). System development methods in this study is a web engineering methods to stage the formulation, planning, analysis, engineering, implementation. The design of the system using DFD, ERD and the creation of applications using PHP and MySQL. The resultsof this researchis the creation ofa websiteonsearchthesisa documentandthe application ofinformation retrievalthesisdocumentusingTF-IDF algorithmis includedwith the results ofthe weight valueofeach documentthesisfound. Begitu pula dengan mengukur tingkat kemiripan suatu dokumen dengan dokumennya lainnya, manusia dapat dengan mudah mengukur apakah suatu dokumen memiliki tingkat kemiripan/similaritas dengan dokumen lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem temu kembali(information retrieval) yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pencarian dokumen skripsi dengan menggunakan algoritma TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency).Metode pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini adalah metode rekayasa web dengan tahapan formulasi, perencanaan, analisis, rekayasa, implementasi.Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD, ERD dan pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya website tentang pencarian dokumen skripsi dan penerapan sistem temu kembali informasi dokumen skripsi menggunakan algoritma TF-IDF disertakan dengan hasil nilai bobot dari tiap dokumen skripsi yang ditemukan.
